Dr. Robert Duncan Discusses Mind Control Weapons On The Richard Syrett Internet Podcast

The Greatest Scandal In American History The U.S. Military Intelligence Complexes' Covert Use Of Space Based Mind Control Weapons On An Unwitting American Public Written By James F. Marino

Dr. Robert Duncan is a former government scientist, who became disillusioned with the corruption within the US Military-Industrial-Intelligence complex. He now researches many different aspects of this corruption, including the U.S. Military/Intelligence complexes' connection to directed energy weapons, and how they are being used to illegally access and manipulate the minds of the global population.

Perhaps what is most interesting in regard to the statements which Dr. Duncan makes is that there is a more clandestine side to this technology which can covertly affect the mind and behavior of a targeted person, in such a way that the person themselves may be acting on thoughts which are not even their own.

As a target of MKULTRA since childhood, this author has been publicly stating this for the past few years, and consider this to be perhaps the most dangerous aspect of the U.S. federal government's mind control weapons' technology; since unlike the physical injuries which many targets of directed energy microwave weapons sustain (as well as the holograms and other types of satellite projected images which they see), this covert attack on the mind occurs silently and without any trace.

Given this, any person being targeted in such ways can display a range of abnormal behaviors without having any idea that such behavior is being remotely induced via a technology known as EEG heterodyning, which is used to remotely synchronize an artificial intelligence computer with the unique electromagnetic signature of a person's brain (an EMF brainwave print), which can then be used to remotely access the neural pathways within that person's brain.

This remote type of thought reading - also known as synthetic telepathy - is what the U.S. Military Intelligence complex is presently attempting to force the U.S judicial system into using, as the new de facto standard of determining a person's innocence or guilt in a crime.

However, this technology has some serious flaws, and if eventually grandfathered into the U.S. judicial system, will be used to abrogate an American citizen's right to due process of law under the 5Th and 6Th Amendments to the U.S. Bill of Rights.

The U.S. Military Intelligence complex is presently using their considerable influence over the government controlled media in this country, to brainwash the American people into accepting the use of fMRI brain scanning technology in U.S. courtrooms, when in reality the NSA has been using a far more advanced version of this "lie detector" for at least forty years, and one which operates without any wires or implants.

The NSA's mind reading technology is deployed via signals intelligence satellites and the electromagnetic spectrum. And it can be used to instantly identify and access the neural pathways of any American citizen's brain, via the NSA's Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network.

What's even worse is that this "synthetic mind reading" technology can also be used to remotely implant foreign thoughts into the mind of an unsuspecting person, who may then act out in a way in which they normally would not. There is little doubt that much of the brutal violence that we are seeing being covered in the U.S. media over the last several years, is being caused by those within our own subverted government, who are using this mind invasive technology to manipulate targeted American citizens into committing these acts of violence, using the cover of plausible deniability.

As such, the subjects of this clandestine "mind control" technology, can be unwittingly manipulated into committing criminal acts, while never realizing they that were in reality carrying out the commands of others which were remotely implanted into their subconscious minds, through the use of EEG heterodyning technology.

As a long-term target of MKULTRA non consensual human experimentation since childhood, this author has found this Orwellian program to furtively electromagnetically enslave the American people, to be absolutely horrific.

As such, I also found the interview with Dr. Robert Duncan to be of great interest, given that Dr. Duncan corroborates much of what I have experienced as a target of government orchestrated non consensual human experimentation, from my teenage years.

Dr. Duncan's interview takes place about half way through the second hour of the Richard Syrett program, which can be accessed at the end of this article.

Given that any of you can be targeted for this technology at anytime, and without your knowledge or consent, it's in your best interests to learn more about synthetic telepathy, and the NSA's Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network.

You Won't Know You Are Being Watched Until Those Who Secretly Operate This Mind Invasive Technology Want You To Know - And It Can Be Decades Before They Do So

As the target of a new brand of MKULTRA which has since been used to replace the CIA's laboratory environment of the 1950s, it is our own communities in the modern day that have become the laboratories for such illicit mind control research.

This is of course due to the U.S. Military Intelligence complexes' use of signals intelligence satellite networks to track Americans by way of our own bodies' unique EMF signatures, that any American citizen can now be used as the target of this modern day version of MKULTRA, yet never know it.

This author had been targeted by this technology for decades, only to learn of this atrocity several years ago.

Moreover, until the controllers wanted me to know that I had been used for such non consensual human experimentation (which occurred in 2003), I had no idea that I was being watched 24 hours a day, or that my thoughts were being electronically accessed and manipulated since the time that I was in my teens.

There are likely millions of Americans who have been targeted in such ways, who will abruptly learn as I did, that both their physical privacy (as well as the privacy of their mind) was destroyed by this technology and its sociopathic operators, long ago.

The unofficial term for when the surveillance of your person is made known to you is called going from covert to overt mode.

Once this occurs, you will be quickly made to realize that you can be seen within the so called privacy of your own home, that your mind is being remotely read, and that no matter where you travel to, you will be accompanied by networked groups of organized stalkers, whose acts of vigilantism are orchestrated through a network of 72 fusion centers in the United States; fusion centers which are overseen by both the U.S. Department Of Justice as well as the Department Of Homeland Security.

Given that the DOJ oversees the FBI, it's no wonder why the complaints filed by every target of these Orwellian crimes, have been completely ignored by the FBI. And moreover, that in many instances, after they filed these complaints with the FBI, the vigilante hate crimes being perpetrated against them became more aggressive.

This DOJ/DHS orchestrated crime, dubbed as Organized Stalking, has become a plague on our American communities. And these crimes are not limited to the United States, either, but instead, extend to every continent on this planet, and every country whose government is a recognized member of NATO.

Organized Stalking is a form of psychological warfare which is used to drive the targets of this Satanic ideology to a state of mental instability, while attempting to force us to commit suicide.

Given that the intent here is no less than menticide - the death of individual thought - John St. Clair Akwei's 1992 civil lawsuit against the U.S. National Security Agency should be read by every adult citizen in the United States, since Akwei gives us the smoking gun in this Orwellian attack on our freedoms - the NSA's Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network.

A signals intelligence driven domestic spy program which can be used to instantly identify and track any citizen by way of their body's own unique EMF signatures - including the EMF brainwave print of each person.
