참부모경 - 505. 세계평화종교연합 창설

참부모님께서는 종교계를 통일하여 인류를 평화의 길로 인도하기 위하여 1991년 8월 27일 서울에서 34개국 2천여 명의 종교인이 참석한 가운데 세계평화종교연합(IRFWP)을 세우시고, 바로 그 다음날 51개국 전·현직 대통령, 총리 등을 초청하여 세계평화연합을 창설하셨다. 그리고 종교권을 대표한 세계평화종교연합과 정치권을 대표한 세계평화연합이 마치 인간의 마음과 몸같이 하나되어 세계평화 실현에 앞장서야 된다고 말씀하셨다.
 
1 우리 인간은 모르지만 세계를 구하기 위한 하나님의 섭리로 볼 때, 민족과 문화배경이 다름에 따라 종교도 종의 종교, 양자의 종교, 서자의 종교, 직계자녀의 종교가 있는데 이들 종교는 부모의 종교에 일치되어야 합니다. 그러니 종의 종교도 주인의 가정에 일치될 수 있게끔 가르쳐야 되고, 그다음에 양자도 아들이니까 부모를 중심삼은 종교시대가 오면 양자의 종교도 부모 종교시대에 일치될 수 있게끔 가르쳐야 되고, 서자의 종교나 지계자녀의 종교도 마찬가지입니다. 그렇기 때문에 하나님을 부모로 모실 수 있는 준비를 해야 됩니다. 그래서 도주들을 하나님 대신, 부모 대신 모실 수 있게 준비시켜 나온 것입니다. 교리의 근본에 들어가면 다 같기 때문에 오래된 종교가 제일이라는 생각을 깨뜨려 버려야 합니다. 세계를 수습할 수 있는 새로운 종교시대가 오기 때문에 참부모 종교가 현현하게 됩니다. 그러니까 모든 종교의 교인들이 교주를 모셔 왔던 것은 부모를 모시기 위한 훈련이었습니다. 이런 내용을 제시하였기 때문에 이것은 종교계에 차원 높은 혁명이 벌어질 수 있는 하나의 주체관입니다. 그런 내용을 중심삼고 부모님이 참부모 종교의 뜻을 대표한 하늘의 소명을 받은 사람이라고 아예 선포해 버렸습니다. 이렇게 해서 종교 대표들이 세계평화종교연합 창설을 위한 성명서에 사인을 하고 결의대회를 한 것입니다. 지금까지 그 누구도 종교권을 한 틀거리에 갖다 묶는다는 것을 생각도 못했습니다. 이런 일이 이루어졌다는 사실은 역사적인 사건입니다.
 
2 지금까지 정치와 과학이 종교를 반대해 나왔지만 비로소 부모님을 중심삼고 통일의 형태가 벌어집니다. 종교권과 정치권과 과학세계가 하나되어 들어오는 것입니다. 반면에 정치세계는 외적인 면에서 좌우가 투쟁하고 있습니다. 민주세계와 공산세계, 가인 아벨이 투쟁하는 것입니다. 가인 아벨 투쟁권이 통일될 수 있는 시대로 들어오기 때문에 종교권을 중심삼고 세계평화종교연합, 정치권을 중심삼고 세계평화연합을 창설하는 것입니다.
 
3 뜻적인 입장에서 보면 부모님이 해야 될 일은 대개 다 했습니다. 이제 남은 것은 외적인 세계의 세계평화연합과 내적인 세계의 세계평화종교연합입니다. 세계평화종교연합은 마음적 기준입니다. 이 몸과 마음이 하나되어야 합니다. 하나님의 섭리에 있어서 종교권과 정치권을 중심삼고 전쟁의 역사를 통해 수많은 희생자를 냄으로써 목적 달성을 향해 나오던 역사는 필시 하나로 종결될 것입니다. 이제 이것이 목전에 다가왔습니다. 이 종교계를 규합해야 되고 정치계를 규합해야 되는데, 이것을 누가 하느냐? 그 누군가가 해야 됩니다. 그런 입장에 선 사람과 국가가 있어야 됩니다. 이 일을 어떤 나라가 하든가 모든 종교단체가 합해서 하든가 해야 된다는 것입니다. 이제 할 일은 그것밖에 없습니다.
 
