나는 대한민국의 전직 경찰관이다.

Statement of Torture Victim

1. Case Overview

I am a former police officer of the Republic of Korea.

On 19 February 2019, I became the target of a microwave weapon covertly operated by personnel under the CIA.

Since that day, I have been continuously subjected to extreme physical and psychological torture.

They have replicated the coercive techniques described in the CIA’s torture and interrogation manual using microwave technology, systematically controlling my psychological state and behavior.

Based on my direct experience, I document and testify to how the manual’s “death threat” technique is applied through microwave means.

The following section documents an act of torture committed by a CIA night-duty operative on 28 June 2025.

This statement is based on a specific case among numerous acts of torture he committed, and is intended to expose to the international community the serious human rights violations taking place.

2. Methods of Torture and Resulting Harm

(1) Death Threats

First, they inflicted muscle pain, vascular pain, and burning pain in my heart area, threatening to kill me by inducing cardiac arrest.

Second, they inflicted severe muscle and vascular pain on the back of my head, threatening to kill me through cerebral hemorrhage.

The intensity of the pain cannot be explained by ordinary physiological responses and can occur only under extremely restricted physical conditions.

In particular, the stiffness in the muscles at the back of my head far exceeds ordinary muscle pain and resembles the physical resistance experienced by fighter pilots during 7–8G gravitational acceleration training.

The vascular pain is accompanied by oppressive pressure and unbearable agony, as if the blood vessels were about to burst.

Third, they caused a decline in thinking ability, impaired judgment, and confusion.

They intentionally degraded my cognitive functions to block autonomous thought and induced me to respond passively to external messages, images, and emotional changes.

This entire process constitutes a single, organically connected psychological manipulation mechanism.

Through my direct experience of torture, I unequivocally testify that this threat is not a mere conspiracy theory but a tangible and present reality.

The international community must recognize the gravity of the human rights abuses caused by microwave weapons and must urgently establish international cooperation and institutional monitoring systems to prevent any further spread of harm.
