<p>God is the One who forgives sins. In today's passage, as Jesus was entering Capernaum, a centurion sent some Jewish elders to him, asking him to heal his servant. As Jesus was leaving, the centurion sent friends to him, asking him to simply say a word and heal his servant. Jesus said, "I have not found such great faith in Israel." He also raised a young man from the dead in Nain, said to John's disciples, "Blessed is he who does not stumble on account of me," and declared that John the Baptist was greater than the prophets. Thank you for forgiving our sins and giving us peace.</p>
