마태복음14장 말씀입니다.

[사랑하는 나의 가족]

하나님의 사람들이 영적으로 회복되기 위해서는 올바른 성경말씀을 읽어야 하기에 신약 성경말씀을 올립니다.

물론 이 성경 말씀들도 아직은 부족하지만 부족한대로 하나님의 성령께서 자신이 말씀하신 말씀들을 올바르게

이해시켜주시기를 성령님께 간구 드립니다. 이 말씀들을 읽으시는 동안 성령께서 인도해주시기를 바랍니다.

1. 그때에 사분영주 헤롯이 예수님의 명성을 듣고

At that time Herod the tetrarch heard of the fame of Jesus, 

2. 자기 신하들에게 이르되, 이 사람은 [침례자] 요한이라. 그가 죽은 자들로부터 일어났도다. 그러므로 능력 있는

    일들이 그에게서 나타나는도다, 하니라.

And said unto his servants, This is John the Baptist; he is risen from the dead; and therefore mighty works do shew forth themselves in him. 

3. 헤롯이 자기 동생 빌립의 아내 헤로디아로 인해 요한을 붙잡아 그를 결박하여 감옥에 가두었으니

For Herod had laid hold on John, and bound him, and put [him] in prison for Herodias sake, his brother Philips wife.

4. 이는 요한이 헤롯에게 이르되, 당신이 그녀를 취하는 것은 율법에 어긋난다, 하였기 때문이라.

For John said unto him, It is not lawful for thee to have her.

5. 헤롯이 요한을 죽이려 하되 무리가 그를 대언자로 여기므로 그들을 두려워하더라.

And when he would have put him to death, he feared the multitude, because they counted him as a prophet.

6. 그러나 헤롯의 생일을 지킬 때에 헤로디아의 딸이 그들 앞에서 춤을 추어 헤롯을 기쁘게 하니

But when Herods birthday was kept, the daughter of Herodias danced before them, and pleased Herod. 

7. 이에 헤롯이 맹세로 그녀가 무엇을 구하든지 그녀에게 주겠다고 약속하거늘

Whereupon he promised with an oath to give her whatsoever she would ask.

8. 그녀가 자기 어머니에게 미리 지시를 받아 이르되, [침례자] 요한의 머리를 쟁반에 담아 여기서 내게 주소서, 하매

And she, being before instructed of her mother, said, Give me here John Baptists head in a charger.

9. 왕이 근심하였으나 그럼에도 불구하고 맹세한 것과 자기와 함께 음식 앞에 앉은 자들로 인하여 머리를 그녀에게

    주라고 명령하고

And the king was sorry: nevertheless for the oaths sake, and them which sat with him at meat, he commanded [it] to be given [her].

10. 사람을 보내어 감옥에서 요한의 목을 베게 하고는

And he sent, and beheaded John in the prison.

11. 그의 머리를 쟁반에 담아 그 소녀에게 주니 그녀가 그것을 자기 어머니에게 가져가니라.

And his head was brought in a charger, and given to the damsel: and she brought [it] to her mother.

12. 요한의 제자들이 와서 몸을 가져다가 묻고 예수님께 가서 아뢰니라.

And his disciples came, and took up the body, and buried it, and went and told Jesus.

13. 예수님께서 그것을 들으시고 배를 타고 거기를 떠나사 따로 외딴 곳으로 가시니 사람들이 그것을 듣고 도시들에서

       나와 걸어서 그분을 따라가매

When Jesus heard [of it], he departed thence by ship into a desert place apart: and when the people had heard [thereof], they followed him on foot out of the cities.

14. 예수님께서 나아오셔서 큰 무리를 보시고 그들을 불쌍히 여기는 마음을 가지사 그들의 병든 자들을 고쳐 주시니라.

And Jesus went forth, and saw a great multitude, and was moved with compassion toward them, and he healed their sick.

15. 저녁이 되매 그분의 제자들이 그분께 나아와 이르되, 이곳은 외딴 곳이요 때도 이제 지났으니 무리를 보내어 그들이

      마을로 들어가 양식을 사게 하소서, 하거늘

And when it was evening, his disciples came to him, saying, This is a desert place, and the time is now past; send the multitude away, that they may go into the villages, and buy themselves victuals.

