대만 해군의 즈바르드비스급 잠수함 ROCS 하이룽함이 현대화개량을 받은 뒤 2026년 10월 28일부터 11월 27일까지 진행되는 대잠전 훈련에 참가한다고 하네요. 2018년 미화 2억 2,830만 달러 규모의 현대화 사업을 승인해 전투관리체계 교체, 디지털식 잠망경 설치, 소나 성능계량, 디지털 무장발사체계 도입 등의 개량을 할 예정이고, 1번함인 하이룽은 작업이 완료됐고 2번함 하이후에 대한 개량이 진행중이라고 합니다.

대만 해군(ROCN)의 잠수함 ROCS 하이룽이 광범위한 현대화사업을 완료한 데 이어 대규모 대잠전(ASW) 훈련에 참가할 예정이다.

하이룽급의 선도함인 이 잠수함은 2026년 10월 28일부터 11월 27일까지 3단계로 진행되는 대잠전 훈련에 참가한다. 이번 훈련에는 수상전투함과 록히드마틴 P-3C 오라이언 해상초계기, 시코르스키 S-70C 시호크 헬리콥터가 참가한다.

훈련 기간 ROCS 하이룽은 대항군과 아군 양측에 모두 편성돼 운용될 것으로 예상된다. 이를 통해 대만 해군은 합동 대잠전 능력을 평가하고 잠수함, 수상함, 항공기가 참여하는 작전절차를 검증할 수 있게 된다.

하이룽은 네덜란드의 즈바르트피스급 디젤전기추진 잠수함 설계를 기반으로 한다. 1986년 진수된 이 함정은 1987년 대만 해군에 취역했으며, 자매함인 ROCS 하이후는 1988년에 취역했다.

2018년 대만은 두 잠수함에 대한 74억1,000만 대만달러(2억2,830만 미국달러) 규모의 현대화사업을 승인했다.

대만 국가중산과학연구원(NCSIST), 록히드마틴, 네덜란드의 RH 마린이 주도한 이 사업에는 전투관리체계 교체, 디지털 광학·전자식 잠망경 설치, 소나 성능개량, 신형 디지털 무장발사체계 도입이 포함됐다.

개량된 체계들은 다수의 표적을 교전할 수 있는 능력을 포함해 잠수함의 상황인식능력과 전투효율성을 향상하기 위한 것이다.

대만 해군은 하이룽급 잠수함 2척을 보유하고 있으며, 이 함정들은 1980년대 네덜란드에서 건조됐다. (대만 해군)

하이룽급 잠수함에는 Mk 48 Mod 6 중어뢰와 UGM-84L 하푼 대함미사일을 비롯한 미국산 무기가 장착돼 있다. 이 무기들은 독일이 설계한 아틀라스 일렉트로닉 SUT 어뢰를 보완한다.

ROCS 하이룽은 현재 현대화사업을 완료했지만, 하이후에 대한 작업은 계속 진행 중이다. 이 사업은 대만 해군이 자체적인 잠수함 건조능력을 개발하는 가운데 기존 잠수함들의 운용수명을 2030년대까지 연장하기 위한 것이다.

CSBC가 건조한 최초의 자체 개발 잠수함 하이쿤은 여전히 해상시험을 진행하고 있다. 이 함정은 시험계획의 일환으로 잠항시험을 실시하고 훈련용 Mk 48 어뢰를 발사했다.

The Republic of China Navy (ROCN) submarine ROCS Hai Lung is set to participate in a major anti-submarine warfare (ASW) exercise following its completion of an extensive modernisation programme.

This lead vessel of the Hai Lung class will take part in a three-phase ASW exercise from 28 October till 27 November 2026. The drills will involve surface combatants, Lockheed Martin P-3C Orion maritime patrol aircraft and Sikorsky S-70C Seahawk helicopters.

During the exercise, ROCS Hai Lung is expected to operate with both the opposing force and the friendly force, allowing the ROCN to assess its joint ASW capabilities, and to validate operational procedures involving submarines, surface ships and aircraft.

Hai Lung is based on the Dutch Zwaardvis-class diesel-electric submarine design. Launched in 1986, the vessel entered ROCN service in 1987, while sister ship ROCS Hai Hu was commissioned in 1988.

In 2018, Taiwan approved a NT$7.41 billion (US$228.3 million) modernisation programme for the two submarines.

Led by the National Chung-Shan Institute of Science and Technology (NCSIST), Lockheed Martin and the Netherlands-based RH Marine, the programme included replacement of the combat management system, installation of digital optronic periscopes, sonar upgrades and a new digital weapon launch system.

The upgraded systems are intended to improve the submarines’ situational awareness and combat effectiveness, including their ability to engage multiple targets.


The ROC Navy has two Hai Lung-class submarines, these having been constructed in the Netherlands in the 1980s. (ROCN)
Hai Lung-class submarines are equipped with US-made weapons, including MK 48 MOD 6 heavyweight torpedoes and UGM-84L Harpoon anti-ship missiles. These complement German-designed Atlas Elektronik SUT torpedoes.

While ROCS Hai Lung has now completed its modernisation, work on Hai Hu is ongoing. This programme is intended to extend the operational lives of Taiwan’s existing submarines into the 2030s, even as the ROCN develops its own domestic submarine-building capability.

The first domestically developed submarine, Hai Kun, built by CSBC Corporation, remains in sea trials. The vessel has conducted diving trials and fired training MK 48 torpedoes as part of its test programme.

네덜란드의 잠수함 관련 회사는 이제 유지보수만 하는 회사겠네요. 80년대에 만든 배의 도면을 다 디지털화하긴 했겠죠?

잠수함 건조사는 RDM이었는데 대만에 잠수함 팔았다가 중국의 압박 등으로 회사가 분할돼 1996년 해군 사업부는 Damen에 인수되고, 나머지는 다른 곳에 인수됐다가 없어진 것 같습니다.

이번 개량에 참여한 네덜란드 회사는 https://rhmarine.com/en 이 곳인데 비싼 요트나 통합 함교, 함정운영자동화, 동력계통 등 배에 들어가는 시스템 만들어서 파는 곳이네요.
