참부모경 - 545. 팔정식 선포와 그 배경

참부모님께서는 1989년 8월 20일 미국 알래스카 코디악 노스가든에서 댄버리 출감 4주년을 기념하여 애원섭리시대(愛援攝理時代)를 선포하셨다. 이날 ‘구원섭리의 완결과 애원섭리’라는 주제의 말씀을 통해 지금까지는 탕감복귀 구원섭리시대였지만 앞으로는 통일교회를 반대하는 세력이 없어지며 사랑으로 섭리하는 시대로 진입하게 된다고 밝히셨다. 또한 1989년 8월 31일 팔정식(八定式)을 선포하심으로써 탕감이 필요 없는 시대를 여셨다. 팔정식의 8단계는 종적으로는 종의 종·종·양자·서자·직계자녀·부부·부모·하나님, 횡적으로는 개인·가정·종족·민족·국가·세계·천주·하나님의 8단계이다. 팔정식은 참부모님께서 이 종적 8단계와 횡적 8단계 탕감복귀노정에서 승리적인 기대를 세웠다는 것을 의미한다.
 
1 애원섭리시대를 선포한 날이 1989년 8월 20일입니다. 애원섭리란 피흘려 탕감역사를 하는 구원섭리는 끝난다는 것입니다. 사랑의 시대로 들어간다는 것입니다. 부모가 나타나고 사랑의 시대로 들어간다는 것입니다. 그렇기 때문에 애원(愛援), 사랑을 중심삼은 구원섭리를 주장하는 것입니다. 그다음에는 8월 31일 팔정식을 선포했습니다. 종적 탕감, 횡적 탕감을 전부 청산지어 놓아야 됩니다. 그래서 알래스카 제일 높은 지역에 가서 선포한 것입니다. 그다음에 9월 초하룻날 천부주의시대를 발표했습니다. 그다음에는 1990년 2월 27일에 천지부모를 선포했습니다. 천지부모나 왕권 설정이나 마찬가지입니다. 그것은 왕권 설정을 발표하는 식입니다. 그러니까 하늘땅의 왕권이 착지됨으로써 참부모가 행세하는 시대로 들어갑니다.
 
2 애원섭리시대는 하나님이 주관하는 세계로 들어간다는 말입니다. 2003년 7월 13일에 탕감시대 철폐를 선언해서 애원섭리시대로 들어가는 것입니다. 창조이상 주관권 대전환 시기에 타락한 것을 걷어치우고 하나님을 중심삼고 새로운 세계로 넘어가는 것입니다. 유엔 갱신만 끝나면 구원섭리는 다 마무리됩니다. 종교와 나라가 없어지는 것입니다. 종교의 싸움, 나라의 싸움이 없어지는 것입니다. 사랑의 가정시대라는 것입니다. 하나님의 참사랑을 중심삼고 참생명이 결합함으로써 참혈통을 갖게 됩니다. 그것은 어디까지나 부자관계에서 이뤄지니까 한 가정제도입니다. 세계 만민이 형제라는 것입니다. 이 근원을 어디에서 찾느냐? 가정에서 찾는 것입니다. 멀리멀리 있는 세계 만민이 몇 천년 전에 제일 가까웠던 형제였는데 그 형제를 잃어버렸습니다. 멀리 갔으니까 몇 천년 거리가 생겨서 제일 가까운 형제를 잃어버린 것입니다. 그래서 동서가 합해야 되고 남북이 합해야 됩니다. 그러니까 대가족시대라는 것입니다.
 
3 하늘의 섭리시대는 부모의 시대, 사랑의 시대로 들어왔습니다. 정착입니다. 이제 종교가 나아가는 데 있어서 죽음을 맞이하는 일은 없습니다. 눈물을 흘리는 일이 없습니다. 지금은 교육을 받고 따라가면 박사가 되는 것과 같이 원리의 길을 그냥 밟아서 열심히 가면 천상인격 완성, 지상인격 완성을 이룰 수 있는 시대가 된 것입니다. 그래서 애원섭리시대로 들어가게 됩니다. 원리로 볼 때 원리결과주관권을 넘고 직접주관권 내의 하나님 사랑과 일체가 된 기준에 들어가고 자녀와 부모가 함께 연결되어 부모권 복귀시대가 되기 때문에 종족적 메시아를 발표하지 않을 수 없습니다. 하나님이 6천년에 걸친 섭리를 위하여 희생하고 아버님마저 희생해서 결국 타락한 아담 가정을 복귀하게 되었습니다. 그래서 자기 마음대로 결혼한 사람이 복귀된 소생 아담이 되고, 여러분 종족은 장성 아담이 되고, 아버님은 나라를 중심삼고 완성 아담이 되는 것입니다. 그러니 자동적으로 세계적인 것이 됩니다. 그래서 부모님의 상속권을 물려받는 위대한 시대로 진입한 것입니다. 부자가 하나되어 있다는 것입니다. 그것을 사탄세계는 손댈 수 없습니다.
 
4 지금 부모님이 여러분에게 하늘로부터 특권을 내려 주었다고 하면 그것은 여러분을 낳은 부모보다 더 높은 메시아 자리에 올려 주었다는 것입니다. 여러분은 종족적 메시아가 되어서 예수님 대신 여러분의 부모를 아담 해와 대신의 자리에 세우는 것입니다. 타락한 아담 해와가 복귀된 자기 한 가정의 바른 부모로 섬에 따라서 가정·종족·민족·국가·세계적 메시아의 친권을 상속하게 됩니다. 원리에 입각해서 말하면 원리결과주관권에서는 장자권복귀에 의해서 책임분담을 완성해야 됩니다. 세계적으로 사탄을 이겨서 승리의 깃발을 세우고 ‘이제 그대는 하늘의 자녀이니 나는 천사장으로서 그대를 모시지 않으면 안 됩니다.’라는 기대를 복귀한 터 위에서 원리결과주관권을 직접 주관하게끔 되어 있습니다. 장자권복귀에 의해서 그렇게 됩니다. 맨 처음에 태어난 아이나 다음에 태어난 아이나 아담 해와의 자녀입니다. 하나님의 자녀입니다. 그래서 부모를 중심한 자녀가 하나님을 중심삼고 가족, 혈족을 연결하는 섭리시대로 돌아왔으니까 애원섭리시대라고 하는 것입니다.
 
