Statement for Impeachment nullification of the Republic of Korea

The Patriotic Constitutional Guard of the Republic of Korea

We, the Patriotic Constitutional Guard of the Republic of Korea(the Constitutional Guard)  have committed to the illegal impeachment nullification of President Park, GeunHye since 2017.  We would like to report about it to 50 million fellow Koreans who respect democracy, freedom, peace and human rights, Koreans abroad who wish for the prosperity of the motherland, and the netizens from all over the world.

We, the Constitutional Guard  urge to defend the Constitution, opposing fraudulent illegal impeachment of President Park, GeunHye. We insist on the immediate arrest of the fake fraudulent president pro-China communist Moon, JaeIn(Moon) destroying our liberal democracy and valuable freedom!

President Park, GeunHye, the legal President of the Republic of Korea was kidnapped by the pro-China Communists to be imprisoned over four years, and the communist Moon illegally usurped the presidency on May 9, 2017.

We, the Constitutional Guard have to struggle as the sovereign citizens for the return of the legal President Park, GeunHye to the Blue House, who defends the homeland and is lawful by the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Korea.

The Korean National Constitution should not allow the inauguration ceremony of the 20th president on May 10, 2022, while the innocent legal President Park GeunHye is still locked up in jail.

We, the Constitutional Guard focus on the illegal fake president Moon to invalidate the impeachment as he violated various laws of the National Assembly, the Constitutional Court, and the Central Election Commission.

The misconduct of the constitutional institutions related to the illegal impeachment is very significant and obvious, so there are many reasons that should be considered invalid.

The consequences of such an illegal impeachment are too harsh for the people and President Park GeunHye.  The future of the Republic of Korea is completely unpredictable left in the dark.

Despite of the constitutional philosophy that guarantees the citizens' right,  the sovereign citizens' rights were violated by the National Assembly, the Constitutional Court, and the Central Election Commission.  Thus, this eventually all resulted in an illegal fake pro-China communist president.

With the legal principle, we, the constitutional guard are proceeding with lawsuits focus only one fake pro-China communist president among the related Korean constitutional institutions.

The reasons for doing the lawsuits against the illegal impeachment nullification with the Constitutional Guard are as follows:

Unauthorized submission of amendments to the impeachment prosecution resolution made by the National Assembly violates the Article 95 of the National Assembly Act.

With the Constitutional Court:

1. The Constitutional Tribunal was an impeachment trial that violated the vote of the National Assembly for the impeachment proceedings.

2. The violation of the Constitutional Court Act Article 6 avoids the appointment of a judge.

3. The Constitutional Tribunal violated the Article 23 of the Constitutional Law, which allowed only “examination” for eight members.

4. Eight judges made an impeachment trial with evidence collected illegally in violation of the Article 32 of the Constitutional Law.

5. The judges let the National Assembly in writing false official documents to change the prosecution.

6. It was an illegal impeachment that even retroactively applied the laws to be enforced after the act.

7. It was an inappropriate impeachment trial contrary to the general principles of the law.

8. It was an unfair impeachment trial without impartiality and independence of judges.

With the Central Election Commission:

1. President Park GeunHye was not impeached for violating the Article 68 of the Constitution. Therefore she was not impeached. So the presidential election was conducted with no grounds for validation.

2. It was an invalidation of the presidential election as the appointment letter was given to the wrong person.

3. In addition to these offenses, the illegal fake president Moon himself has added a hierarchical hindrance to the execution of public affairs by running for presidential elections to deceive the country and the people.

As a result, with the violations of the constitutional institutions, the decision to dismiss President Park GeunHye was beyond the limits of the impeachment trial.  Thus, that should have been subject to the invalidity confirmation. And it must have been cancelled by the court.  Moon must have fulfilled the responsibility of proving the plaintiff's claim was wrong in order to be a legal president.

We, the Constitutional Guard have fought against the pro-China communists occupied courts.  We have been sentenced to dismissal more than 20 times over four years, even in the main lawsuits, holding the banner of the impeachment nullification amongst full of illegal impeachment conditions.

However, with our strong determination that never withdraws, we are clearly firmly convinced the illegal fake usurped president will suddenly be arrested soon.

We are launching more active strategy against the thieves of the legal authenticity who are stealing our homeland and that can be revealed soon beyond your expectation.

“Impeachment Nullity” is the announcement of the victory for our country, which is never far away.
