참부모경 - 482. 자르딘 제7 선언 : 참축복 천주화와 사탄혈통 근절 완성 해방 선포

참부모님께서는 1999년 1월 8일 우루과이 푼타델에스테에서 ‘참축복 천주화와 사탄혈통 근절 완성 해방 선포식’을 거행하셨다. 이 선포는 천주적 4·4절이라고 말씀하셨다. 또한 이 선포를 자르딘 제7 선언이라고 하셨다.
 
<자르딘 제7 선언 요지>

지상천국을 건설하려면 천상에 한 맺힌 영이 하나라도 있어서는 안 된다. 특히 미혼 영들, 결혼하지 못한 사람들, 너무 어릴 때 죽은 사람들도 축복해 주어야 된다. 그 영인들도 다 자랄 수 있는 교육을 받게 된다. 어릴 때 죽었다 하더라도 성장한 다음에 교육을 받아서 처녀 총각으로 축복받을 수 있는 혜택을 받고, 그다음에 지옥의 살인마까지 성인들과 함께 축복을 받을 수 있는 문을 열어 준 것이다.
 
22 1999년 1월 8일 아침 7시 반을 넘어서 8시로 가는 4·4수의 입장에서 4·4절과 더불어 가정과 나라와 전 세계가 천국에 들어갈 수 있는 해방적 기원을 마련하여 참축복 천주화와 사탄혈통 근절 완성 해방 선포식을 함으로써 온 천주가 이것을 인식하고, 그럼에 따라 지옥이나 선한 영인들 앞에 막혔던 담을 헐고 완전히 해방했사옵니다.

그래서 광명의 천국을 바라보는 지상의 탕감노정을 빨리 해소하여 본연의 기준에 있어서 참부모가 이 땅 위에 있는 동안 지상에 와서 함께 모시고 살았다는 조건을 남김으로써 완전 해방권을 갖추어 전부가 천국행의 축복받는 가정의 무리가 될 수 있게끔 허락하여 주시옵기를 간전히 빌고 원하옵니다. 이 시간 이 식전을, 아버지 기쁘게 받아 주시기를 간절히 부탁하고 원하오며, 이 일을 동행 성사하여 선포하여 주실 것을 부탁드리나이다. 아주, 아주, 아주!
 
23 영계에 있는 모든 선조들을 해방해 주어야 합니다. 사탄도 해방해 주어야 됩니다. 여러분이 축복해 준 160가정들이 가인권 일족이 되기 때문에 그들을 자기 일족과 연결시켜서 헌납식을 해야 됩니다. 총생축헌납식을 하면 그 기반 위에서 120대 조상을 축복해 줄 수 있습니다.

그리고 120대 조상과 더불어 120대 왕과 대통령들을 축복함으로써 그 백성과 아들과 왕이 주류에 대해서 횡적으로 방계의 황족권이 됩니다. 이들 전체를 축복할 수 있는 해방을 해주어야 됩니다. 120가정은 예수님이 이스라엘권의 나라를 중심삼고 해방해 주려던 것인데 영계에서 그것을 다 해방해 주어야 됩니다. 기독교권을 전부 해방해 줘야 합니다.

참부모의 시대이기 때문에 120대만 하게 되면 자동적으로 통일천하권으로 넘어가게 됩니다. 120대를 하게 되면 천국에 들어갑니다. 이것을 참부모와 하나님에 허락하는 것입니다.
 
24 하나님은 지옥의 문을 열어서 살인마까지 축복해 주라는 말을 하지 못합니다. 하나님이라도 그것을 하지 않습니다. 그런데 아버님은 대담하게도 지옥문을 열고 천국으로 어서 오라고 하는 것입니다. 죽은 사람들 중에서 통일교회를 반대하던 사람들도 영육 결혼을 해서 지상에서 삼일식까지 하게 했습니다.

영육 축복 일체권을 이루어 삼일식까지 하게 되었으니 지상에서 결혼도 못하고 영계에 가 있는 애혼들과 16세 이상 연령 된 모든 사람들까지 해방해 주는 것입니다. 그 사람들까지 축복해 주는 것입니다.

그러니까 지옥문을 열고 영계에 간 모든 사람들 앞에 축복을 해줌으로써 하나님의 혈족적 권한을 인정하는 것입니다. 그렇기 때문에 사탄은 완전히 후퇴하지 않을 수 없다는 것입니다. 이것은 혁명입니다. 타락으로 인해 죽은 모든 영인들이 천국 갈 수 있는 환경을 만들어 놓은 것입니다. 모든 조상들이 축복받은 권내에서 영계에 들어갈 수 있는 환경을 만들어서 천국 갈 수 있는 고속도로를 닦아 놓은 것입니다.

