2) 2세 지도자 교육

1. 천주평화사관학교(UPA) - 1 

아버님의 성화 이후에 내가 특별히 두 가지를 강조해 왔습니다. 첫째는 교회의 부흥입니다. 아버님의 생전에 인류가 아버님을, 정말로 참부모로 알았다면 얼마나 좋겠습니까? 이런 한이 너무너무 많습니다.

방법은 한 길, 원리 말씀으로 말로 중생시키는 길밖에 없습니다. 인류에게 원리 말씀이 약입니다. 그래서 우리가 어떻게 행동하느냐에 따라서 걸음을 앞당길 수 있는 것입니다.

아버님이 세계 섭리를 하는 데 있어서 나라마다 책임자를 돼서 책임을 하게 하셨는데, 그 책임을 다 못 했습니다. 내세워서 자랑할 나라가 없습니다. 특히 후계자, 2세, 또 지도자의 교육을 못 했습니다. 그것은 다 전도를 안 한 결과입니다.

그래서 두 번째로 강조한 것이 축복 가정 2세 관리를 포함한 지도자의 양성입니다. 여기에 내가 중점을 두겠다고 말했습니다. 그래서 본보기로 한국에서는 사관학교를 설립했습니다. 웨스트포인트 같은 군사학교가 아니고 지도자 양성 교육기관으로 석사과정을 거치게 할 것입니다.

대학 4년을 졸업한 사람들, 교양을 갖춘 학생들을 뽑아서 2년간 집중적으로 원리교육과 교양교육을 시키고 실습도 시킵니다. 그리고 3년간 공식적인 전도 활동을 하게 됩니다.

목회하느냐, 다른 기관에 가느냐는 본인의 의사에 따라 결정할 것입니다. 정예부대입니다. 전 세계에서도 지원할 수 있는 사람은 지원할 수 있습니다. (2012.10.27, 미국, 라스베이거스, M호텔)

2) 二世指導者教育

お父様の聖和以降に、私は特別に二つのことを強調してきました。一つは教会の復興です。お父様の生前に、人類がお父様を本当に真の父母として知ったらどれほどよかったでしょうか。このような悔いがあまりにも多く残っているのです。

方法は一つ、「原理のみ言で重生させる道しかありません。人類にとって「原理」のみ言は薬です。ですから、私たちがいかに行動するかによって、歩みを早めることができるのです。

お父様は世界摂理を進めるにあたり、国ごとに責任者を置いて責任を果たすようにされましたが、その責任を果たすことができませんでした。前に立たせて誇り得る国がありません。

特に後継者、二世、また指導者の教育ができませんでした。それはすべて伝道をしなかった結果です。それで二つ目に強調したのが祝福家庭の二世の管理を含む指導者の養成です。

ここに私は重点を置くと言いました。それで、手本として韓国では士官学校を設立しました。ウェストポイントのような軍事学校ではなく、指導者養成教育機関として修士課程を通過するようにするつもりです。

大学4年を卒業した人、教養を備えた学生たちを選抜して、2年間集中的に原理教育と教養教育を行い、実習も行います。

そして、3年間の公式的な伝道活動をさせます。牧会をするか他の機関に行くかは本人の意思にしたがって決定します。精鋭部隊です。全世界から志願できます。（2012.10.27、アメリカ、ラスベガス、Mホテル）

1. Universal Peace Academy (UPA) - 1 

Since True Father's Seonghwa, I have continued to emphasize two points in particular. The first is the revival of the Church. How nice would it have been if humanity had known of True Father as the real True Parent during his lifetime? Right now, we have many regrets.

There is only one path to follow, that of giving rebirth through the Divine Principle teachings, since the Word is the cure humanity has been waiting for. We can hasten the pace of our work based on our actions.
 
In carrying out his worldwide providence, True Father placed a leader in each nation to take responsibility for it, but they failed to fulfill their responsibility. There is not one nation that we can boast about and show off to others.

In particular, we failed to educate the successors, second generations and leaders. That resulted from our failing to witness to everyone. That is why the second point I emphasized was the training of leaders, including the management of the second generation.

I said I will concentrate on that. To set an example, I established a training academy in Korea. It is not a military school like West Point; it is an educational institute for training leaders, where they will study for a master's degree.
 
Students who have graduated from a four-year college will be chosen to attend the academy, where for two years they will study the Divine Principle intensively, cultivate themselves and even receive practical training.

They will also have to participate in official outreach activities for three years. They will then be able to decide of their own volition whether they will take on pastoral duties or work in some other organization. They are the elite troops. Anyone in the world can apply to attend the academy if they so wish. (2012.10.27, M Hotel, Las Vegas)