5 타락한 아담의 자손들을 복귀하기 위해서 예수님이 둘째 번 부모로서 오시어 세계를 구원하려 했으나 그것이 안 되었습니다. 그래서 재림주가 셋째 번 부모로 오시게 되었습니다. 기독교가 사명을 완수하지 못하였기 때문에 참부모가 와서 40년간 재차 탕감복귀를 하여 승리의 기반을 세움으로써 장자권을 복귀하고, 예수님이 실패한 모든 것을 복귀하고, 아담이 실패한 모든 것을 복귀해야 됩니다. 그러므로 부모님에 의해서 아담 가정이 복귀되고, 예수님 가정이 복귀되고, 각 나라가 복귀되는 것입니다. 한국이 복귀되면 세계적 중심국이 됩니다. 그러니까 재림주, 즉 참부모를 중심삼고 세계적 부모, 국가적 부모, 종족적 부모, 가정적 부모가 세워지면 자동적으로 국가는 없어지게 됩니다. 국가를 보려고 해도 없다는 것입니다. 가정적 메시아, 종족적 메시아인 축복가정이 나라를 구하지 않으면 안 됩니다. 예수님이 부활한 것과 같은 가정적 입장에서 나라를 구해야 됩니다. 이스라엘 나라와 로마, 그리고 세계를 연결하는 것이 예수님의 사명이었습니다. 세계는 내외, 즉 가인 아벨 문제로 분열되었는데 그것을 사랑으로 연결시키지 않으면 안 됩니다.
 
6 아버님 자신이 종의 종 자리에서부터 시작했습니다. 아버님은 일본에서 폐품 수집을 하는 등 무슨 일이든 다 했습니다. 3년 이상 생일에 금식을 하고, 설교를 할 때에도 누더기를 걸치고 하곤 하였습니다. 복귀입니다. 종의 종으로서도 세계적인 박해를 받았습니다. 종의 종의 자리에서부터 종의 자리, 그다음에는 양자의 자리에 가야 됩니다. 양자는 혈통이 다릅니다. 그리고 아담이 전통을 세워야 할 그 책임분담을 완성해야 됩니다. 전통을 세우는 데는 실패한 아담의 책임이 있으니까 괴로운 일도 참고 넘어서 책임분담을 완성해야 된다는 것입니다. 그리고 해와의 기반을 완전히 자녀와 일치시켜야 합니다. 해와를 통하여 천주복귀를 위한 장자권을 세우고, 그 장자복귀의 책임을 부여받은 해와는 장자 차자와 하나가 되어야 합니다.
 
7 재림주님은 종적인 기준을 전부 갖추어서 평준화 기준에 올라왔기 때문에 탕감이 필요 없습니다. 그래서 개인복귀·가정복귀·종족복귀·민족복귀·국가복귀·세계복귀·천주복귀·하나님복귀까지 8단계를 접붙이기만 하면 됩니다. 하나님권 내에서 반대가 없도록 기독교문화권을 준비해 놓았는데, 그 기독교문화권의 목적은 오시는 주님을 모시는 것입니다. 그런데 모든 것을 종횡으로 탕감복귀해서 이루어 놓은 것을 다 잃어버렸습니다. 세계 판도에서 종횡으로 탕감한 기준을 다 만들어 놓았는데, 이것을 대한민국과 기독교가 아버님을 받들지 못함으로써 모두 잃어버린 것입니다. 그렇기 때문에 하늘 편의 가인․아벨․해와 국가, 사탄 편의 가인․아벨․해와 국가와 한국까지 7개국이 원수가 됐습니다. 사탄은 이 7개국을 몰아서 아버님을 없애 버리려고 했습니다. 그러므로 국가기준을 넘어설 때까지 축복 판도를 중심삼고 777가정까지 축복가정 부인 3년 전도 출동 명령을 해서 이 기준의 판도를 닦은 후에 아버님이 미국에 간 것입니다. 이래서 세계적 판도를 수습할 때까지 재차 8단계를 탕감한 것입니다.
 
8 우리는 종의 종으로부터 종·양자·서자·직계자녀·부부·부모를 거쳐서 하나님까지 8단계를 거쳐 가야 합니다. 이것이 종적 8단계입니다. 그리고 횡적으로 개인·가정·종족·민족·국가·세계·천주·하나님까지 8단계를 거쳐 가야 합니다. 이것을 묶어서 정착했다고 선포한 것이 팔정식입니다. 이것을 1989년 8월 31일 알래스카에서 선포한 것입니다. 그래서 세계 인류 앞에 탕감이 필요 없는 시대로 넘어갑니다. 그 말은 아버님이 가는 데나 통일교회 교인들이 가는 데에는 핍박시대가 없다는 것입니다. 이제 우리끼리 무슨 일을 하더라도 누가 참소를 못합니다. 그래서 그 기지로서 정착하는 식이 팔정식입니다. 이 팔정식을 기반으로 해서 1989년 9월 1일 천부주의를 선포했습니다. 팔정식이 끝날 때까지는 장자복귀시대인데, 완전히 장자권이 하늘 편으로 복귀됩으로써 사탄이 반대할 수 없는 세계적 정상권에 서는 것입니다.
 
9 하나님 세계에는 여자가 없었습니다. 아버님이 팔정식을 선포했는데, 하나님의 복귀섭리는 종의 종으로부터 종·양자·서자·직계자녀·부부·부모를 거쳐 하나님까지 8단계를 거쳐 가야 합니다. 이것이 여자를 찾아 나오는 논리입니다. 신랑 된 주님이 이 땅 위에 태어나 승리적인 여자를 찾아 나와야 됩니다. 아벨이 아담 대신 찾아 나오는 것입니다. 몇 천년에 걸쳐서 아담이상이 완성되고 신랑의 뜻이 이루어지기 위해서는 지상에서 신부권이 세계 통일권 기반을 갖춰야 합니다. 그러한 기반을 갖지 않고는 승리적인 신랑으로 지상에 나타나지 못합니다. 나라권에서 승리했다 하더라도 세계권의 사탄이 달라붙어서 때려잡으려고 한다는 것입니다. 그렇기 때문에 신랑을 준비하면서 신부권도 갖춰야 합니다. 하나님이 아담 하나 짓는 것은 간단하지만 아담의 재창조는 역사적으로 볼 때 타락한 이후 지금까지 계속되어 왔습니다.
 
10 팔정식! 하나님의 섭리에서 8수가 정착을 못했습니다. 8수는 하늘에서도 동그라미, 땅에서도 동그라미입니다. 세계통일국개천일을 선포한 다음 첫해인 1989년 8월이 중요합니다. 이해 8월 말에 천주사적인 정착을 발표한 것은 중요한 내용입니다. 섭리시대는 장자권복귀와 더불어 부모권복귀가 이루어지고 부모권을 복귀함으로써 왕권복귀가 이루어집니다. 민주주의시대는 지나가고 사랑의 세계가 옵니다. 민주주의로 하나님과 참부모를 살 수 있습니까? 선거로 세울 수 있습니까? 사랑의 길은 오직 하나밖에 없습니다. 그런 발표를 한다고 해도 기도를 하지 않으면 안 됩니다. 그러지 않으면 팔정식이 지상에도, 천상에도 정착하지 못합니다. 통일교회 전 식구를 대표하고 인류전체를 대표하고 각 국가의 대표, 천사세계 모든 것의 대표가 된 입장에서 아버님이 기도해서 이것을 선포한 것입니다.
 
