[장면: 모래폭풍과 용암지대, 그리고 보루넬의 이탈]

세 사람은 마침내 사막의 분화대 끝자락, 용암이 흘러내리는 절벽지대에 다다른다.

바닥은 갈라져 있고, 용암은 간헐적으로 솟아오르며 붉은 김을 뿜어낸다.

모래폭풍이 시야를 가려, 멀리 있는 것도 명확히 보이지 않는다.

뜨거운 열기와 함께, 이질적인 속삭임이 공기를 흔든다.

속삭이는 목소리 (희미하게):

“…보루넬… 너는 길을 찾았다… 그곳은 너의 길이다…”

보루넬은 걸음을 멈춘다. 눈이 일순 어두워진 듯 흔들린다.

용사:

“보루넬? 왜 그래, 지금 위험하다고!”

하지만 보루넬은 대답 없이, 무언가에 이끌리듯 용암 틈새 사이의 검은 틈으로 걸어간다.

사제 (불안하게 외친다):

“잠깐! 보루넬, 지금은 정신을 똑바로 차려야 해!”

그러나 이미 그는 반쯤 실종된 듯, 모래와 불길 속으로 사라진다.

용사 (헐레벌떡):

“큰일났어. 보루넬이 먼저 가버렸어… 그 목소리, 무언가가 그를 홀린 거야.”

사제:

“이건 단순한 환청이 아니야. 이 땅 자체가 마종의 권역일 가능성이 있어.

지금 따르지 않으면… 그를 잃을지도 몰라.”

[새로운 지역 진입: 용암 협곡 입구]

그들은 용암 사이로 이어진 검은 암석길을 따라 진입한다.

용암 기둥이 뿜어져 오르며 바닥을 불규칙적으로 녹인다.

곳곳엔 거대한 용족의 뼈, 그리고 기묘한 봉인의 흔적.

화염 정령의 잔재들이 주변을 감도는 곳.

사제 (속삭이듯):

“이건… 고대의 마법 지대야. 강대한 불속성의 힘이 아직도 남아 있어.”

용사 (단호하게):

“보루넬이 여길 혼자 지나갔다고? 위험해. 서둘러야 해.”

그리고 곧, 용암 틈 사이에서 깨어나는 이형의 존재들이 그들을 가로막는다.

붉은 불꽃 속에서 반쯤 녹아내린 듯한 화염 골렘 등장.

용암에서 재조합된 불에 잠식된 미라 무리.

전투 직전, 둘은 결심한 듯 눈을 마주친다.

용사:

“놓치면 후회한다. 끝까지 함께 가는 거야.”

사제:

“그래. 우리 손으로 그를 데려와야 해.”

[Scene: Sandstorm, lava area, and Borunel's departure]

The three finally reach the edge of the desert's crater, the cliff where lava flows down.

The floor is cracked, and lava rises intermittently and spews red steam.

Sandstorms block the view, so it's not clear that it's far away.

With the hot heat, heterogeneous whispers shake the air.

Whispering Voice (faintly):

“…Vorunel... You've found your way... That's your path...”

​

Borunel stops walking. His eyes shake as if they have become dark for a moment.

​

Soldier:

"Borunel? Come on, it's dangerous now!"

​

But without an answer, Borunel walks through the black gap between the lava crevices as if he were being led by something.

​

The priest (screaming uneasily):

"Wait! Borunel, you must get your act together now!"

​

But already he is half-missed, disappearing into the sand and flames.

​

Soldier (suddenly):

"I'm in trouble. Borunel left first... That voice, something possessed him."

​

Priest:

"It's not just an auditory hallucination. It's possible that this land itself is a Maison territory.

If you don't comply now... I might lose him."

[Entering a new area: entrance to the lava canyon]

They enter along a black rock path that leads through lava.

The lava column rises and melts the floor irregularly.

Huge dragon bones everywhere, and traces of strange seals.

A place where the remnants of a flame spirit wrap around.

The priest (whispering):

"This is... It's an ancient magical zone. There's still a powerful force of disarray."

​

Soldier (Firm):

"Borunel passed here alone? Dangerous. We must hurry."

​

And soon, heterogeneous beings who wake up between lava cracks stand in their way.

Flame Golem appears half-melted in the red flame.

A group of mummies encroached on fire recombined from lava.

​

Just before the battle, the two make eye contact as if they were determined.

​

Soldier:

"If you miss it, you'll regret it. We'll go together until the end."

​

Priest:

"Yes. We have to bring him in by our hands."
