1. 뜻 앞에 앞장 세워야 할 2세 - 5 

우리가 60년의 역사인데, 2세들을 위한 환경이 돼 있지 못합니다. 그래서 2세들이 흘러갔습니다. 부모가 뜻 안에서 자랄 수 있는 환경을 못 만들어 줘서 흘러갔다고 하는데 그냥 놔둘 수 없습니다.

이제 새로운 시대로 접어들었고, 새역사가 출발하고 있는 천일국 시대에 우리의 후대를 안전하게 보호해서 천일국의 미래를 담당할 수 있는 책임질 지도자들로 양성해야 하겠습니다.

이번에 천주 평화 사관학교를 시작하면서 느낀 것이지만 정말로 인재가 고갈돼 있습니다. 너무 안타까운 현실입니다. 이제 여러분이 더 나이가 60, 70으로서 살아온 생애보다는 남은 생애가 짧습니다.

여러분이 이 짧은 생애에 후대를 위한 단단한 반석이라도 돼줘야 합니다. 그래서 좋은 점은 우리가 배워서 활용할 수 있어야 합니다. 세계적인 선교 문제에 있어서 2세들이 앞장서게 만들어야 합니다. 1세들은 좋은 거름이 돼주라는 말입니다. (2013.5.8, 천정궁)

1) 二世教育とその必要性

1. み旨の前に先頭に立てるべき二世 - 5 

私たちは60年の歴史ですが、二世たちのための環境になっていません。それで多くの二世が流れていきました。み旨の中で育ち得る環境を親がつくってやれなかったために流れていったのですが、これをそのまま放っておくことができません。

今や新しい時代に入り、新しい歴史が出発している天一国時代において、私たちの後代を安全に保護して、天一国の未来を担える指導者として養成しなければなりません。

今回、「天宙平和士官学校」を設立して感じたのですが、本当に人材が枯渴しています。あまりにも残念な現実です。今や皆さんは年が60、70となり、生きてきた人生より残っている人生のほうが短いのです。

皆さんはこの短い生涯で、後代のための固い磐石にでもなってあげなければなりません。ですから、良い点は私たちが見習って活用できなければなりません。世界的な宣教問題において、二世たちが先頭に立つようにしなければなりません。一世たちは良い肥やしになってあげるのです。（2013.5.8、天正宮博物館）

1. The second generation should be trained to lead the providence - 5 

Our history dates back 60 years, and yet we do not have a welcoming environment for our second generation. That is why many of them drifted away. They have gone astray because their parents failed to create an environment where they could grow up within the providence, and we cannot just let them remain distant from us any longer.

Now we have ushered in a new age, and in this age of Cheon Il Guk, where a new history is to begin, we need to safeguard those in our future generations and train them as leaders who can take charge of the future of Cheon Il Guk.
 
When I recently instituted the Universal Peace Academy, I realized that we are very short of capable leaders. It is truly a sad reality. You are now in your 60s and 70s, and you have lived longer than the number of years you have remaining.

During that short time you still have on earth, you need to at least become a solid rock for future generations. Also, we quickly need to identify their strengths and train them to use them to their best advantage. In the matter of the worldwide mission work, we need to train the second generation to take the lead. What I mean is that the first generations should serve as good fertilizer for them.