11 북극성과 가깝고 제일 높은 자리인 알래스카 코디악에서 팔정식을 거행했습니다. 종횡으로 막힌 하늘나라와 지상지옥의 막힌 모든 담을 헐고 인간세계의 개인․가정․종족․민족․국가․세계․천주까지 막힌 담을 다 헐어 치우는 것입니다. 이 담에 막혀 있는 한 사탄이 우거할 수 있는 땅이 됩니다. 영계로부터 지상세계에 사탄이 우거하는 것을 볼 때 ‘네가 나를 세계적으로 반대했다. 너보다 인류를 내가 사랑했고 너보다 인류에게 바른 하나님의 천도를 가르쳐 줬지만 너는 인류에게 패망의 도리를 가르쳐 줬고 멸망의 길로 끌고 갔다.’고 하는 것입니다. 사탄은 사랑의 주도권 앞에 머리를 숙이는 것입니다. 불한당 같은 불효자식을 의인의 길로 돌이키려는 어머니의 사랑입니다. 사랑만이 죄악 가운데 있는 악마를 굴복시킬 수 있습니다. 그렇기 때문에 사랑을 강조하는 것입니다.
 
12 아담 해와가 타락하기 전에는 모든 것이 그들의 소유였고 하나님의 소유였습니다. 그래서 축복 전에 나라와 세계를 바치는 것이 원칙이지만 복귀노정에서는 그럴 수 없습니다. 그래서 오늘날 통일교회 축복은 교회 내의 축복입니다. 앞으로 나라와 세계의 축복을 하게 될 때에는 본연의 기준으로 돌려 하나의 나라가 아니 되려야 아니 될 수 없는 과정을 거쳐 나가야 됩니다. 거기에서 천부주의가 시작되는 것입니다. 세계가 하나님 아래 하나의 가치를 가지고 결혼식을 함으로써 넘어서는 것입니다. 그것이 천부주의의 내용입니다. 한국동란 때문에 세계가 양극시대가 되었습니다. 그러나 서울 올림픽대회를 중심삼고 하나되었습니다. 모스크바 올림픽대회와 로스앤젤레스 올림픽대회 때에도 갈라져 양극이 되어 있었던 것이 서울 올림픽대회를 중심삼고 하나된 것입니다. 그때 축하공연에 리틀엔젤스가 참여했습니다. 그리고 ‘모스크바에 2천 대의 자동차를 기부할 텐데 가져가라. 가져가는 데는 한국에서 북한을 통해서 가져가라.’고 했습니다. 이렇게 물질면과 정신면에서 통일할 수 있는 내용을 제안한 것입니다. 사탄세계의 젊은 사람들, 가인적 젊은 사람들과 통일교회 젊은 선교사들이 올림픽대회에서 하나되었습니다. 그래서 한국에 대사관도 없는 나라들도 통일교회 교인들이 그 나라 깃발을 들고 응원했습니다. 하나되어서 응원한 것입니다. 그런 조건적인 기반 위에서 1989년 8월 31일에 팔정식을 선포한 것입니다. 그런 세계 젊은이들의 이상적인 기반을 만들고 그 기반 위에 이런 날을 설정한 것입니다.
 
13 8월 31일은 팔정식 선포 기념일입니다. 팔정식 선포일은 8월 마지막 날인데 귀중한 날입니다. 개인시대․가정시대․종족시대․민족시대․국가시대․세계시대․천주시대․하나님까지 8단계와 혈통적 복귀의 기준에서 종의 종의 시대로부터 올라갑니다. 참부모가 나옴으로써 참부모를 중심삼고 하나되어 세계에 정착하기 시작하는 것입니다. 그래서 팔정식이 중요한 행사입니다. 이것을 코디악에서 선포했기 때문에 코디악이 출발의 기준입니다. 코디악은 러시아와 미국을 중심한 경계선입니다. 바다의 섬나라입니다. 바다에서 시작해서 반도를 통하여 육지로 상륙해서 비로소 세계적인 출발을 한 것입니다. 종의 종에서부터 종·양자·서자·직계자녀·부부·부모·하나님까지 8단계를 중심삼고 그것이 안팎으로 탕감되어 종횡으로 접촉됨으로써 천부주의가 9월 1일에 선포된 것입니다.
 
14 천부주의는 하나님과 참부모의 주의라는 것입니다. 결국은 참사랑을 중심삼고 하늘과 땅이 하나되어서 이 우주가 가정으로부터 세계로 출발하는 새로운 기원의 날입니다. 그런 뜻이 되는 것입니다. 팔정식은 참부모가 종적인 모든 한의 길, 횡적인 모든 한의 길을 거쳐 감으로써 선포됐습니다. 하늘이 종적으로도 올 수 없고 횡적으로도 올 수 없었는데 참부모에 의하여 횡적 종적으로 연결 되어서 새로운 가정을 중심삼은 하나님이 원하는 세계로 발전할 수 있게 되었습니다. 이 팔정식이 있지 않고는 천부주의가 나오지 않습니다. 가정을 중심삼고 세계적인 확대는 축복가정을 중심삼고 하는 것입니다. 3만쌍으로부터 36만쌍, 360만쌍을 중심삼고 가정적 세계 판도가 됨으로써 참부모의 가정이 가는 데 있어서 종횡을 거치지 않고 하나님이 이 땅 위에 거할 수 있는 시대권을 맞이했기 때문에 천지부모천주안식권을 선포했습니다. 3만쌍 36만쌍 360만쌍, 소생 장성 완성이 됨으로써 세계의 통일가정들이 움직이는 데에 장애물 없이 환영받을 수 있는 시대가 되었기 때문에 하나님이 어디 가서라도 쉴 수 있는 시대가 왔다는 것입니다.
 
15 팔정식이 끝남으로써 천부주의, 부모권 해원성사가 벌어졌습니다. 이때가 오게 됨으로써 부모님이 부모의 자리에서 종족적인 메시아 예수님의 자리를 해원성사하고 아담 가정을 해원성사할 수 있기 때문에 여러분 일족을 통해서 여러분 부모의 실수의 기반을 전부 해소하는 것입니다. 비로소 모든 사람의 고향이 하늘나라의 고향 땅으로 전환되는 것입니다. 하나의 나라 형태를 중심삼고 부모님과 연결돼 부모님에게 치리받을 수 있는 고향 땅이 되어 자기 아버지 어머니가 태어난 곳이 하늘나라의 고향으로 인정받을 수 있는 시대에 들어온다는 것입니다. 이럼으로써 지옥에서 해방이 됩니다. 지금 지옥에 있는 사람은 모두 재림하는 것입니다. 그래서 종족적 메시아를 중심삼고 3대가 되어야 하늘 앞에 조건으로 성립됩니다. 종족적 메시아를 중심삼고 할아버지, 아버지, 형님입니다. 이것이 복귀역사의 근원입니다. 하나님 해방, 부모님 해방, 자기 해방을 하는 것입니다.