4 세계 종교계에 부모님이 없으면 안 됩니다. 이슬람교와 유대교가 싸우고 불교는 종단끼리 싸우고 기독교는 교파끼리 싸우는데 우리가 가게 되면 싸우던 사람들도 같이 모여서 예배를 볼 수 있고 수련할 수 있게 되더라는 것입니다. 그렇지만 우리를 빼게 되면 그런 것이 다 불가능하다는 것입니다. 그렇기 때문에 종단 세계의 유명한 학자나 유명한 행정 책임자들도 결국은 부모님이 없이는 안 된다는 것이 하나의 표준이 되었습니다. 그 표준을 중심삼고 결집할 수 있는 세계적인 종교 클럽이 되었다는 것입니다. 그래서 이것을 총합해서 세계적인 하나의 기구를 만들었는데 그것이 1991년 8월 27일 창설한 세계평화종교연합입니다.
 
5 종교는 종의 종교로부터 양자의 종교, 서자의 종교, 아들딸의 종교, 어머니의 종교에서 부모의 종교로 올라왔습니다. 어머니의 종교가 기독교인데, 이것이 아버지 종교를 중심삼고 합해서 나온 부모 종교가 통일교회입니다. 그래서 통일교회는 참부모 종교라는 것입니다. 그것을 이론적으로 가르쳐 주어서 종단장들을 수습해야 됩니다. 그런 초종교적인 면에서 세계평화종교연합을 만든 것입니다. 이것을 사상적 견해에 있어서 갈 길을 모르는 모든 국가들에게 가르쳐 주고, 모든 정상급에 있는 위정자들에게도 가르쳐 주어야 됩니다. 그것이 세계평화연합을 중심삼고 이루어지고 있습니다. 몸을 대표한 정치 판도와 마음을 대표한 종교 판도가 인간이 타락함으로써 몸 마음이 갈라져 싸우는 것과 같이 되었기 때문에 이것을 하나 만들지 않으면 세계평화의 길이 없습니다.
 
6 부모님은 인간의 타락으로 말미암아 몸 마음이 갈라진 것을 수습하기 위해 마음을 대표한 종교를 거쳐 나왔고, 이제 정치세계로 뻗어 나온 것입니다. 몸이 마음을 친 것과 마찬가지로 정치가 종교를 희생시켜 나왔던 것을 세계적으로 종말을 고하게 하는 모임이 1991년 8월 27일에 창립된 세계평화종교연합입니다. 이 세계평화종교연합에서 통일이 이루어지는 것입니다. 지금까지 몸세계가 마음세계에 영향을 미쳤지만 이제는 마음세계가 몸세계에 영향을 미쳐야 됩니다. 마음세계가 몸세계에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 새로운 시대가 온다는 것입니다. 달라진다는 것입니다. 앞으로 세계는 마음을 중심삼고 몸을 관리해서 평화의 시대로 갈 수 있는 길이 눈앞에 펼쳐져 있고, 우리 생활권 내에서 이것이 교체되고 있다는 사실을 알아야 됩니다. 지금까지 역사과정에서는 종교와 과학, 종교와 정치, 정치와 과학, 그것들이 하나 안 되었습니다. 이것을 하나 만들 수 있어야 됩니다.
 
7 평화의 세계로 가는 데 있어서 방향이 둘이 되어서는 안 됩니다. 정치의 방향, 종교의 방향이 통일된 방향이어야 된다는 것입니다. 그러려니까 종교가 지도해야 됩니다. 마음이 몸을 지배하는 것이 원칙이기 때문에 마음적 종교권을 결성하는 것이 1991년 8월 27일 세계평화종교연합 창설대회입니다. 거기에는 12개 종파가 다 들어가 있습니다. 그다음에 40개국 이상의 나라가 들어가 있습니다. 그래서 평화의 세계로 가는 길을 모색하기 위한 세계평화종교연합의 출범을 해야 된다는 것입니다.
 
8 몸 마음이 갈라진 역사적인 한을 풀기 위해서는 세계적인 분야에서 민주세계와 공산세계를 연결시켜 하나로 만들어야 합니다. 마음세계를 대표한 것이 종교요, 몸세계를 대표한 것이 정치입니다. 이 몸 마음이 갈라져 싸우던 것을 하나로 만들어 천리의 대도를 확실히 밝힘으로써 마음을 중심삼고 절대 통일적 인간성, 통일적 가치관을 세우고, 그런 가치를 지닌 완성한 아담을 중심삼고 완성한 해와와 일체관을 세우는 것입니다. 그런 가정의 주체관을 중심삼은 종족관, 종족관에 연결된 민족관, 민족관에 연결된 국가관, 국가관에 연결된 세계관을 중심삼고 천주를 사랑의 인연으로 묶고자 하는 것입니다. 이러한 모든 이론체제를 다 끝맺고 규범을 통하여 사회생활제도까지 전부 공법으로 제정할 수 있는 것을 구상하고 있습니다.

