	Rat Tension may arise in your new love affair this year. You two clearly don't agree on policy and haven't learned how to argue constructively-all you Rats seem to know how to do is persuade. Stop selling your merchandise and listen to the one who loves you. You are probably placing blame where it doesn't belong. Avoid a painful breakup. Give mentally as well as monetarily. Luxuries will necessarily be curtailed. Cut back on indulgences. You will be obliged to work harder for the same gain. Keep your beady eyes on the prize. But don't drop the pick and shovel. The critical Dog is on permanent guard duty.
	Ox The best way to avoid the irritation of bleeding-hearted Doggy idealism (your favorite pet peeve) is to take off on an extended journey. The coast is clear now. Take that long trip. Don't let the Dog's critical yappings about charitable handouts interfere with your plodding. Pay no mind to his supplications for your contributions and active participation. Continue to do good deeds at your own speed, privately and generously as only you know how. Downshift to low profile mode and stay there for the next twelve months. Pig comes wallowing along next year. Pigs love Oxen. It's the mud connection.
	Tiger Tigers and Dogs are intimately linked by their cynical views and a mutual longing for revolution. You admire the Dog's keen eye for social flaws. The energy of saving the world will keep you revved, but the road may not be paved with gold. You will have to lean into the wind and keep chugging. Luckily a new burning love will motivate you to persevere, despite the headwinds. Your emotions will soar high on the wings of romance, but only if you resist your tendency to fly solo. Tigers tend to be loners. You may need to brush up on your "working and playing well in groups" skills in 2006.
	Cat / Rabbit The Cat can thrive this year without too much interference from the powers that be, if he's careful. Don't let the Dog's bleeding heart causes interfere with your conservative streak. If you remain calm and keep a low profile, your privileges and luxuries will be spared. Avoid the temptation to leap into anxiety-this is a time to believe in the future. Although Dogs eschew snobbery and deplore pedantry, they generally approve of the reserve of Rabbit people. Dogs respect you Cats for your infinite wisdom in a crisis. 	Dragon Dog years work wonder for Dragons. The multitude of causes and crusades crammed into one twelve-month span appeals to your sense of "do-goodism." You are now ready to leave your personal problems behind and explore new realms. This year may mean extensive travel for you or, at least, a good deal of agitation and movement. You're not exactly delighted about new developments in your private life. Give it time. Don't panic. Your family woes will settle down soon. You will be presented with a vast gamut of opportunities and be encouraged to try your hand at new projects-especially those dear to your heart you've been avoiding. The Dog's kindly influence protects you. He keeps his eye peeled for danger. You have altruism in common with the Dog. He respects your opinions and reveres your physical beauty. In 2006 you may need to consult doctors quite often for minor ailments. Steer clear of classical cures. Find alternatives. Meditate, do yoga and sojourn in the countryside. 	Monkey Dogs don't thrill at the sight of Monkeys cavorting aimlessly through their space. The atmosphere for Monkeys this year will be less than mellow. Your precious freedom might be curtailed and you may even experience a few financial setbacks. Commitments may crumble. People you trust may let you down. But take heart! There is a remedy. Start building a new fortune. You did it before and you can do it again. Buoyancy is your middle name. Don't let the Dog's critical eye dampen your élan.

	Dog This year belongs to you, Dogs. You will feel as though you have won the lottery and beaten the devil all at once. The time has come, Doggie dear, for you to shine. Humanity will finally begin to benefit from your intense belief in its basic good. Be careful. Don't let success go to your head. Slacking off is not possible for you, ever. But, you can allow yourself a holiday or two-go somewhere exotic where the people appreciate your kindnesses. Remember, this is the year in which you must plan the next 12-year cycle of your life. Visualize your deepest desires. Whatever you project into the future now can be yours.
	Pig You basically love the Dog. His crusades and revolutionary ideals don't always turn you on because you don't much fancy leaving your cozy kitchen and abandoning your elegant salon in order to carry placards in the rain. For you this year will be mostly about LOVE and self development. You have come a long way in your career and sorted out most of your financial and property issues. Now is the time to let Love flourish. Friendship and family too are part of the picture. Allow yourself the luxury of falling madly in love and then wallow in it. Doggie won't mind. He/she falls in love every other day.