真の父母様は、一九八九年八月二十日、アメリカ、アラスカのコディアクにあるノー ス・ガーテンで、ダンベリー出監四周年を記念し、愛援摂理時代を宣布された。この日、真の父母様は「救援摂理の完結と愛援摂理」というテーマのみ言を通し て、「今までは蕩減復帰救援摂理時代であったが、これからは統一教会に反対する勢力がなくなり、愛によって摂理する時代に進入するようになる」と語られ た。また、一九八九年八月三十一日、八定式を宣布することにより、蕩減が必要のない時代を開かれた。八定式の八段階は、縦的には、僕の僕、僕、養子、庶 子、直系の子女、夫婦、父母、神様であり、横的には、個人、家庭、氏族、民族、国家、世界、天宙、神様の八段階である。八定式は、真の父母様がこの縦的八 段階と横的八段階の蕩減復帰路程において、勝利的な基台を立てたことを意味するのである。

1 愛援摂理時代を宣布した日が、一九八九年八月二十日です。愛援摂理というのは、血を流して蕩減の役事を行う救援摂理が終わるということです。愛の時代に 入っていくのです。父母が現れ、愛の時代に入っていくというのです。ですから、愛援、愛を中心とした救援摂理を主張するのです。その次に、八月三十一日に 八定式を宣布しました。縦的蕩減、横的蕩減をすべて清算しておかなければなりません。それで、アラスカという一番北の地域に行って、宣布したのです。次 に、九月一日、天父主義時代を発表しました。その次に、一九九〇年二月二十七日、天地父母を宣布しました。天地父母も王権設定も同じです。それは、王権設 定を発表する式です。ですから、天地の王権が着地することにより、真の父母が権勢を振るう時代に入るのです。

2 愛援摂理時代とは、神様が主管する世界に入るという意味です。二〇〇三年七月十三日に蕩減時代撤廃を宣言し、愛援摂理時代に入るのです。創造理想主管圏大 転換の時期に、堕落したものを取り除き、神様を中心として新しい世界に越えていくのです。国連の刷新さえ終われば、救援摂理はすべて締めくくられます。宗 教と国がなくなるのです。宗教の争い、国の争いがなくなるのです。愛の家庭時代だというのです。神様の真の愛を中心として、真の生命が結合することによっ て、真の血統をもつようになります。それは、どこまでも父子関係において成し遂げられるので一つの家庭制度です。
世界万民が兄弟だというのです。この根源をどこで探し求めるのでしょうか。家庭で探し求めるのです。はるか遠くにいる世界の万民が、何千年も前には 一番近い兄弟だったのに、その兄弟を失ってしまいました。遠くに行ったので、何千年もかかる距離が生じて、一番近い兄弟を失ってしまったのです。ですか ら、東西が一つにならなければならず、南北が一つにならなければなりません。それゆえ、大家族時代だというのです。

3 天の摂理時代は、父母の時代、愛の時代に入ってきました。定着です。今ではもう、宗教が前進するに当たって、死を迎えることはありません。涙を流すことが ないのです。今は、教育を受けて従っていけば、博士になるのと同じように、原理の道をそのまま踏んで一生懸命に行けば、天上の人格完成、地上の人格完成が できる時代になったのです。それで、愛援摂理時代に入るようになります。
原理で見るとき、原理結果主管圏を越えて直接主管圏内の神様の愛と一体になった基準に入っていき、子女と父母が共に連結されて父母権復帰時代になるので、氏族メシヤを発表せざるを得ません。
神様が六千年にわたる摂理のために犠牲になり、お父様までも犠牲になって、ついに堕落したアダム家庭を復帰するようになりました。そうして、自分勝 手に結婚した人が復帰された蘇生アダムになり、皆さんの氏族は長成アダムになり、お父様は国を中心として完成アダムになるのです。ですから、自動的に世界 的なものになります。
それで、父母様の相続権を譲り受ける偉大な時代に入ったのです。父子が一つになっているというのです。サタン世界は、それに手を出すことができません。

4 今、父母様が皆さんに「天が特権を下さった」と言えば、それは皆さんを生んだ父母より、もっと高いメシヤの位置に上げてくださった、ということです。皆さ んは氏族メシヤになって、イエス様の代わりに皆さんの父母を、アダムとエバの代わりの位置に立てるのです。堕落したアダムとエバが、復帰された自分の一つ の家庭の正しい父母として立つことによって、家庭、氏族、民族、国家、世界的メシヤの親権を相続するようになります。
原理に立脚して言えば、原理結果主管圏と直接主管圏です。原理結果主管圏では、長子権復帰によって責任分担を完成しなければなりません。世界的にサ タンに打ち勝ち、勝利の旗を立てて、「もうあなたは天の子女なので、私は天使長としてあなたに侍らなければなりません」という基台を復帰した上で、原理結 果主管圏を直接主管するようになっています。長子権復帰によってそうなるのです。
最初に生まれた子女も、次に生まれた子女も、アダムとエバの子女です。神様の子女です。それで、父母を中心とした子女が、神様を中心として家族、血族を連結する摂理時代に戻ってきたので、愛援摂理時代と言うのです。

5 堕落したアダムの子孫たちを復帰するために、イエス様が二番目の父母として来られ、世界を救おうとしましたが、それができませんでした。それで、再臨主が 三番目の父母として来られるようになったのです。キリスト教が使命を完遂できなかったので、真の父母が来て四十年間、再び蕩減復帰をして勝利の基盤を立て ることによって長子権を復帰し、イエス様ができなかったあらゆることを復帰し、アダムが果たせなかったあらゆることを復帰しなければなりません。
したがって、父母様によってアダム家庭が復帰され、イエス様の家庭が復帰され、各国が復帰されるのです。韓国が復帰されれば、世界的中心国になりま す。ですから、再臨主、すなわち真の父母を中心として、世界的父母、国家的父母、氏族的父母、家庭的父母が立てられれば、自動的に国家はなくなるようにな ります。国家を見ようとしてもないというのです。
家庭的メシヤ、氏族メシヤである祝福家庭が国を救わなければなりません。イエス様が復活したのと同じ家庭的立場で、国を救わなければならないので す。イスラエルの国とローマ、そして、世界を連結するのがイエス様の使命でした。世界は内外、すなわちカイン・アベル問題で分裂したのですが、それを愛で 連結させなければなりません。

