How to preseve the environment

1.Problem

 These days the environment is polluted and damaged by trash. Especially, marine life suffers form plastic waste and plastic waste has adverse effects on human health. Approximately 8 million tons of grabage enters the sea every year. Plasic waste has been abandoned in the ocean for hundreds of years and is not naturally degraded, but wanders around the ecosystem and becomes a food for marine animals. It was reported in a world newas that a turtle of a shark was found dead with a lot of trash in the stomach. we also found much micro-plastic in fish or seashells.

 Without efforts to reduce plastic waste, the health of life on Earth will deteriorate.

2. My litte action

 AS I learned the serious problems of plastic trash, I decided to reduce the garbages in our classroom, thinking that solving big problems starts with my small actions.

 First, I made a poster to let my friends know about the seriousness of plastic. I wrote sentences about the severity of environmental pollution and added the pictures in order to show these informaion effectly. Also I wrote down the actions we can put into practice in our lives. After making a poster, I put it on the notice board in our classroom.

 Second, There were many trashes in our class, and it was dirty. so I picked up them and I also separated if into the trash bin,

Through the poster that I made, my friends learned the seriousness of plasic waste, and by seprating the trash and throwing the trash into the bin. our class is cleaner than before.

3.Reflection&comments.

 In the past, I wondered if I cound slove the environmental problem by myself. But by separating trash in the trash bin, I  learned I could solve the seriousness of the platic and I want to do another effort to protect the envionment with my another samll action.