真の父母経 - 505. 「世界平和宗教連合」の創設

真の父母様は、宗教界を統一し、人類を平和の道に導くため、一九九一年八月二十七 日、三十四ヵ国から来た二千人以上の宗教者が参加する中、ソウルで「世界平和宗教連合(IRFWP)」を立てられ、その翌日、五十一ヵ国の元・現職大統 領、総理などを招請し、「世界平和連合」を創設された。
そして、「宗教圏を代表した『世界平和宗教連合』と、政治圏を代表した『世界平和連合』が、あたかも人間の心と体のように一つとなり、世界平和実現の先頭に立たなければならない」と語られた。

1 私たち人間には分かりませんが、世界を救うための神様の摂理から見るとき、民族と文化背景の違いによって、宗教も僕の宗教、養子の宗教、庶子の宗教、直系 の子女の宗教があります。これらの宗教は、父母の宗教に一致しなければなません。ですから、僕の宗教も、主人の家庭に一致できるように教えなければなら ず、次に、養子も息子なので、父母を中心とした宗教時代が来れば、養子の宗教も父母の宗教時代に一致できるように教えなければなりません。また、庶子の宗 教も、直系の子女の宗教も同じです。ですから、神様を父母として、侍ることができる準備をしなければなりません。それで、教主たちを神様の代わり、父母の 代わりとして、侍ることができるように、準備させてきたのです。
教理の根本に入っていけば、すべて同じなので、古い宗教が一番だという考えを砕いてしまわなければなりません。世界を収拾できる新しい宗教時代が来 るので、真の父母の宗教が顕現するようになります。ですから、すべての宗教の信徒たちが教主に侍ってきたのは、父母に侍るための訓練でした。このような内 容を提示したので、これは宗教界に次元の高い革命が起こり得る一つの主体的な観点です。
そのような内容を中心として、父母様が真の父母の宗教のみ旨を代表した天の召命を受けた人であると、宣布してしまいました。このようにして、宗教の 代表たちが、「世界平和宗教連合」創設のための声明書にサインをし、決意大会をしたのです。今まで誰も、宗教圏を一つの枠組みに入れて束ねるということは 考えることもできませんでした。このようなことが行われたという事実は、歴史的な事件です。

2 今まで、政治と科学が宗教に反対してきましたが、初めて父母様を中心として統一の形態が広がるのです。宗教圏と政治圏と科学世界が一つになって入ってくるのです。
反面、政治世界では、外的な面で左右が闘争しています。民主世界と共産世界、カイン・アベルが闘争するのです。カイン・アベルの闘争圏が統一される時代に入るので、宗教圏を中心として「世界平和宗教連合」、政治圏を中心として「世界平和連合」を創設するのです。

3 み旨の立場から見れば、父母様がすべきことは、ほぼすべてしました。今や残ったのは、外的な世界の「世界平和連合」と、内的な世界の「世界平和宗教連合」 です。「世界平和宗教連合」は心的基準です。この体と心が一つにならなければなりません。神様の摂理において、宗教圏と政治圏を中心として、戦争の歴史を 通し、数多くの犠牲者を出すことで目的達成に向かって進んできた歴史は、必ずや一つに終結するでしょう。今やこれが目前に迫ってきました。
この宗教界を糾合しなければならず、政治界を糾合しなければならないのですが、これを誰がするのでしょうか。誰かがしなければなりません。そのよう な立場に立った人と国家がなければなりません。このことをどこかの国がするか、あらゆる宗教団体が一つになってするなどしてやらなければならないというの です。今やすべきことはそれしかありません。

4 世界の宗教界に、父母様がいなければなりません。イスラームとユダヤ教が争い、仏教は教団同士争い、キリスト教は教派同士が争うのですが、私たちが行け ば、争っていた人々も一緒に集まって礼拝を捧げることができ、修練をすることができるようになったというのです。
しかし、私たちを抜きにすれば、そのようなことはすべて不可能だというのです。ですから、教団世界の有名な学者や有名な行政責任者たちも、結局、父母様を抜きにしてはうまくいかないというのが、一つの標準になりました。
その標準を中心として結集できる世界的な宗教クラブになったというのです。それで、これを総合して、世界的な一つの機構をつくったのですが、それが一九九一年八月二十七日に創設した「世界平和宗教連合」です。