6 お父様自身が、僕の僕の位置から始めました。お父様は、日本で廃品回収をするなど、どんなことでもすべてやりました。三年以上にわたって誕生日に断食を し、説教をする時にも、継ぎはぎの衣服を着て話をしたりしました。復帰です。僕の僕としても世界的な迫害を受けました。
僕の僕の位置から僕の位置、その次には養子の位置に行かなければなりません。養子は血統が違います。そして、アダムが伝統を立てるべきその責任分担を、完成しなければなりません。
伝統を立てるときには、失敗したアダムの責任があるので、つらいことにも耐えて越えながら、責任分担を完成しなければならないというのです。そし て、エバの基盤を完全に子女と一致させなければなりません。エバを通して天宙復帰のための長子権を立て、その長子復帰の責任を与えられたエバは、長子や次 子と一つにならなければなりません。

7 再臨主は、縦的な基準をすべて備えて、平準化の基準に上がってきたので、蕩減が必要ありません。ですから、個人復帰、家庭復帰、氏族復帰、民族復帰、国家 復帰、世界復帰、天宙復帰、神様復帰までの八段階を連結しさえすればよいのです。
神様の圏内で反対がないようにキリスト教文化圏を準備しておいたのですが、そのキリスト教文化圏の目的は、来られる主に侍ることです。
ところが、あらゆることを縦横に蕩減復帰して成し遂げておいたのですが、それをすべて失ってしまいました。世界版図で縦横に蕩減した基準をすべてつくっておいたのですが、大韓民国とキリスト教がお父様に従うことができなかったために、これをすべて失ってしまったのです。
ですから、天の側のカイン・アベル・エバ国家、サタン側のカイン・アベル・エバ国家と韓国まで、七ヵ国が怨讐になりました。サタンは、この七ヵ国を駆り立ててお父様を葬ってしまおうとしたのです。
そのため、国家基準を越える時まで、祝福の版図を中心として七百七十七家庭までの祝福家庭の婦人に対して三年間の伝道命令を下し、この基準の版図を築いたのちに、お父様がアメリカに行ったのです。こうして、世界的版図を収拾する時まで、再び八段階を蕩減したのです。

8 私たちは、僕の僕から僕、養子、庶子、直系子女、夫婦、父母を経て神様まで、八段階を経ていかなければなりません。これが縦的八段階です。そして、横的に 個人、家庭、氏族、民族、国家、世界、天宙、神様までの八段階を経ていかなければならないのです。これを一つにまとめて定着したと宣布したのが八定式で す。これを一九八九年八月三十一日、アラスカで宣布したのです。
ですから、世界の人類に蕩減が必要ない時代に越えていきます。それは、お父様が行く所や統一教会員たちが行く所においては迫害時代が過ぎ去るという ことです。これからは、私たち同士でどんなことをしたとしても、誰も讒訴できません。それで、その基地として定着する式が八定式です。
この八定式を基盤として、一九八九年九月一日、「天父主義」を宣布しました。八定式が終わる時までは長子復帰時代ですが、長子権が天の側に完全に復帰されることによって、サタンが反対できない世界的頂上圏に立つのです。

9 神様の世界には、女性がいませんでした。お父様が八定式を宣布しましたが、神様の復帰摂理は、僕の僕から僕、養子、庶子、直系子女、夫婦、父母を経て神様 までの八段階を経ていかなければなりません。これが女性を取り戻してくる論理です。新郎である主がこの地上に生まれ、勝利した女性を取り戻してこなければ なりません。アベルがアダムの代わりに取り戻してくるのです。何千年にも及ぶアダム理想が完成し、新郎のみ旨が成し遂げられるためには、地上で新婦圏が世 界統一圏基盤を備えなければならないのです。そのような基盤をもたなければ、勝利した新郎として地上に現れることができません。国家圏で勝利したとして も、世界圏のサタンがしがみついて、たたき潰そうとするというのです。ですから、世界解放圏を越えていくことができる時まで、新郎を準備しながら新婦圏も 備えなければなりません。神様が一人のアダムを造ることは簡単ですが、アダムの再創造は、歴史的に見るとき、堕落以降、今まで続いてきたというのです。

10 八定式です！神様の摂理で八数が定着できませんでした。八数(8)は、天でも円であり、地でも円です。「世界統一国開天日」を宣布したのち、最初の年であ る一九八九年の八月が重要です。その年の八月の末に天宙的な定着を発表したというのは、重要な内容です。
摂理時代においては、長子権復帰とともに父母権復帰が成し遂げられ、父母権を復帰することによって王権復帰が成し遂げられます。民主主義時代は過ぎ ていき、愛の世界が訪れます。民主主義で神様と真の父母を買うことができますか。選挙で選ぶことができますか。愛の道は、ただ一つしかありません。そのよ うな発表をするとしても、祈らなければなりません。そうしなければ、八定式が地上にも、天上にも定着できません。統一教会の全食口を代表し、人類全体を代 表して、各国家の代表、天上世界のあらゆるものの代表となった立場でお父様が祈って、これを宣布したのです。

11 北極星と近い、最も北にあるアラスカのコディアクで八定式を挙行しました。天の国と地上地獄を縦横に塞いでいたあらゆる壁を崩し、人間世界の個人、家庭、 氏族、民族、国家、世界、天宙まで塞いでいる壁をすべて崩して片づけるのです。この壁によって塞がれている限り、サタンが寓居できる地になります。
霊界から地上世界にまで寓居するサタンを見て、「お前は私に世界的に反対した。私はお前よりも人類を愛し、お前よりも人類に正しい神様の天道を教え てあげたが、お前は人類に敗亡の道理を教え、滅亡の道へと引っ張っていった」と告げるのです。サタンは愛の主導権の前に頭を下げます。強盗の一味のような 親不孝な子女を、義人の道へと改めさせようとするのが母の愛です。愛だけが罪悪の中にいる悪魔を屈服させることができます。ですから、愛を強調するので す。

