외국계 기업 customer service operator 모집-Entry Level
Qualfication -University graduate. less than 1 year working experience Good communication skills in voice or written media, both in Korean & English. - Time management skills & Teamwork
Responsibles -Acts as first contact point to customer and manage/respond to various inquiries such as service request, order status, general Agilent structure, business, people. -Take ownership of customer inquiries and issues to satisfy/delight customers by providing real-time assistance and resolution via phone, web or e-mail. - Can do research, work with partners and escalate in the right process in order to provide solution to customer for the cases not resolved at first contact level. -Receive and understand feedback/complaints from the customer. Follow-up with customer as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
