message book question

I believe i missed the deadline to write something for the message book where you can write something for each actor. I missed the deadline but the form is still open. Can I still submit something? Also there is no condition for being able to write something? Like I didn't need to have some kind of proof that I participated for your guys other events or stuff? Right? Like it's open to everyone but I believe I missed the deadline. Can an exception be made?