12 アダムとエバが堕落する前には、すべてのものが彼らの所有であり、神様の所有でした。それで、祝福の前に国と世界を捧げるのが原則ですが、復帰路程では、 そのようにすることができません。そのため、今日、統一教会の祝福は、教会内の祝福です。今後、国と世界の祝福をするようになる時は、本然の基準に転換し て、一つの国になるまいとしてもならざるを得ない過程を経ていかなければなりません。
そこから「天父主義」が始まるのです。世界が神様のもとで一つの価値をもち、結婚式をすることによって越えていくのです。それが「天父主義」の内容 です。「六・二五動乱」のゆえに世界が両極時代になりました。しかし、ソウルオリンク大会を中心として、一つになったのです。モスクワオリンピック大会と ロサンゼルスオリンピック大会のときも分かれ、両極になっていたのが、ソウルオリンピック大会を中心として一つになったのです。そのとき、祝賀公演に、リ トル・エンジェルスが参加しました。また、「モスクワに二千台の自動車を寄付するので、もっていきなさい。もっていくときは、韓国から北朝鮮を通っていき なさい」と言いました。このように、物質面と精神面で統一できる内容を提案したのです。
サタン世界の若い人たち、カインの立場の若い人たちと統一教会の若い宣教師たちが、オリンピック大会で一つになりました。それで、韓国に大使館もな い国々も、統一教会員たちがその国の旗を掲げて応援しました。一つになって応援したのです。そのような条件的な基盤の上で、一九八九年八月三十一日に八定 式を宣布しました。そのような世界的な若者たちの理想的な基盤をつくり、その基盤の上にこのような日を設定したのです。

13 八月三十一日は、八定式宣布の記念日です。八定式の宣布日は、八月の最後の日ですが、貴重な日です。個人時代、家庭時代、氏族時代、民族時代、国家時代、 世界時代、天宙時代、神様までの八段階と、血統的復帰の基準では、僕の僕の段階から上がっていきます。真の父母が現れることによって、真の父母を中心とし て一つになり、世界に定着し始めるのです。それで、八定式が重要な行事なのです。これをコディアクで宣布したので、コディアクが出発の基準です。
コディアクは、ロシアとアメリカを中心とした境界線です。海にある島です。海から始め、半島を通って陸地に上陸し、初めて世界的な出発をしたので す。僕の僕から、僕、養子、庶子、直系子女、夫婦、父母、神様まで、八段階を中心としてそれが内外に蕩減され、縦横に接触することによって、「天父主義」 が九月一日に宣布されたのです。

14 「天父主義」は、神様と真の父母の主義です。ついに、真の愛を中心として天と地が一つになり、この宇宙が家庭から世界に出発する新しい起源の日です。その ような意味になるのです。八定式は、真の父母が縦的なすべての恨の道、横的なすべての恨の道を経ていくことによって宣布されました。
天が縦的にも来ることができず、横的にも来ることができなかったのですが、真の父母によって横的、縦的に連結され、新しい家庭を中心とした、神様が 願う世界に発展できるようになりました。この八定式がなければ、「天父主義」が出てきません。家庭を中心として、世界的な拡大は、祝福家庭を中心として行 うのです。三万双から三十六万双、三百六十万双を中心として、家庭的世界版図ができることによって、真の父母の家庭が進むに当たって縦横を経ることなく、 神様がこの地上に住むことのできる時代圏を迎えたので、天地父母天宙安息圏を宣布しました。
三万双、三十六万双、三百六十万双、蘇生、長成、完成が成就することにより、世界の統一家庭が動くに当たって、障害物なく歓迎を受けられる時代になったので、神様がどこに行っても休むことのできる時代が来たというのです。

15 八定式が終わることによって、「天父主義」、父母権の解怨成就が起きました。この時が来ることによって、父母様が父母の位置で、氏族的なメシヤ、イエス様 の位置を解怨成就し、アダム家庭を解怨成就できるので、皆さんの一族を通して、皆さんの父母の失敗の基盤をすべて解消するのです。
あらゆる人の故郷が初めて天の国の故郷の地に転換されるのです。一つの国の形態を中心として、父母様と連結され、父母様に治められる故郷の地とな り、自分の父母が生まれた所が天の国の父母の位置に選定されるのです。ですから、皆さんの故郷が天の国の故郷として認められる時代に入ってくるというので す。これにより、地獄から解放されます。
今、地獄にいる人は、みな再臨するのです。そうして、氏族メシヤを中心として三代になってこそ、天のみ前に条件として成立するのです。氏族メシヤを中心として祖父、父、兄です。これが復帰歴史の根源です。神様解放、父母様解放、自己解放をするのです。

At North Garden in Kodiak, Alaska, on August 20,1989, the 4th anniversary of True Fathers release from Danbury Prison, True Father proclaimed the Providential Age of the Grace of Love. On that day, in a sermon entitled "The Completion of the Providence of Salvation and the Providential Age of Love," True Parents made it clear that until then we had been in the providential age of salvation by restoration through indemnity. From that point on, however, there would be no power opposing the Unification Church. We had entered the providential age of love.

On August 31, 1989, True Parents' Ceremony for the Settlement of the Eight Stages (Pal JeongShik) opened the age when indemnity no longer would be necessary. The Ceremony for the Settie-ment of the Eight Stages refers vertically to the stages of servant of servants, servant, adopted child, stepchild, child, spouse, parents and God, and horizontally to the stages of individual, family, tribe, people, nation, world, cosmos and God. The Ceremony for the Settlement of the Eight Stages announced that True Parents had established the victorious foundations necessary to restore, through indemnity, these eight vertical and eight horizontal stages.


1 The day when I proclaimed the Providential Age of the Grace of Love was August 20, 1989. This means we are coming to the end of the period of the historical providence of salvation in which people shed their blood as indemnity. We have entered the age of love. True Parents appeared and we entered the age of love. Because of this, we have advocated that the providence of salvation be centered on love.

Then, on August 31, I proclaimed the Ceremony for the Settlement of the Eight Stages. I must consummate vertical indemnity and horizontal indemnity. Accordingly, I proclaimed this in the northernmost region, Alaska. Next, on September 1,1 announced the Age of Heavenly Parentism, and on February 27, 1990,1 proclaimed the Parents of Heaven and Earth. The establishment of the Parents of Heaven and Earth is the same as the establishment of king-ship, which I announced at that same ceremony. Through the coming of the kingship of heaven and earth, we entered the age when True Parents have authority. (204-281, 1990/07/11)
2 The Providential Age of the Grace of Love means that we entered the age when God will have dominion. After declaring the abolition of the age of indemnity, on July 13, 2003, we fully entered the Providential Age of the Grace of Love. Removing whatever is fallen, we have entered the great transition to a new world centering on God, in which God governs according to the ideal of creation.

The providence of salvation will come to a complete end only when the UN is renewed. Religions and countries will disappear. The fighting between religions and between countries will disappear. It will be the age of family love. By bringing true life together with God's true love at the center, we will possess true lineage. Because that is fully realized in the father-son relationship, the human race will be one great family. All the people of the world will be brothers and sisters. Where do we find the origin of this? We find it in the family.

