행15:1

선교에는 장벽이 많습니다. 이방 선교에 가장 큰 장벽은 이방인은 부정하고 선결 조건(할례)없이  하나님의 백성이 될 수 없다는 유대인들의 오랜 편견과 신념입니다. 하나님은 두차례에 걸쳐 사적으로(10장, 고넬료 회심), 그리고 공적으로(15장, 예루살렘 공회의)이것을 다루십니다. 교회 안에 의견이 갈릴 때가 있습니다. 사람 사는 곳 어느 곳에도 생각과 의견의 차이가  있을 수 있습니다. 성숙한 교회는 갈등을 피하지 않고 인내하며 해결합니다.

There are many barriers to missionary work. The biggest barrier to missionary work is the long-standing prejudice and belief of the Jews that Gentiles are unclean and cannot become the people of God without pre-determined conditions. God deals with this in private (Chapter 10; Gonelliot's repentance) and in public (Chapter 15; Jerusalem's Conference) twice. There are times when opinions differ in a church. Wherever people live, there can be differences of opinion and opinion. A mature church does not avoid conflict but persevere and resolve it.

바울의 첫 선교를 통해서 많은 이방인들이 구원을 받았고 바울이 2차 선교를 시작하기 직전에 이방인의 구원 문제가 재차 거론 되었습니다. 이것은 전에 교회가 당면했던 문제입니다.(10-11장)바울 일행이 떠나고 난 1차 선교지에 예루살렘으로부터 온 어떤 유대인들이 새로운 그리스도인들에게 이르기를 ‘너희가 참으로 구원을 받으려면 할례와 같은 모세의 의식을 지켜야 한다. ‘ 고 하였던 것 같습니다.

Through Paul's first mission, many strangers were saved, and just before Paul began the second mission, the issue of the salvation of strangers was discussed again. This is a problem facing the church before. (Chapter 10-11) At the first missionary site after Paul's party left, some Jews from Jerusalem said to the new Christians, "If you are really to be saved, you must observe the ritual of Moses, such as the circumcision."

이것은 이방인들을 주께 돌아오게 한 바울과 바나바의 그간 복음 증거 사역을 통째로 부정하는 주장입니다. 이 소식을 들은 안디옥 교회는 바울과 바나바를 포함하여 대표단을 예루살렘에 보내 그 곳 교회와 더불어 이 문제를 의논하도록 하였습니다. 왜냐하면 이방인의 구원문제는 단지 지역적인 문제 이상의 것이었기에 바울역시 그의 다른 편지 갈라디아서에서 바울 목음의 기원에 대하여 변론하기를 결코 ‘사람들에게서 난 것도 사람으로 말미암은 것도 아니지만, 그렇다고 그들의 모함처럼 새로운 신학을 제시한 것이 아니라 예루살렘 공회가 인정한 복음‘이라고 자신의 복음을 피력한 바 있습니다.

Paul and Banaba, who brought the Gentiles back to the Lord, are in complete denial of their evangelical evidence service. When the Church of Andiok heard about this, it sent a delegation, including Paul and Banaba, to Jerusalem to discuss the issue with the church there. Because the issue of Gentiles' salvation was more than just a local issue, Paul also expressed his gospel in his other letter Galatians, stating that "it was not from people, but it was not because of people, but it was the gospel recognized by the Jerusalem Society, rather than presenting new theology as they framed."

바울은 예루살렘 회의에 참석하러 가는 도중에도 베니게와 사마리아 교회를 방문하여 선교 보고를 합니다(3). 결국, 예루살렘 교회는 회의를 통해 하나님의 뜻을 확증 한 후, 할례를 요구하던 무리의 정체를 밝혀서 관계를 끊고 최선을 다해 이방 형제들을 배려하였습니다. 이방인들에게도 구원의 문이 열렸다는 소식이 바리새파 그리스도인들에게는 큰 근심이 되었지만, 천대 받던 지역의 성도들에게는 큰 기쁨이 되었습니다.

While on his way to the Jerusalem meeting, Paul also visits Benige and Samaritan churches to report on the mission (3). Eventually, after confirm‎ing God's will through the meeting, the Jerusalem church revealed the identity of the group that was asking for circumcision, and gave the best of consideration to the Gentile brothers. The news that the door to salvation was opened to the Gentiles was a great concern to the Pharisees Christians, but a great joy to the saints of the region who were treated with heaven.

이 일에 예루살렘교회의 수장이었던 베드로는 하나님이 자신을 택하여 이방이 백부장 고넬료에게 복음을 전하여 믿게 하신 일에 주목합니다. 유대인 중심의 예루살렘 교회에서 중요한 지도자이 자신을 통해 이방인 선교의 문을 여신 것은 자신을 연합의 가교로 삼으시려는 뜻이 있었음을 깨달은 것입니다. 주님은 구원받은 일에 유대인과 이방인을 차별하지 않으십니다.

Peter, who was the head of the Jerusalem Church, noted that God chose him to believe that the Gentile delivered the gospel to Gonelho, the centurion. Through himself, an important leader in a Jewish-centered Jerusalem church, he realized that he had the intention of making himself a bridge to the union. The Lord does not discriminate between Jews and Gentiles in things that have been saved.

사람의 마음을 다 아시는 하나님은 차별하심이 없기 때문입니다. 모두 믿음으로 마음을 깨끗케 하셨고, 모두 주의 은혜로 구원을 받게 하셨고, 모두 똑같이 성령을 주셨습니다. 그밖에 더 요구하는 것은 하나님을 시험하는 일임을 아는가?

내 차별은 무엇이며 어디서 나왔는가? 복음의 진리를 부정하는 시도에 대한 대처가 단호한가?

Because God, who knows all of man's heart, has no discrimination. Everyone has cleaned their hearts with faith, everyone has been saved by the grace of the Lord, and everyone has given the Holy Spirit in the same way. Do you know that what else is required is to test God? What is my discrimination and where did it come from? Are you adamant about trying to deny the truth of the gospel?

오직 믿음으로 구원을 얻게 하신 하나님을 찬양합니다. 때때로 분쟁가운데 처하게 될 때 내 경험과 가치관으로 자기주장만 하는 것이 아니라 질서를 존중하며 성경의 원리에 따라가는 성숙한 성도가 되기를 기도합니다. 피조물의 본문을 늘 잊지 말게 하시고 나로 인해 형제가 실족치 않게 하는 지혜로운 성도가 되게 하옵소서. 하나님의 뜻과 관련하여 어떤 것이든 부담스러운 일은 하지

않도록 도와주시고 저도 생명을 아끼지 않고 주님을 위하는 일꾼이 되도록 하옵소서.

I praise God for having gained salvation only by faith. I pray that sometimes when I am in conflict, I will become a mature saint who respects order and follows the principles of the Bible, not just asserts himself with my experience and values. Please always remember the text of the creature and be a wise saint who will not let my brothers suffer because of me. Help me not to do anything burdensome regarding God's will, and let me be a worker for the Lord without sparing my life.