5 宗教は、僕の宗教から養子の宗教、庶子の宗教、息子、娘の宗教、母の宗教から父母の宗教に上がってきました。母の宗教がキリスト教ですが、これが父の宗教 を中心として一つになって出てきた父母の宗教が統一教会です。ですから、統一教会は真の父母の宗教だというのです。それを理論的に教えてあげて、教団の指 導者たちを収拾しなければなりません。そのような超宗教的な面で「世界平和宗教連合」をつくったのです。
これを、思想的見解において行くべき道を知らないすべての国々に教えてあげ、トップクラスにいるすべての為政者たちにも教えてあげなければなりませ ん。それが「世界平和連合」を中心として行われています。体を代表した政治版図と心を代表した宗教版図が、人間が堕落することによって体と心が分かれて争 うのと同じようになったので、これを一つにしなければ世界平和の道はありません。

6 父母様は、人間の堕落によって体と心が分かれたことを収拾するために、心を代表した宗教を経てきたのであり、今や政治世界に力を及ぼすようになったので す。体が心を打ったのと同じように、政治が宗教を犠牲にしてきましたが、その終末を世界的に告げる集まりが、一九九一年八月二十七日に創設された「世界平 和宗教連合」です。この「世界平和宗教連合」において、統一が成し遂げられるのです。
今まで体の世界が心の世界に影響を及ぼしてきましたが、今からは心の世界が体の世界に影響を及ぼさなければなりません。心の世界が体の世界に影響を及ぼすことのできる新しい時代が来ます。変わってくるというのです。
今後の世界は、心を中心として体を管理し、平和の時代に進んでいける道が目の前に広がっていて、私たちの生活圏内で、これが入れ替わってきていると いう事実を知らなければなりません。今までの歴史過程では、宗教と科学、宗教と政治、政治と科学、それらが一つになりませんでした。これを一つにできなけ ればなりません。

7 平和の世界に進むに当たって、方向が二つになってはいけません。政治の方向、宗教の方向が統一された方向でなければならないというのです。そのためには、 宗教が指導しなければなりません。心が体を支配するのが原則なので、心的宗教圏を結成するのが、一九九一年八月二十七日の「世界平和宗教連合」創設大会で す。
そこには、十二の宗派がすべて入っています。その次に、四十ヵ国以上の国が入っているのです。そのようにして、平和の世界に進む道を模索するための「世界平和宗教連合」の出帆をしなければならないというのです。

8 体と心が分かれた歴史的な恨を解くためには、世界的な分野で民主世界と共産世界を連結させ、一つにしなければなりません。心の世界を代表したものが宗教で あり、体の世界を代表したものが政治です。この体と心が分かれて争っていたものを一つにして、天理の大道をはっきりと明らかにすることにより、心を中心と して絶対統一的人間性、統一的価値観を立て、そのような価値をもった完成したアダムを中心として、完成したエバと一体観を立てるのです。
そのような家庭の主体観を中心とした氏族観、氏族観に連結された民族観、民族観に連結された国家観、国家観に連結された世界観を中心として、愛の絆 で天宙を束ねようというのです。このようなあらゆる理論の体制(整備)を締めくくり、規範を通して社会生活制度まで、すべて公法として制定することを構想 しています。

Chambumo Gyeong - 505. Inter-Religious Federation for World Peace

On August 27, 1991, True Parents established the Inter-Religious Federation for World Peace (IRFWP) in Seoul at an event with 2,000 religious leaders from 34 countries. True Parents gave IRFWP the mission to unite religions and lead humanity on the path to peace. Immediately after that, they gathered former and current presidents and prime ministers from 51 nations and founded the Federation for World Peace. True Parents stated that the Inter-Religious Federation for World Peace, which represented the religious realm, and the Federation for World Peace, which represented the political realm, must become one like mind and body and take the lead in realizing world peace.

1 In His providence to save the world, God founded different religions among peoples from different cultural backgrounds. Some are servant-type religions and others are child-type religions. People have not understood this. These religions must become one with a parent-type religion. Therefore, the servant-type religion is required to teach us how to serve in the household. When the age of the parent-type religion comes, the child-type religion must teach us how to become one body with the parents in the household. Therefore, we must come to attend God as our Parent. Serving eminent religious leaders is preparation for attending God as our Parent.

When you look at the doctrines of different religions, you see they have similar core principles. It is an error to think that the oldest religion is the best. The parent-type religion appears with the purpose of gathering together the people of the world. Why do the faithful of each religion serve their founders? It is to gain training to serve the Parents. This teaching we are setting forth can lead to a revolution of higher dimension within the religious sphere.