Many thousands of years ago, all people were supposed to be brothers and sisters, but that relationship was lost. As time passed, those close sibling relationships were lost. Hence, people of the East and West, and North and South, will have to be brought together. When this happens, we can live in the age of one great family of humankind. (414-220, 2003/08/02)


3 The providential age of heaven has transitioned into the age of True Parents and the age of love. Now there will be no more death associated with the history of religion. There will be no more tears. If you want to becoml a doctor, you must receive an education in medicine. In the same way, if you enthusiastically and continuously follow the path of the Principle, you will perfect your character, internally and externally.

Accordingly, we are entering the Providential Age of the Grace of Love. From the viewpoint of the Principle, we passed through the realm of dominion based on accomplishments through the Principle and entered the standard of Gods direct dominion, in which we can become one with God's love. Because children and parents are connecting in the age of restoring parental authority, I must announce tribal messiahship. I sacrificed everything, including myself, for the sake of the providence that God has been carrying out for 6,000 years, and I finally restored the family of fallen Adam.

Therefore, those men who married as they pleased can become restored Adams at the formation stage. Your tribe becomes the growth-stage Adam, and Father, centering on the nation, becomes the completion-stage Adam. This era automatically expands worldwide. We have entered the era to gain the right to inherit the position of parents. Parents and children are becoming one, and Satan's world cannot meddle in that. (193-100, 1989/08/31)


4 When I say that I have bestowed upon you a special authority from heaven, it means that I have raised you to the position of a messiah. This is higher than the position of your parents who gave you birth. After you become tribal mes-siahs, you establish your parents, who represent Jesus, in the position of Adam and Eve. By establishing the righteous parents of your family in oneness, with this restoration of Adam and Eve, you inherit the parental authority of the family, tribe, people, nation and worldwide messiahs.

In Divine Principle terminology, this is the transition from the realm of dominion based on accomplishments through the Principle into the realm of Gods direct dominion. In the realm of dominion based on accomplishments through the Principle, you have to complete your portion of responsibility by restoring the authority of the elder son. Then you can inherit the foundation of restoration from me, who has subjugated Satan on the world level. By hoisting the flag of victory as the elder son, you should take dominion over Satan directly, so that Satan will say to you, "Now you have become the children of heaven. I am the archangel, and I need to serve you." At this point you are able to act freely in the realm of dominion based on accomplishments through the Principle. You are doing that based on the restoration of the authority of the elder son.

The first-born child and second-born child are both the children of Adam and Eve. They are God's children. Therefore, because the providential age to which we have returned is one in which children centered on their parents connect their family and blood relations with God at the center, we call this age the Providential Age of the Grace of Love. 5 Jesus came as the second parent in order to restore the descendants of fallen Adam and thereby to save the world, but that was not fully accomplished. Therefore, at his Second Advent, the Lord comes as the third parent.

Because Christianity could not fulfill its mission, True Parents came and they had to establish a foundation of victory by restoring the authority of the elder son through indemnity a second time, over a period of 40 years. They had to restore all the failures at the time of Jesus and at the time of Adam. Therefore, based on True Parents, Adam's family is restored, Jesus' family is restored and each nation is restored. When Korea is restored, it will be the central nation of the world.

In truth, borders between nations will disappear automatically when, centered on the Returning Lord—that is, the True Parents—worldwide parents, national parents, tribal parents and family parents are established. We can look for nations, but they will not exist.

The blessed families, who are family messiahs and tribal messiahs, have to save the nation while in the family position, which is similar to the situation when Jesus was resurrected. The mission of Jesus was to connect Israel, Rome and the world, but the world became divided internally and externally; that is, into Cain and Abel. You have to end that division by means of love. 6 I myself started from the position of a servant of servants. I did all those things, such as collecting waste materials in a Japanese slum. For three years at least, I fasted on my birthday and wore tattered clothes even when giving sermons. This was restoration. Even when in the position of servant of servants I was persecuted worldwide.

I had to go from the position of servant of servants to the position of servant, and after that to the position of adopted son. An adopted child has a different lineage. And I had to complete the portion of responsibility that Adam had in order to establish the tradition. Because the responsibility of Adam, who failed in establishing that tradition, needed to be fulfilled, I had to complete Adam's portion of responsibility after enduring and overcoming even agonizing situations.

Furthermore, I had to create the foundation for Eve to become completely one with the children. In order to restore the cosmos, I established the authority of the elder son through Eve. Eve, who received the responsibility of restoring the elder son, must become one with the elder son and the second son. (193-093, 1989/08/31)


7 Because the Returning Lord fulfilled the entire vertical standard and reached the standard at which everything can be equalized, indemnity is no longer necessary. Accordingly, all that is necessary is to engraft the eight stages; that is, the restoration of the individual, family, tribe, people, nation, world, cosmos and God's position.

Since God prepared the Christian cultural realm so thit His authority would encounter no opposition, the goal of that realm was to attend the coming Lord. However, even though everything had been restored through indemnity, both vertically and horizontally, all that accomplishment was completely lost. God fully prepared the standard based on vertical and horizontal indemnity on the worldwide scale. But because the Korean people and Christianity did not support Father, everything was lost.

Because of that, the Cain, Abel and Eve nations on heaven's side, and the Cain, Abel and Eve nations on Satan's side, along with Korea, became seven enemy nations. After Satan gathered these seven nations, he intended to eliminate Father. However, having gone beyond the national level, expanding the realm of the Blessing with the holding of the 777 Couples Blessing Ceremony, and after the three-year missionary mobilization of blessed wives, the foundation was made for me to go to the United States. Since then I have been working to expand the foundation by indemnity through the eight stages up to the world level. (199-157, 1990/02/16)


8 We have to pass through eight vertical stages: servant of servants, servant, adopted child, stepchild, child, spouse, parents and God. Then we have to go through eight horizontal stages: individual, family, tribe, people, nation, world, cosmos and God. The Ceremony for the Settlement of the Eight Stages brought together and settled all these stages. I proclaimed this on August 31, 1989, in Alaska.

Accordingly we are entering the age in which people no longer need to pay indemnity. It means that wherever a Unification Church member goes, or I go, and whatever we do, no one can persecute us. Now when we do any kind of work, no one can accuse us. The Ceremony for the Settlement of the Eight Stages is the ceremony for settling into that new environment.

After performing this ceremony as the foundation, I declared Heavenly Par-entism on September 1,1989. The age to restore the elder son was prior to the completion of the Ceremony for the Settlement of the Eight Stages. By restoring the authority of the elder son to the side of heaven, we entered the realm of the worldwide summit in which Satan is no longer able to oppose us. (193-207, 1989/10/04)


9 There has never been a true woman who lived for the world that God intended to build. For this purpose, I conducted the Ceremony for the Settler ment of the Eight Stages. The providence for the restoration of God must pass through the eight stages to reach God. It has to pass through the stages of servant of servant, servant, adopted son, stepson, son, mother, father and God. This course is the basis for understanding that God has been looking for the true woman. The Lord who is the Bridegroom has to be born on earth and find the victorious woman. Representing Adam, Abel emerges and finds her.

