    my husband introduced our favorite alcohol, 소주 and 참치회 with 초고추장 to his american colleagues and they fell in love with them. however, 삼겹살 is less favorite 안주 to them because of the high fat content. steve, your writing is very informative and fun. i wish you the best on your book!

    absolutely, it goes without saying that your intro on korean drinking is brilliant. just it reminds me of the time my foreign friends asked me about difference between 막걸리 and 동동주, then not being able to give a right answer. feel pretty shamed. anyway wondering which book you mentioned above.
