Star skater plays Santa for sick children

Olympic figure skating champion Stella Kim Yu-na visited Seoul’s St Mary’s Hospital yesterday and gave Christmas gifts to the children and played with them.
The event was organised by Seoul archdiocese’s One-Body One-Spirit Movement.
The movement started collectin useful gifts on November 1 and will deliver the gifts to 1,400 children with incurable diseases in 19 hospitals across the country.
Father Augustine Minn Kyoung-il, deputy director of the movement who accompanied Kim, said “As Jesus Christ came to us, we have become Santa Claus to get close to sick children” and deliver happiness to them during this Christmas season.
