가뭄 소식이 아리조나를 달구며 전쟁과 살상의 소식이 온 세상에 가득합니다.

그 잘난 인류는 선악과를 먹고 얻은 지식으로 어디를 향하는 걸까요.

오직 역사를 주관하시는 하나님의 섭리가 무엇인지 머리를 숙일 뿐입니다.

Drought heats Arizona hard, and war and killing all over the world.

Claiming to be wise after eating the Forbidden Fruit, where is mankind rushing to.

Whatever the Lord's sovereign destiny is, we just humbly bow down.

사역부지, 거주부지, 그리고 중장기 동역자 확보 문제

현지사정상 건축부지는 거의 포기상태지만 방과후학교 사역에 관한 기대감과 의지는 여전합니다.

대면의 경우에는 이에 관해 좀 더 자세한 내용을 나누지만 여기서는 생략합니다.

Business Site, Home Site, and Mid/Long-Term Field Missionary Needed

I almost gave up these land contracts but my expectation & intention of the After-School Program still remains strong.

I share more details about it when we meet face to face but sorry to stop here.

목회 사역

5월 다섯 번의 주일 중에 세 번을 Bitter Springs Baptist Church에서 말씀을 나눴고 두 번은 Tonalea Full Gospel Church에서 말씀을 나눴습니다.

지역민을 위한 영어성경읽기를 돕기 위한 저의 작업은 일단 창세기로 마무리되었습니다.

다음엔 어떤 책을 시작할까 궁리하다가 불현듯 언제 이뤄질지 모를 방과후학교 학습 자료들을 인공지능 검색 기능을 활용하여 정리하기 시작했습니다.

원래 TTP (어린이사역을 위한 디모데프로젝트)의 다섯 가지 기초자료 이외에 장기적으로 이곳 청소년들에게 알려주고 싶은 현실적 생활에 관한 것들이 있었는데 이제 그 구체적인 강의안들을 작성하기 시작한 것이지요.

비를 위해 기도할 때 우산을 준비한다고, 도대체 방과 후 학교 사역을 언제나 시작할 수 있을지... 이 교안들을 사용이나 해볼 수 있을지 알 수 없지만 “행동이 가장 강력한 기도”라 믿고 기도 삼아 작업하고 있습니다.

현재 19개 주제를 다뤘고 앞으로도 필요에 따라 추가될 것입니다.

다행히 인공지능 분야에 매진하진 않았지만 구글 AI Mode 검색기능이 간단하여 활용하고 있는데 일일이 교안을 짜고 입력하지 않아도 되니 거의 거저먹기입니다만 결국은 얼마나 진심으로 이곳 아이들의 생활향상을 위해서 일할 수 있느냐가 관건이지 싶습니다.

그리고 물론, 운동프로그램과 기타 학습자료 확보에 대해서도 많은 시간을 할애하고 있습니다.

PASTORAL MINISTRY

We worshiped and shared messages three times in Bitter Springs and two times in Tonalea Full Gospel Church out of five weeks in May.

My work to help local people read the English Bible has been completed with Genesis for now.

I was thinking about which book to start next, and suddenly started to organize after-school learning materials, using artificial intelligence search functions while not knowing when we might use them.

In addition to the five basic resources of the TTP project for children's ministry, there were some more things about real life that I wanted to share with young people here in the long run, but now I'm starting to write specific materials.

It says that Preparing umbrellas when praying for rain, We don't know when we may do after-school ministry... I don't even know if I can use or try these materials, but believing that "action is the strongest prayer" I'm working on it as a prayer.

I have covered 19 topics so far and will add more as needed.

Fortunately, even I haven't focused on artificial intelligence a lot, I'm using Google AI Mode search function for my convenience, because it's simple, and I don't have to organize and type each lesson plan, so it's almost a bargain.

But in the end, I think the key is how sincerely I can work to improve the lives of youngsters here with the materials.

And of course, I'm also spending a lot of time on exercise programs and other learning materials.

We also are praying for those who fighting for healing and facing major surgeries. So be strong in Him.

장마당사역: 무료 침치료 및 문서사역

5월에는 다섯 번 중 다섯 번 출장하여 침치료 70건, 문서사역 22건을 감당했습니다.

다섯 번째 금요일에는 정상적으로 출장했으나 바람이 너무 불어서 조기 퇴장했습니다.

궂은 날씨는 드물지만 야외사역으로서는 피할 수 없는 현실입니다.

치료받으신 분들, 문서를 가져가신 분들에게 하나님의 은총이 함께 하시기를 바랄 뿐입니다.

하나님이 치료하십니다. 그래서 저는 침을 놓습니다.

MARKET MINISTRY with Free Acupuncture and Booklet Ministry

In May, we went out five times out of five weeks and served 70 acupuncture cases and 22 literature ministries.

I went out as usual but had to retreat early on the fifth week due to strong wind.

Can't be free from weather condition as long as we do it outdoor.

We just pray that God bestow His grace for those who had treatments and pick up the biblical materials.

단기선교 사역 Short-Term Ministry

사역 조건을 많이 붙여선지, 많은 숫자는 아니지만 6월부터 단기사역이 시작됩니다.

오시는 교회들 기도 가운데 지혜와 힘을 더해주시기 바라며 오가는 여로에도 하나님의 긍휼이 함께 하시기를 바랍니다.

Not many teams are coming, maybe too many guideline?, Summer Short-Term Ministry will begin in June.

May God give them wisdom and strength, as they pray, also His travel mercy on their trips.
