The main characters are Steven, Mrs. Ruder (Ruber), Tony, and Mary.
It's cleanup time.
Mrs. Ruder (Ruber) called over the noisy voices of the children.
Mrs. Ruder (Ruber) walked around the classroom.
"I hate cleaning up," Mary muttered as she picked up toy dishes and cups from the floor.
"Steven, you're not helping. Mrs. Ruder (Ruber)... Steven's not helping," she yelled.
"I am so!" Steven gave Mary a shove, making her drop some of the dishes.
Mary started to cry.
Some of the other children stopped to listen as Mrs. Ruder (Ruber) patted Mary's shoulder.
Before long, everyone was sitting on the big round rug in the middle of the room, excited but quiet.
I think this book is good.
