A : Have you traveled abroad?

B : Yes, I have. In fact, I was born abroad.

A : You were born abroad. Where were you born?

B : I was born in Japan.

A : You’re joking.

B : No, I am not joking. It’s true. I was made in Japan.

A : Do you speak Japanese?

B : No. I didn’t. I left when I was young.

A : How old were you?

B : I was nine.

A : You were nine years old. And you do not speak Japanese?

B : No, I was 9 months old.

A : Oh, what other countries have you been to?

B : I went to Mexico.

A : How was that?

B : It was great.

A : What did you like the best?

B : Well, the rules were really interesting.

A : Anything else you liked?

B : The beaches were nice.

A : Where else have you been?

B : I lived in London for one year.

A : Really? How was that?

B : I was only 8 years old.

A : You were 8 years old. What were you doing there?

B : I went there with my mother. She was working there.

A : Of all countries you have been to which is your favorite country?

B : Thailand.

A : Why do you like Thailand?

B : I love Thailand because the food is delicious and the people are very friendly.