그런 기반을 전부 탕감복귀했다는 말입니다. 하나님이 만드신 영계는 타락한 인간이 살게 되어 있지 않습니다. 그 영계에서는 완성한 축복가정들만이 살 수 있습니다. 아담이 완성한 이후에 생활할 천국과 같은 환경입니다. 그러니까 하나님이 전권을 가지고 세상의 모든 작은 데서부터 큰 데까지 마음대로 할 수 있는 것입니다.

축복받으면 ‘참축복 천주화와 사탄혈통 근절’이 이루어지는 것입니다. 깨부수는 것입니다. 모든 지상의 일족들은 천국행, 출애급과 같이 지상세계의 출발이 벌어지는 것입니다. 모세가 80세에 출애급을 한 것과 마찬가지로 이제부터는 참부모, 가정왕으로서 세계, 지구성 출발을 하는 것입니다.

真の父母経 - 482. ジャルジン第七宣言 : 真の祝福天宙化とサタン血統根絶完成解放宣布

真の父母様は、一九九九年一月八日、ウルグアイのブン夕・デル・エステにおいて、「真の祝福天宙化とサタン血統根絶完成解放宣布式」を挙行され、「この宣布は、天宙的四・四節である」と語られた。また、この宣布をジャルジン第七宣言であると語られた。

「ジャルジン第七宣言」の要旨
地上天国を建設しようとすれば、天上に恨をもった霊が一人もいてはいけない。特に未婚の霊たち、結婚できなかった人々、あまりにも幼くして死んだ 人々も祝福してあげなければならない。その霊人たちもみな、成長するための教育を受けるようになる。幼い時に死んだとしても、成長したあとに教育を受け て、未婚の青年男女として祝福を受けられる恵沢を受け、その次に、地獄の殺人鬼までも、聖人たちと共に祝福が受けられる門を開いてあげたのである。

22 一九九九年一月八日、午前七時半を越え、八時に向かう四・四数の立場で、「四・四節」とともに家庭と国と全世界が天国に入ることのできる解放的起源を備 え、真の祝福天宙化とサタン血統根絶完成解放宣布式をすることによって、全天宙がこれを認識し、それによって地獄や善なる霊人たちの前を塞いでいた塀を崩 し、完全に解放いたしました。ですから、光明の天国を眺める地上の蕩減路程を早く解消し、本然の基準において真の父母がこの地上にいる間、地上に来て共に 侍って暮らしたという条件を残すことによって、完全解放圏を備え、すべてが天国行きの祝福を受ける家庭の群れになれるようにお許しくださることを切にお願 い申し上げます。

この時間、この式典を、(天の)お父様、喜んでお受けくださることを切に願い、望みながら、このことに同行し、成就して、宣布してくださるようにお願い申し上げます。アーヂュ、アーヂュ、アーヂュ！
 
23 霊界にいるすべての先祖たちを解放してあげなければなりません。サタンも解放してあげなければなりません。皆さんが祝福してあげた百六十家庭が、カイン圏 の一族になるので、彼らを自分の一族と連結させて、献納式をしなければならないのです。総生畜献納式をすれば、その基盤の上で百二十代の先祖を祝福してあ げることができます。そして、百二十代の先祖と共に、百二十代の王と大統領たちを祝福することによって、その国民と息子と王が主流に対して横的に傍系の皇 族圏になるのです。

彼ら全体を祝福することができるよう、解放してあげなければなりません。百二十家庭は、イエス様がイスラエル圏の国を中心として解放してあげようと したものですが、霊界でそれをすべて解放してあげなければなりません。キリスト教圏をすべて解放してあげなければならないのです。真の父母の時代なので、 百二十代さえするようになれば、自動的に統一天下圏に越えていきます。百二十代をすれば、天国に入るのです。これを、真の父母と神様が許諾します。
 
24 神様は、「地獄の門を開いて、殺人鬼まで祝福してあげなさい」と言うことはできません。神様もそれをしないのです。ところがお父様は、大胆にも地獄の門を 開き、「天国に早く来なさい」と言うのです。死んだ人々の中で、統一教会に反対していた人々に対しても霊肉結婚(霊肉界祝福結婚)をさせ、地上で三日式 (三日行事)までさせました。霊肉祝福一体圏を形成して三日式までするようになったので、地上で結婚もできずに霊界に行っている哀魂(哀しみをもった霊 人)たちと、年齢が十六歳以上のすべての人たちまで解放してあげるのです。その人々まで祝福してあげます。

ですから、地獄の門を開き、霊界に行ったすべての人々を祝福してあげることによって、神様の血族的権限を認定するのです。それゆえ、サタンは完全に 後退せざるを得ません。これは革命です。堕落によって死んだすべての霊人たちが天国に行ける環境をつくっておいたのです。すべての先祖たちが祝福を受けた 圏内で霊界に入ることのできる環境をつくり、天国に行ける高速道路を造っておいたのです。そのような基盤をすべて蕩減復帰したということです。

