제5절 말세와 새 말씀과 우리의 자세
 
Ⅰ. 말세와 새 진리
 
타락인간(墮落人間)은 종교에 의하여 신령(神靈)과 진리(眞理)로써(요 4:23) 그의 심령(心靈)과 지능(智能)을 깨우쳐서 그의 내적인 무지를 타개하여 나아간다. 그런데 진리에 있어서도 내적인 무지를 타개하는 종교에 의한 내적인 진리와 외적인 무지를 타개하는 과학에 의한 외적인 진리의 두 면이 있다. 

따라서 지능에도 내적인 진리에 의하여 깨우쳐지는 내적인 지능과 외적인 진리에 의하여 깨우쳐 지는 외적인 지능의 두 면이 있는 것이다. 그러므로 내적인 지능은 내적인 진리를 찾아 종교를 세워 나아가고, 외적인 지능은 외적인 진리를 찾아서 과학을 세워 나아가는 것이다.

신령은 무형세계(無形世界)에 관한 사실들이 영적 오관(五官)에 의하여 영인체(靈人體)에 영적으로 인식되었다가 이것이 다시 육적 오관에 공명되어 생리적으로 인식되는 것이며, 진리는 유형세계(有形世界)로부터 직접 인간의 생리적인 감각기관에 의하여 인식되는 것이다. 

따라서 인식도 영육(靈肉) 양면의 과정을 거쳐서 오게 된다. 인간은 영인체와 육신이 합해야만 완전한 인간이 되도록 창조되었기 때문에, 영적 과정에 의한 신령과 육적 과정에 의한 진리가 완전히 조화되어 심령과 지능이 아울러 깨우쳐짐으로써, 이 두 과정을 통해 온 양면의 인식이 완전히 일치될 때 비로소 인간은 하나님과 전피조세계(全被造世界)에 관하여 완전한 인식을 갖게 되는 것이다.

이와 같이 하나님은 타락으로 말미암아 무지에 빠진 인간으로 하여금 신령과 진리에 의하여 심령과 지능을 아울러 깨우치게 함으로써, 창조본연의 인간으로 복귀하여 나아가는 섭리를 하신다.

第五節 終末と新しいみ言と我々の姿勢
 
（一）終末と新しい真理
 
堕落人間は宗教により霊と真理をもって（ヨハネ四・23）その心霊と知能とをよみがえらせ、その内的な無知を打開していくのである。さらに、真理においても、内的な無知を打開する宗教による内的真理と、外的な無知を打開する科学による外的真理との二つの面がある。

したがって知能においても、内的真理によって開発される内的知能と、外的真理によって開発される外的知能との二つの面がある。それゆえに、内的知能は内的真理を探りだして宗教を起こし、外的知能は外的真理を探りだして科学を究明していくのである。神霊は無形世界に関する事実が、霊的五官によって霊人体に霊的に認識されてのち、これが再び肉的五官に共鳴して、生理的に認識されるのであり、一方真理は、有形世界から、直接、人間の生理的な感覚器官を通して認識されるのである。

したがって認識も、霊肉両面の過程を経てなされる。人間は霊人体と肉身が一つになって初めて、完全な人間になるように創造されているので、霊的過程による神霊と肉的過程による真理とが完全に調和され、心霊と知能とが共に開発されることによって、この二つの過程を経てきた両面の認識が完全に一致する。またこのとき、初めて人間は、神と全被造世界に関する完全な認識をもつようになるのである。

このように神は、堕落によって無知に陥った人間を、神霊と真理とにより、心霊と知能とを共に開発せしめることによって、創造本然の人間に復帰していく摂理をされるのである。

Section 5. The Last Days, the New Truth and Our Attitude
 
5.1 The Last Days and the New Truth
 
Fallen people have been overcoming their internal ignorance by enlightening their spirituality and intellect with “spirit and truth” (John 4:23) through religion.

“Truth” may be divided into two types : internal truth as taught by religion, which helps people overcome internal ignorance, and external truth as obtained through science, which helps people overcome external ignorance.

Accordingly, we can discern two aspects within the intellect: the internal intellect, awakened by internal truth, and the external intellect, awakened by external truth. Religions develop as the internal intellect pursues internal truth, while science advances as the external intellect pursues external truth.

“Spirit” in this context denotes the inspiration of Heaven. Cognition of a spiritual reality begins when it is perceived through the five senses of the spirit self. These perceptions resonate through the five physical senses and are felt physiologically. Cognition of truth, on the other hand, arises from the knowledge gleaned from the physical world as it is perceived directly through our physiological sense organs. 
 
Cognition thus takes place through both spiritual and physical processes. Human beings become complete only when their spirit self and physical self are unified.

Hence, the experience of divine inspiration gained through spiritual cognition and the knowledge of truth obtained through physical cognition should become fully harmonized and awaken the spirituality and intellect together.

 It is only when the spiritual and physical dimensions of cognition resonate together that we can thoroughly comprehend God and the universe.
 
God assists ignorant, fallen people to elevate their spirituality and enlighten their intellect through spirit and truth. By these means, God conducts His providence to restore people to the original state before the Fall.
