오랜만에 글 쓰려니 쑥스 럽네요 ㅋ

요즘 이민국 많이 까칠해 져서 워킹비자 에서 은퇴비자로 옮겨 갈수 있는 희소식이 있어서 공지 올립니다.

5월5일 부터 시행 되는 프로그램으로 이름이 조금 촌스럽습니다. 스마일 프로그램 ㅋ

만35세 이상도 2만불이면 은퇴비자를 취득할수 있습니다.

밑의 내용입니다.

SPECIAL RESIDENT RETIREE’S VISA (SRRV) OPTION

l  MAY, 05,2011 시행예정

l  Ⅰ. FOR ACTIVE RETIREES

  SRRV MODIFIED

  SRRV SMILE

l  Ⅱ. FOR AILING RETIREES

  SRRV HUMAN TOUCH

²  SRRV MODIFIED FOR RETIREES

1)     AGE & VISA DEPOSIT (나이와 예치금액)

-       35~49 Years Old - $50,000.00 (35세 ~49세 - 50,000 USD)

-       50 Years old & above (50세 이상)

Without Pension - $20,000 (연금이 없는 경우 – 20,000USD)

With Pension - $10,000 (연금이 있는 경우 – 10,000USD)

NOTE: Additional deposit - $15,000.00 per dependent in excess of two.

노트: 추가 예치금 - 2명을 초과하는 동반자에 한해서 15,000 USD

2)      Convertibility of Deposits  (예치금의 인출)

-       May be converted into investments(투자에 사용 할 수 있음)

-       Inconvertible into investment.  (투자로 전환 할 수 없음)

-       Investments must be at least $50,000 to allow the conversion

(50,000 USD 투자가 허용된다, 단 비자발급 후 30일 이후)

NOTE: Investment in condominium or long-term lease of house and lot must be Ready For Occupancy. (투자할 콘도나 장기렌트(20년이상)와 용지는 입주 준비가 되어있어야 한다.)

3)     Application Fee (지원 수수료)

-       $1,400.00 for the Principal (신청자 본인 1,400 USD)

-       $300.00 for each Spouse/Dependent (배우자 및 동반자 각 300USD)

4)      Depository Bank (예치 은행)

5)     Documentary requirements(요청 서류)

-       Duly accomplished SRRV Application Form (작성된 은퇴비자 신청서)

-       Original Passport with Valid Entry Visa (유효한 입국비자와 여권 원본)

-       Medical Examination Clearance (신체 검사서)

-       Police Clearance and National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance

-       (범죄 사실 경력 조회서(한국) 와NBI 신원 조회서(필리핀))

-       ID Pictures - twelve (12) pieces of 2"x2" (2X2 사진 12장)

-       Additional Proof of Relationship for joining SPOUSE / DEPENDENTS

-       (배우자나 동반자를 위한 가족 관계증명서)

NOTE: All documents obtained / issued abroad must have an English translation and duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy / Consular Office.

노트: 모든 필리핀 외에서 발급된 서류는 반드시 영문으로 번역되어야 하고 필리핀 대사관에서 공증을 받아야 한다. 레드리본도 받아야 한다.

6)     Monetary Obligation/s (금전적 의무)

-       $360.00 Annual PRA Fee (APF) for Principal, Spouse, and (1) Child upon enrollment and every year thereafter. (본인, 배우자 및 아이1명에 한해서 PRA FEE는 360USD 씩 매년 납부)

-       $100.00 for each dependent in excess of two (두명을 초과한 동반자 각 100USD)

²  SRRV SMILE FOR ACTIVE RETIREES

1)  AGE & VISA DEPOSIT (나이와 예치금액)

-       35 Years Old & Above - $20,000.00 (35세 이상- 20,000 USD)

NOTE: Additional deposit - $15,000.00 per dependent in excess of two.

노트: 추가 예치금 - 2명을 초과하는 동반자에 한해서 15,000 USD

2)      Convertibility of Deposits  (예치금의 인출)

-       LOCK-IN in the bank  (은행에 예치해 놓아야 함)

-       Inconvertible into investment.  (투자로 전환 할 수 없음)

-       Intended for end of term needs and obligations of retiree (은퇴자의 의무와 종료 시점의 필요를 위한 목적)

-       Withdrawable upon cancellation of SRR Visa. (은퇴비자의 취소 시에 환급 받는다.)

3)     Application Fee (지원 수수료)

-       $1,400.00 for the Principal (신청자 본인 1,400 USD)

-       $300.00 for each Spouse/Dependent (배우자 및 동반자 각 300USD)

4)      Depository Bank (예치 은행)

(병환중인 은퇴자)

1)     AGE & VISA DEPOSIT (나이와 예치금액)

-       35 Years Old & Above - $10,000.00 (35세 이상- 10,000 USD)

NOTE: Retiree must

Be shown to have a pre-existing condition (except contagious diseases) and in need of medical care services(은퇴자는 이전부터 존재하는 병환의 상태가 증명되고 의료 서비스의 필요가 있어야 한다.)

Show proof or monthly pension remitted to the Philippine equal to at least $1,500

(매달 필리핀으로 최소 1,500USD이상의 금액과 동등한 연금이 송금됨을 증명해야 한다)

2)      Convertibility of Deposits  (예치금의 인출)

-       LOCK-IN in the bank  (은행에 예치해 놓아야 함)

-       Inconvertible into investment.  (투자로 전환 할 수 없음)

-       (연금 지불 불능의 경우는 국가의 보증 또는 의료 보호의 제공자)

-       Additional Proof of Relationship for joining SPOUSE / DEPENDENTS

-       (배우자나 동반자를 위한 가족 관계증명서)

NOTE: All documents obtained / issued abroad must have an English translation and duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy / Consular Office.

기본인원3명외에 추가인원있어 15000$ 추가하면 그건 못 돌려 받는다는 뜻인가요? 20,000$만 돌려받고... 답변좀 부탁드립니다.

아닙니다. 은퇴비자 취소시 35,000불 모두 환급 받으실수 있습니다.
