Friends, I guess these words are easy for you but it has more meaning. see this. 

[가족명칭 : 여보, 당신, 아빠, 엄마, 아버지, 어머니, 오빠,  누나, 언니, 동생, 딸내미, 아들내미, 서방님, 며느리, 새아기, 시아버지, 시어머니, 장모님, 장인어른(신)] 

Vocabulary
가족 : 가(house), 족(tribe) = family.
명칭 : 명(name), 칭(called / masure value) = title. 
여보 : When I call to my wife I say '여보' which means 여(same), 보(treasure) = honey. 
당신 : When wife call her husband  she say '여보 ', '당신' which means 당(right, deserve), 신(body, yourself) => you are deserved as yourself. 
아빠 : when children call their Dad, 
아버지: when growed children call their Dad.
엄마 : when children call their Mom, 
어머니 : when grew children call their Mom.
오빠 : when young girl call his old brother.
누나 : when young boy call his old sister.
언니 : when young girl call his old sister. 
동생 : when you call your young brother or sister. You can attach 남 to younger brother, 여 to younger sister. 
딸 : daughter.  딸내미 : when I mention my daughter to others as cute way.
아들: son. 아들내미 : when I mention my son to others as cute way.
서방님: when a bride cal ls bridegroom, 서(book), 방(room), 님(respect), so 서방님 means 'respected person who is in the book room.  In the past Korean History, when people get married, the bridegroom should go the bird's house first and stay several days, at the time the bridegroom stay in bride's house book room. 
며느리 or 며늘아기: when bridegroom's parents call their son's wife.  In Korean history, 며느리 is a person who prepare  sacred food for worshiping their ancestors. 
새 아기 : this is also call son's wife. because in the view of parent's eyes, she is also like a baby. 
시아버지 : when bride call her father in law. 시 means husband house, but when I see the meaning deeply it has two part, one is girl and second is think, so when a girl married she should think husband's house culture or attitude or history and adapt it because she is now belong to husband's house. 
시어머니 : when bride call her mother in law. 
장모님 : when bridegroom call his mother in law.
장인 어르신 : when bridegroom call his father in law. 
in this case 장 means great, big, 어르신 is respect form of 어른(adult), so the husband should respect wife's parent as a great person.
