◈ 모집분야 (업무내용)	* Air conditioning system and air conditioning line-products (incl. A/C hose) 관련 Position Summary: Simulation Engineer has the responsibility and accountability for testing the performance, durability, safety and functionality of A/C line-products in a virtual environment. They includes not only structural safety of A/C line-products but also safety and durability of unit parts constituted A/C line-products, for example bracket, block and etc, and performance of heat transfer and internal fluid dynamics in Internal heat exchanger(IHX). Also, it is able to provide the reliable information to Application Engineer for creating and modifying product design via simulations of vibration, structure and fluid dynamic. Essential Functions: - Verification to durability and safety of designed products and consisted parts via structural or vibration analysis. - Provide the engineering reference for improving A/C line-products and components.  - Verification to safety coefficient of A/C line-products and components via vibration simulation. - Predict shape changes or fracture of products in specific environment. - Predict pressure drop and fluid dynamic of refrigerant in aluminum pipe or IHX. - Tracking and checking of the simulation performed. - Predict pressure drop and fluid dynamic of refrigerant in aluminum pipe or IHX. - Provide heat transfer of IHX for creating or modifying design of new project via computation fluid dynamic (CFD). - Cost reduction and time saving by reducing test time and cases via virtual test (simulation) as implemented from actual environment to complex virtual environment. - Advanced simulation: Life time prediction.