神様が造られた霊界には、堕落した人間が住むようにはなっていません。その霊界では、完成した祝福家庭たちだけが暮らすことができるのです。アダム が完成したのちに生活する天国のような環境です。ですから、神様が全権をもって、世の中のすべての小さな所から大きな所まで、思いどおりにできるのです。 祝福を受ければ、「真の祝福天宙化とサタン血統根絶」が成就します。打ち砕くのです。あらゆる地上の一族が天国に向かう、出エジプトのような地上世界の出 発が始まります。モーセが八十歳で出エジプトしたのと同じように、これからは真の父母、家庭王として、世界、地球星の出発をするのです。

Chambumo Gyeong - 482. The 7th Jardim Declaration : Cosmic Expansion of the True Blessing and Complete Liberation from Satan's Lineage

On January 8, 1999, True Parents held the Proclamation Ceremony for the Cosmic Expansion of the True Blessing and Complete Liberation from Satan's Lineage at Punta del Este in Uruguay. True Parents said that this proclamation is the Cosmic Sa Sa Jeol as well as the 7th Jardim Declaration.

According to the 7th Jardim Declaration, if the kingdom of heaven is to be built on earth, not a single spirit can be left who is filled with bitter sorrow. Spirits who are single, who reached adulthood but were unable to get married, or who died young, must also receive the marriage Blessing. Those spirits will all receive education so that they can grow. Even though they died unmarried, after they have matured and received education, they will be given the grace of being blessed as pure young men and women. I also opened the gate so that the murderers in hell can receive the Blessing along with the saints.


22 Heavenly Father, on the morning of January 8, 1999, from a little past 7:30 up until 8:00, in the position of two number 4s, with the proclamation of Sa Sa Jeol, we established the foundation for the liberation of families, nations and the whole world, maldhg it possible for them to enter the kingdom of heaven. We also held the Declaration Ceremony of Liberation for Completing the Eradication of Satan's Lineage, and the Declaration Ceremony of the Cosmic True Blessing throughout heaven and earth. These declarations, acknowledged by all of heaven and earth, completely obliterated the barrier blocking the liberation of hell and obstructing the good spirits.

We, the True Parents, are striving to realize the original standard by quickly removing the course of indemnity on earth and seeking for the brightness of the kingdom of heaven. Based on the condition of having lived with and attended God during our lifetime on earth, we sincerely pray to enter the era of complete liberation, when all humankind as families can receive the Blessing and go to heaven. At this time, before this meal, Father, I sincerely ask that You joyfully receive this and work together with us to achieve and proclaim these works. Amen, Amen, Amen! (298-217, 1999/01/08)


23 We must liberate fill the ancestors in the spirit world. We must liberate even Satan. The 160 families you have blessed belong to your Cain-type tribe. A dedication ceremony is needed to connect them to your own tribe. If the ceremony to bring them together is completed, 120 generations of your ancestors can receive the marriage Blessing. Through this Blessing, and together with 120 generations of kings and presidents, the citizens, the son, and the king will belong to the mainstream realm of the royal family expanding on the horizontal level. They all must be liberated in order to receive the marriage Blessing. These 120 represent those whom Jesus wanted to bless in the realm of Israel. They are the ones who must be liberated in the spirit world. The Christian realm must be liberated. Since this is the True Parents' era, just by blessing 120 families, we naturally transition into the realm of the united world. If 120 generations are blessed, you will enter heaven. 24 God cannot say, "Give the marriage Blessing to murderers." God does not command me to do this. But I as the True Parent opened the gates boldly and asked those spirits to come quickly to heaven. I also made it possible for people in the spirit world who had opposed the Unification Church to be married to people living on the earth by participating in heaven and earth Blessings, and going through the Three Day Ceremony on the earth. Initiating heaven and earth Blessings with the Three-Day Ceremony has liberated those who died when they were very young and those who died after the age of 16 without being able to marry. Now all of them can receive the Blessing.

By opening the doors to hell and blessing all those people who went to the spirit world, God's authority over lineage is being acknowledged.


Therefore, Satan has no choice but to retreat completely. This is a revolution. I have created the environment wherein everyone who died due to the Fall can now go to heaven. By creating an environment where all ancestors who entered the spirit world can receive the marriage Blessing, I paved the expressway to heaven. That foundation is restored completely through paying indemnity.

God did not design the spirit world to be a place for fallen people to live. Only completed blessed families are meant to live in the spirit world. Adam was supposed to live in this heavenly environment after his perfection, where God has full authority and is able to act upon the smallest things and the largest things according to His Will.

When you receive the Blessing, the cosmic expansion of the True Blessing and the eradication of the Satanic lineage will be realized. We are breaking through. All families on earth will go to heaven and, just as the Israelites who left Egypt were liberated, there also will be a new start on earth. Just as Moses departed Egypt at the age of 80, from now on True Parents will step into the world as the king and queen of the family. (300-306, 1999/04/11)
