Despite the U.S efforts to curtail exports to China of the state of the art chips for training Artificial Intelligence(AI) and access to many of machines to make substitutes, China seemed to overcome challenges. With only 2,000 chips for training AI, it successfully developed a large language model(LLM) closely to the level with Chat GPT from Open AI. It shows China achieved to find cost-efficient way to train Artificial Intelligence(AI) machine, which has Silicon Valley tech giants worried.<br>---------------------------------------------<br>I have no idea of tech giants’ disbelief in china’s exaggerated shoestring budget AI program because as a layman because it is way difficult to digest the information on papers which is a bit challenging but fun.</p>
