Explore Cuzco ? Optional Inca Marvels of Tipon tour

After breakfast,  join our optional tour to Tipon, a location south of Cuzco with well-preserved ancient agricultural terraces and

an Incan irrigation system whose canals still carry water. These provide impressive evidence of Incan ingenuity and engineering skills.

This optional tour includes lunch at local restaurant. Or, remain in Cuzco to make your own discoveries, with lunch on your own.

In the afternoon, we explore Cuzco, starting with a walk to the Plaza de Armas. We'll also discover the Qoricancha Sun Temple,

the city's most important ceremonial structure during the Incan era. Historical records of the time note that its walls were once

covered with 700 sheets of gold studded with emeralds and turquoise; when the sunlight streamed through the windows,

the reflection off the precious metals was blinding.

특이한 것은 코카 차를 마실 수 있는 것이다. 코카 잎에서 마약인 코케인을 주출한다.

잉카 문양

카톨릭 성당인데 잉카 템플을 덮고 있다. 스페인 침략자들이 잉카의 템플을 덮어 그들의 신앙을 말살하려고

템플 위에 성당을 건축하였다.

잉카의 석축. 돌의 틈이 전혀 없다.

바른 쪽에 보이는 검은색 구조가 잉카의 템플이다.

이들은 은하수에서 콘돌, 푸마, 뱀을 보았다.

이 성당의 이름

종교는 많은 유적을 남겼다.

호텔로 돌아 오는 길에 개인 뮤지움에 들렸다.

특이한 점은 흑인 예수와 목이 긴 성모 마리아.

페루인들은 대부분 목이 짧아 목이 긴 사람을 높이 추앙했나 보다. 200명의 스패니쉬가 침력했을 때도 처음에는

흰 얼굴에 목이 훤칠하여 신의 사자로 생각했었단다.

뮤지엄을 나와 본 골목 풍경. 사는 분위기를 본다.

여러 형태의 돌인데도 횐 세멘 (mortar) 없이도 잘 마물려 있다. 그들의 석조 기술은 대단했다.

항아리의 아랫 부분은 땅에 묻어 고정시키었다.

마침 교사들이 파업 데모를 하고 있다. 학부모들이 나와 응원한다.

구룹으로 모여 성토와 함께 의견 교환을 한다.

점심 때는 잉카 콜라를 맛 보았다.

저녁 때는 잉카인들의 공연을 보았다.

잉카 인들의 현대적 의상. 그들의 고유 분위기를 간직하고 있다.
