업무내용	POSITION SUMMARY This position will be RTP (Requisition-To-Pay) sub-process owner and responsible for maintaining “Standard Practice”, the project procurement and major purchases of main equipments for cryogenic fields and valves& instruments. Other Roles SOX 404 Tester & Sub-Process owner. Main Jobs Project procurement and custom management for ASU, On-site plant Contract with vendors, Shipping Arrangement, Delivery Scheduling with Project team, Custom Clearance, Arranging Inland transportation of bulk cargoes, Tax exemption with the customs Procure main equipments Main Air Compressors, Cryogenic tanks, Pumps, Purifiers ,Valves & Instruments To qualify and eval‎uate suppliers aligned with regional Purchasing strategy by way of doing supplier prequalification, administering major service and MRO contracts, resolving contract problems and auditing contract performance. To demand customs exemption of imports liable for non-taxation from import duties according to Korean regulations. To promote new purchasing strategy and skill to purchasing team by gathering information To develop standard practice to end users(requisitioner, receiver) in PTP Process PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES To develop Global Purchasing Strategy through Asia Purchasing Council network for global sourcing, integrate work process and big items consolidating Vendor Pre-Qualification, Eval‎uation C.I activities, share information with Regional Purchasing CI Team regularly Effective communication by quarterly report of purchasing and project procurement report for internal customer’s satisfaction Tester of source in SOX-404
