Recently in Korea there have arisen people called 꼼수 who have won the jackpot. They call themselves unique podcasters giving one-sided biased stories and are overtaking podcasting, radio with 6 million listeners and gaining popularity among young people.

However, this program is causing concern because it uses crude language and has a lot of swearing. It does this with people who gather together to tell each other Yes I am 꼼수. or we are 꼼수.

But the people that call themselves 꼼수 acknowledge that the word 꼼수 was made to gain attention. They call the incumbent president Mr President 이명박 but if you listen to the contents of their podcasts it is clear that this phenomena springs from the fact that they are more then just 꼼수.

So we confidently say that the people who call themselves 꼼수 are 꼼수 but we don't aim to be coarse and superficial like them and will present something that will be fun.

Like Pepsi chasing Coca Cola, it will be an interesting game as we chase them and we hope listeners will have a lot of interest and expectation about what we are going to do.

Lying, slang and profanity, vulgar language. These are things that will disappear from our broadcast community. What is our younger generation going to learn? The time has come for us to have stimulating, sensitive podcasts properly done.