16. 예수님께서 그들에게 이르시되, 그들이 떠날 필요가 없다. 너희가 그들에게 먹을 것을 주라, 하시매

But Jesus said unto them, They need not depart; give ye them to eat.

17. 그들이 그분께 이르되, 여기 우리에게는 빵 다섯 개와 물고기 두 마리밖에 없나이다, 하니

And they say unto him, We have here but five loaves, and two fishes.

18. 그분께서 이르시되, 그것들을 이리로 내게 가져오라, 하시며

He said, Bring them hither to me.

19. 무리에게 명령하사 잔디에 앉게 하시고 빵 다섯 개와 물고기 두 마리를 취하사 하늘을 우러러보시며 축복하시고

      빵을 떼어 자기 제자들에게 주시매 제자들이 무리에게 주니

And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass, and took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed, and brake, and gave the loaves to [his] disciples, and the disciples to the multitude.

20. 그들이 다 배불리 먹고 남은 조각을 열두 바구니에 가득 거두었더라.

And they did all eat, and were filled: and they took up of the fragments that remained twelve baskets full.

21. 먹은 자들은 여자들과 아이들 외에 남자만 오천 명쯤 되었더라.

And they that had eaten were about five thousand men, beside women and children.

22. 즉시 예수님께서 자기 제자들을 강권하사 자기가 무리를 보내는 동안 배를 타고 자기보다 앞서 건너편으로 가게

      하시고

And straightway Jesus constrained his disciples to get into a ship, and to go before him unto the other side, while he sent the multitudes away.

23. 무리를 보내신 뒤에 기도하러 따로 산에 올라가셨다가 저녁이 되매 거기 홀로 계시더라.

And when he had sent the multitudes away, he went up into a mountain apart to pray: and when the evening was come, he was there alone.

24. 그러나 이제 배는 바다 한가운데 있었고 바람이 반대로 불므로 파도로 인하여 요동하더라.

But the ship was now in the midst of the sea, tossed with waves: for the wind was contrary.

25. 밤 사경에 예수님께서 바다 위로 걸어서 그들에게 가시니

And in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went unto them, walking on the sea.

26. 제자들이 그분께서 바다 위로 걸어오시는 것을 보고 불안해하여 이르기를, 영이다, 하고 무서워서 소리 지르거늘

And when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a spirit; and they cried out for fear.

27. 예수님께서 즉시 그들에게 말씀하여 이르시되, 안심하라. 나니 두려워하지 말라, 하시니라.

But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid.

28. 베드로가 그분께 응답하여 이르되, [주]여, 만일 주시거든 물 위로 주께 오라고 내게 명하소서, 하니

And Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water.

29. 그분께서, 오라, 하시매 베드로가 배에서 내려 예수님께 가려고 물 위로 걸어가되

And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus.

30. 바람이 사나운 것을 보고 두려워하다가 가라앉기 시작하며 소리 질러 이르되, [주]여, 나를 구원하소서, 하니

But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me. 

31. 예수님께서 즉시 손을 내미사 그를 붙잡으시며 그에게 이르시되, 오 믿음이 적은 자여, 어찌하여 의심하였느냐?

      하시니라.

And immediately Jesus stretched forth [his] hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?

32. 그들이 배에 들어갈 때에 바람이 그치니

And when they were come into the ship, the wind ceased.

33. 이에 배에 있던 자들이 와서 그분께 경배하며 이르되, 진실로 주는 [하나님]의 [아들]이로소이다, 하더라.

Then they that were in the ship came and worshipped him, saying, Of a truth thou art the Son of God.

34. 그들이 건너가서 게네사렛 땅에 들어가매

And when they were gone over, they came into the land of Gennesaret.

35. 그곳 사람들이 그분을 알아보고 그 지역 사방에 두루 보내어 병든 자들을 다 그분께로 데리고 와서

And when the men of that place had knowledge of him, they sent out into all that country round about, and brought unto him all that were diseased;

36. 그들이 다만 그분의 옷단에라도 손을 대게 하실 것을 그분께 간청하더니 손을 댄 자들은 다 완전히 온전하게

       되니라.

And besought him that they might only touch the hem of his garment: and as many as touched were made perfectly whole.