The mission of the Bride after passing through thousands of years is to establish a unified worldwide foundation on earth. This is done for the sake of completing the ideal of Adam and accomplishing Gods Will for the Bridegroom. Without that foundation, Abel cannot appear on earth as the victorious Bridegroom. Even if he were victorious on the national level, the world-level Satan would cling to him in order to beat him down. Therefore until the time we are able to go over the worldwide realm of liberation we must establish the realm of the Bride while preparing for the Bridegroom. For God to make Adam was simple. However, re-creating Adam has had to proceed through thousands of years of history, from the Fall of Adam and Eve until now. (242-243, 1993/01/02)


10 The Ceremony for the Settlement of the Eight Stages! In Gods providence, the number eight could not settle. The number eight symbolizes the circle in heaven and the circle on earth. The month of August 1989, which is the first year after proclaiming the Foundation Day of the Nation of the Unified World, has special importance.

There is important content behind the announcement of the cosmic settlement at the close of August this year. In this providential age, the restoration of the authority of the elder son along with the authority of parents is established, and through the restoration of the authority of the parents, the restoration of kingship is established.

The age of democracy is passing and the world of love is coming. Can democracy buy God and True Parents? Can you be voted into a relationship with God and True Parents? The way of love is the only way.

I have made these pronouncements, but that does not mean you do not have to pray. If you do not, the Ceremony for the Settlement of the Eight Stages cannot reside on earth and in heaven. I proclaimed the settlement by offering prayers as the representative of all the members of the Unification Church, all people, all nations and all things in heaven. (193-110, 1997/08/31)


11 I conducted the Ceremony for the Settlement of the Eight Stages in Kodiak, Alaska, a point on earth close to the North Star. I broke down all the barriers between the earthly hell and the heavenly kingdom, both the vertical and horizontal obstructions. I broke down and cleared away the walls in the human world that block individuals, families, tribes, peoples, nations, the world and cosmos. As long as these barriers exist, Satan is able to reside temporarily on this earth.

When I see Satan residing in the spirit world and the earthly world, I say, "You have opposed me worldwide. I have loved humankind more than you have. I have taught Gods heavenly way to all people when you taught them to be defeated and led them to ruin." Satan bows his head in front of the leadership of love. It is the love of the mother trying to restore her unfilial son from the life of a bandit to a righteous life. Only love can make the sinful devil surrender. That is why I emphasize love. 12 Before Adam and Eve fell, everything was their possession and the possession of God. Accordingly, offering the nation and the world before receiving the Blessing is the general rule, but one is unable to do that in the course of restoration. Todays Blessing is the Blessing for people within the Unification Church. In the future we will return to the original standard by creating one nation, and bless that nation and world. Heavenly Parentism starts from there. Heavenly Parentism will prevail when the world is level under God and holds a global marriage ceremony. That is the content of True Parentism.

Because of the Korean War, the world entered the era of two poles. However these two poles became one centering on the Seoul Olympics. The Moscow Olympics and Los Angeles Olympics were in the era of two poles, but they became one at the time of the Seoul Olympics. At that time the Little Angels participated in a celebratory performance and I said, "l will donate 2,000 cars to Moscow. Please take them, but take them through North Korea." I suggested this so that the material and spiritual could unite. At the Seoul Olympics, the young Unification Church missionaries became one with Cain-type young people in Satan's world. Accordingly, Unification Church members cheered for those countries that did not have an embassy in Korea, by holding those nations' flags. They united and cheered them on.

13 August 31,2008 is the 10th anniversary of Pal JeongShik, the Ceremony for the Settlement of the Eight Stages. It is a precious day when, for the restoration of lineage, we mark True Parents' having gone through all eras of the eight stages, horizontally from the individual to the family tribe, people, nation, world, cosmos and all the way up to God, as well as vertically beginning from the servant of servants. Hence, as True Parents have come, by uniting with them, people can begin to settle in the world. This is the importance of the Ceremony for the Settlement of the Eight Stages.

Because I proclaimed this in Kodiak, Kodiak is the starting point and standard from which we move forward. Kodiak is an island in the sea between Russia and America. Therefore, settlement of the eight stages began in the ocean, proceeded through a peninsula, arrived on a continent and, for the first time reached the world level. Eight stages, the age of the servant of servants to the servant, adopted child, stepchild, child, mother, father and God were thoroughly indemnified and connected vertically and horizontally As a result, Heavenly Parentism could be declared on September 1,1989. The Ceremony for the Settlement of the Eight Stages was proclaimed on the foundation of True Parents passing through all the experiences of bitter pain and grief, vertically and horizontally. Until now, heaven could come neither vertically nor horizontally. But after we connect vertically and horizontally with the new family, with True Parents as the center, we can advance to the world that God desires. Heavenly Parentism would not emerge without this Ceremony for the Settlement of the Eight Stages.

The blessed families are the center of this worldwide expansion. Standing on the territory of a world family centering on the blessed couples, from the 30,000 Couples to the 360,000 Couples to the 3.6 Million Couples, the way the family of True Parents is going is beyond the vertical and horizontal stages, and God is able to dwell on earth. Therefore I proclaimed the Realm of the Cosmic Sabbath of the Parents of Heaven and Earth. The 30,000 Couples, 360,000 Couples and 3.6 Million Couples fulfilled the formation, growth and completion stages, ushering in the age when Unificationist families of the world can be welcomed and their activities proceed without obstruction. 15 As a result of completing the Ceremony for the Settlement of the Eight Stages, the authority of Parents has been recovered, their pain and sorrow dissolved. The philosophy of Heavenly Parentism is spreading. In the position of True Parents, I have liberated Adam's family and I have liberated Jesus from the sorrow of being unable to fulfill the work of a tribal messiah. The time has come when you, as tribal messiahs, can remove whatever wrongs your parents and relatives have done. For the first time, each of your hometowns can be transformed into the hometowns of heaven's nation. Having the form of a nation, the hometown territory will be the place where we can connect with True Parents and receive their governance, and your fathers' and mothers' birthplaces will be designated as hometowns within God's nation.

Accordingly, in this age your hometowns can be acknowledged as hometowns of God's nation. They have been liberated from hell. Now the people who were living in hell are all going through returning resurrection, so three generations must be centered on the tribal messiah, and this forms a condition in front of heaven. A grandfather, a father and an older brother center on the tribal messiah. This is the root of the spiritual work of restoration.