With this, we have openly proclaimed that my wife and I are the ones who received the call of heaven as the representatives of the religion of the True Parents. Religious leaders signed a statement launching the Inter-Religious Federation for World Peace. Until today, no one thought that religions could be combined into one framework. 2 Until now politics and science have opposed religion, but now for the first time the unification of human thought is possible centering on True Parents. The realms of religion, politics and science are coming together. We can see from an external viewpoint that communism and democracy, representing Cain and Abel, are fighting for control over the world of politics. We founded the Inter-Religious Federation for World Peace centering on the religious realm, and the Federation for World Peace centering on the political realm, to bring us into the age when Cain and Abel will end their conflict. 3 From the viewpoint of God's Will, most of the things I have to accomplish are done. The rest is to be done by the Federation for World Peace for the external world and the Inter-Religious Federation for World Peace for the internal world. The IRFWP represents the standard by which the mind can bring about mind-body oneness. In God's providence, history progressed based on sacrifices made in wars involving religion and politics.

These two should strive to achieve oneness. The fulfillment of that purpose is close at hand. Who can bring together the religious and political worlds? There must be a nation and people in a position to do that. This should be done either by a country or by a coalition of religious organizations. This task remains before us. (208-043, 1990/11/15)

4 Parents are necessary for the world's religions. Judaism has conflicts with Islam, Buddhism fights its rival religious groups, and Christian denominations fight with each other. We observe that people of those faiths will stop fighting when they attend events together and cultivate relationships. However, if the True Parents do not initiate meetings like this, such relationship building is completely impossible. Therefore, renowned scholars and government leaders have realized that without True Parents nothing can be accomplished. Focusing on this reality, we brought these leaders together, and on August 27, 1991, we created the worldwide institution called the Inter-Religious Federation for World Peace. (248-174, 1993/08/03)

5 Religions have developed from servant religions, adopted-child religions, stepchild religions and child religions to a mother religion and the parent religion. The mother religion is Christianity, and the parent religion is the Unification Church. It began as the religion of the father and then became the religion of the True Parents.

To teach the theory behind this, we gathered the leaders of religious groups to create the Inter-Religious Federation for World Peace. We must teach this theoretical viewpoint to everyone, because countries and their leaders do not know how to advance. Politics and religion are in conflict, reflecting the mind-body division wrought by the human Fall, with politics representing the body and religion the mind. Unless we can unite them, there will be no way to achieve world peace. (236-220, 1992/11/08)

6 To end the division of the mind and body brought about by the Human Fall, True Parents emerged from the sphere of religion, representing the heart, and have now extended themselves into the sphere of politics. On August 27, 1991, the Inter-Religious Federation for World Peace noted that politics traditionally has sacrificed religion, just as the body defies the mind. It is said that until now the world of the body has always dominated the world of the mind, but now the world of the mind must shape the world of the body. The era is dawning when the world of the mind can influence the world of the body. Once we take control of our body with our mind as the center, the path to peace will unfold before our eyes. This must happen in the realm of our daily lives. Throughout history's course, religion, science and politics could not be harmonized. We must be able to bring them into oneness. 7 There should not be incongruent roads to world peace. Politics and religion must come to move in the same direction. It is a fundamental principle that the mind, guided by the religious realm, should control the body. Therefore, religion must lead. The Inter-Religious Federation for World Peace was founded on August 27, 1991, and included 12 major religions. Next, religious representatives from more than 40 countries are to be included. We must set sail to a world of peace under the navigation of the Inter-Religious Federation for World Peace. (219-075, 1991/08/25)

8 In order to solve the bitter sorrow in history that resulted from the division of mind and body, we must connect the communist world to the democratic world and make them as one. Religion represents the world of the mind and politics represents the world of the body. By clarifying the great moral principles of heavenly law and ending the fight between mind and body, centering on the mind, we will establish the absolute oneness of human nature and values and, centering on perfected Adam, who possesses those values, we will establish the perfection of Eve and a unified value perspective. This creates a peaceful order at the family level.

Centering on the worldwide perspective, which is connected to the national perspective, and the national perspective, which is connected to the people perspective, and the people perspective, which is connected to the tribal perspective, and the tribal perspective, which is centered upon the subject-partner perspective of that peaceful family, we are going to bind together the cosmos by means of actual relationships of love. When such a world and cosmos are a reality, we naturally will live by the public laws, regulations and social systems of love and true freedom. (208-152, 1990/11/17)
