(급질문) accession, body, following 질문 드립니다.

몇 가지 질문 드립니다. 국제조약 관련 문장들입니다.

1. Article 18 permits a contracting State, at the time of signature, ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, to declare that the Electronic Communications Convention is to extend to all its territorial units or only to one or more of them and to amend its declaration by submitting another declaration at any time.

-accession 의 의미가 참 다양한데, 도달, 접근, 취득, 상속, 가입, 가맹 등등 참 여러가지가 나옵니다. 이 단어가 앞으로 여러번 계속 나오는데, 그때마다 헷갈립니다. 하나로 통일했다가도, 문맥적으로 의미가 안맞는듯 하기도 하여 질문드립니다. 예문은 다 올리지 못하지만, 대략 국제조약상 어떤 의미로 쓰이나요? 난감하네요..

2.  Article 20 does not list which provisions of the Electronic Communications Convention can or should be applied to electronic communications exchanged in connection with contracts governed by other conventions, treaties and agreements. Such a list, however valuable in theory, would have been extremely difficult to draw up, in view of the diversity of the contractual matters covered by existing conventions. The Electronic Communications Convention therefore leaves it for a body applying the Convention to establish which of its provisions might be relevant in respect of the exchange of electronic communications to which other conventions also apply. 

- 문맥을 위해 전문을 다 올렸습니다. it과 body가 무얼 지칭하는지 잘 모르겠습니다.

3. In accordance with the second sentence of paragraph 3 of article 21, a declaration that is notified to the depositary after the entry into force of the Convention in respect of the State concerned takes effect on the first day of the month following the expiration of six months after the date of its receipt by the depositary,~

-following을 어디에 연결시켜야할지. 밑줄 부분의 정확한 의미를 알고 싶습니다.

-수탁인에게 수령된 날짜 이후 6개월의 만료기간에 이어 그 달의 첫째날에 효력을 발생한다.

이런 해석이 맞을까요??

일단 3번의 following은 '이후'라는 뜻으로 봅니다.즉, '수탁자가 수령한 날짜로부터 만 6개월이 지난 달의 첫째 날에 발효된다'는 뜻이겠네요.

위 3번 동의. 2번의 it는 list를 의미 하고 body는 컨밴션을 신청 하는 기관을 의미 합니다. 그리고 1번은.. 넵. 님 말씀대로 하나로 통일 하면 안될듯 합니다. 근대 저기에서는 계약에 서명하는 나라(나라겠죠 주가 아니라.. 국제조약이니까)가 승급(이런말 되요 ? 등급이 올라간다는말?) 한다 라는 의미 입니다. 휴~~ 한글은 외 이리 어려운거얌 -.,-

1은 사전에 < [국제법] (타국 사이의 조약, 협정 등에의 가맹에 따른) 정식 승인. > 이라고 나와있습니다. 국제 조약 같은 데 가맹하면서 자동적으로 그 조약의 효력을 승계하는 걸 말하는 것 같습니다. 일반 승인과 구분하자면 <가맹 승인> 쯤 될까요?
