아래는 단호박 떡의 요리법을 영어로 번역해 보았지요.
좀 귀찮다 생각했었는데, 막상 해보니, 재미나는군요. ㅎㅎㅎ
Sweet Pumpkin Cake Recipe
1. Ingredients
① 10 cup rice powder
1 tablespoon salt
2/3 cup sugar
② sweet pumpkin 300g
③ 4 cup peeled, steamed and mashed red bean
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
2. Preparation in advance

① Soak the rice in water for 3~4 hours and drain water.
② Have the drained rice powdered at mill.

③ Crush the red beans roughly and soak them in water for 6 hours.
④ Peel and steam the red bean.
⑤ Pass the steamed red bean through a sieve when it is still hot.
⑥ Mix the above mashed red bean with 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon salt.
3. How to make
① Pass the powdered rice through a sieve twice.
② Mix the above ① with 2/3 cup sugar.
③ Peel the sweet pumpkin and slice it thinly.
④ Steam the sliced pumpkin for 15 minutes.
⑤ Pass the steamed pumpkin through a sieve.
⑥ Cool the above mashed pumpkin.
⑦ Mix ⑥ with the prepared rice powder.
⑧ Pass ⑦ through a sieve.
Ready to Cook
⑨ Cover the bottom of the steamer with a piece of wet cloth.
⑩ Spread the mashed red bean powder first and the mixed rice powder next in turn.
⑪ Heap up in several layers (bean powder → rice powder → bean powder → rice powder → bean powder). Do not press the powder.
⑫ When water boils, put the steamer with the prepared material on the fire.
⑬ Cook it for 20~25 minutes more after it starts to steam.
⑭ Decorate the cake if desired.
⑮ Serve the Korean Pumpkin Cake with green tea.
