돈 money, 없다. there isn't,  없고 = 없다+고(and), 빽(it's from english background which means human connection), 없다면=없다+면(if), 가지 branch (part, thing), ~만(only), 죽다 die, ~어라 ending word for ordering or direction, 죽어라 untill you die(when you emphasize something Korean use this),  하다 do, 해라=하다+여라(ending word for ordering or direction, it is for the verb 하다), 

So it means 
[If You Have No Money or no personal connections, Just Do These 5 Things looks like you die]

첫째, 아무도 안 볼 때 공부에 몰입해라. 공부는 가장 느리지만 가장 확실한 무기다. 쌓인 실력은 언젠가 말없이 사람들 입을 닫게 만든다.

첫째 first, 아무도 no one, 안 not, 보다 see or watch, ~(으)ㄹ (making future form combined to verb), 공부 study, ~에 to, 몰입하다 immerse, 해라(do), 가장  the most, 느리다 slow, 느리지만 =느리다+그렇지만(but), 확실한 certain, 무기 weapon, 다 ending word, 쌓다 accumulate, 쌓은=쌓다+은(past form)=accumulated, 실력 ability, 언젠가 someday, 말 없이 without saying, 사람들 people, 입 mouth, 을 objective maker, 닫다 close, ~게 connecting word for express purpose,  만들다 make, 만든다 present form of make. 

so it means.
[First, immerse yourself in studying when no one is watching.  Studying is the slowest but most certain weapon. Accumulated skills will eventually silence people.]

둘째, 체력부터 지켜라. 몸이 무너지면 선택지도 사라진다. 기초가 약하면 기회가 와도 못 붙잡는다. 끝까지 남는 건 늘 체력이다.

[Second, protect your physical strength first. If your body collapses, your options of choosing disappear. If your foundation is weak, you cannot seize opportunities even when they come your way. What remains until the end is always physical strength.]

셋째, 된는 일에 올인하라. 재능을 찾느라 멈추지 마라. 되는 걸 되게 만들다 보면 그 길이 네 길이 된다. 
셋째 Third, 되다 become, or make happen, 일 work, 되는 일 thing that works, 올인 all in(English), 재능 talent, 찾다 seek or search, ~느라(connection word, former behavior is the reason of following action: because of), 멈추다 stop, ~지 마라 don't do(ending word of ordering), 되는 걸=되는 것을 things that can be, 되게 make it happen, 만들다 make, ~다 보면 while you do ~ and, 그 the, 길 way, 네 your, 된다 become. 

so it means
[Third, go all-in on what works. Don't stop for searching for talents. If you make what works work, that path will become your path.]

넷째, 인간관계를 정리하라. 쓸데 없는 사람 하나가 에너지의 절반을 잡아 먹는다. 삶을 바꾸려면 가장 먼저 옆을 바꿔라.
넷째 fourth, 인관관계 personal relationships, 정리하라 clean up or arrange, 쓸데 =쓰다 use+ ~ㄹ때(time in the future), 없는 there isn't, 사람 person, 하나 one, 에너지energy, ~의='s , 절반 half, 잡아 먹다. take and eat =consuming, 삶 life, 바꾸다 change, ~(으)려면 if in order to, 가장 the most,  먼저 first, 옆 beside or next, 바꿔라 =바꾸다 + 어라(ending word of directing)

so it means. 
[Fourth, clean up your relationships. One useless person consumes half your energy. If you want to  change your life, change your beside first.


다섯째 말보다 결과에 집착하라.  인정받고 싶어 서두르지 마라. 조용히 해내는 사람이 판을 바꾼다. 
다섯째 fifth, 말 words, 보다 rather than, 결과 results,  집착하라 focus on or obsess over, 인정받다 be recognized, ~고 싶다 want, 싶어=싶다+어서(because), 서두르다 hurry up, rush to ~지 마라 don't do, 조용히 quietly, 하다 do.  해 내다 do and show = finally accomplished,  사람 person, 판 place, theather, game. 바꾸다 change. 바꾼다 present form of 바꾸다. 

so it means. 
[Fifth, obsess over results rather than words. Do not rush just to be recognized. The person who gets things done quietly is the one who changes the game.

조건따지지 말고 딱 이 다섯가지만 하자, 지금까지 없다는 것은 짐 없이 질주할 수 있다는 뜻이다.  포기만 하지마라. 끝은 반드시 버틴 사람이 가져간다. 
조건 conditions, 따지다 debate or argue which is right or wrong, ~지 말고 don't do, 딱 just, 이 this, 다섯 five, 가지 things or branch, 하자 let's do, 지금 now, 까지 till,  지금까지 until now, 없다는 것 things that I don't have, 은 subject maker which is focused on the subject's status, 짐 burden, luggage, 없이 without, 질주하다 fast race forward, 뜻 meaning, 포기하지 마라 don't give up, 끝 end, 반드시 surely, 버티다 preserve or keep standing, 가져가다 bring. 

so it means
[Don't worry(talk too much or think over) about the conditions, just do these five things, the fact that you haven't so far, it means that you can race forward without burden. Just don't give up. The end is that the one who endures will surely take it.
