What Shincheonji Members Testify About Are the True Stories

(Factual Accounts) of the New Testament

In the past, the things God promised to Abraham were the prophecies that would be fulfilled in the future, and the words testified by Moses were the factual accounts of the promised things. The things God promised through the Old Testament prophets were the prophecies, and the words testified by Jesus were the factual accounts of the promised things. Also, the things prophesied by Jesus in the four gospels and the things promised (book of Revelation) through John in Revelation are the prophecies that will be fulfilled, and the words testified today by Shincheonji are the factual accounts of the things of the New Covenant Revelation that have been fulfilled.

Prophecies are promises to be fulfilled, and testifying the fulfilled realities of the fulfillment of these prophecies is to preach its factual accounts. The form of the prophecy at the time it is fulfilled, is the reality that appeared according to what was prophesied.

We are able to speak regarding the work at the time of Genesis, the work at the time of Adam, the work at the time of Noah, the prophecies at the time of Abraham, the work at the time of Moses, the prophecies of the Old Testament prophets, and the work at the time of Jesus’ first coming because there is a record of them. In the Bible, the promises and their fulfillments (actions) have been recorded, and the lifespan and genealogy of the figures in the Bible, including their ancestors and descendants, have been recorded. Also, things like the areas where they resided have been recorded. The things recorded at that time were factual accounts.

The things that we of today believe in are the histories, prophecies, and the fulfillment of those prophecies. We believe in the prophecies that were promised to be fulfilled today and the fulfillment of those prophecies. And the factual accounts that we testify are the realities of the prophecies. What we have seen in the Bible are the works of God and the works of the devil, and the actions and the works of the people whom each of those spirits are with. We are the descendants of those whom the spirit of God had been with throughout time.

What kind of relationship do God and the devil have? And why have they become each other’s enemies? What are the power and wisdom of God? And what are the power and wisdom of the devil? Where is God, and where is the devil? Why can’t we see God and the devil? What is God’s will and objective, and what is the devil’s will and objective? Why have the four phases of birth, aging, sickness and death come to people? Is there no way to avoid them? What did God promise would happen to the devil and the four phases of birth, aging, sickness, and death? From what point to what point is sin, and from what point to what point is righteousness? Also, who are you and I according to the Bible? Do you know these things?

From the time of Adam until now, believers who have faith in God have kept their hope in heaven and have diligently believed and served for the past 6,000 years. Looking back at the past 6,000 years, starting from Adam all people were sinners, and because of that sin, people were unable to see God and came to their deaths. Still, they did not abandon their hope of heaven.

Until the time when sins are atoned through Jesus’ blood, and until the time the seventh trumpet makes its sound at the time of the fulfillment of Revelation, Adam, Noah, Abraham and Moses were all sinners and mankind’s four phases of birth, aging, sickness and death could not be resolved. However, at the time of the fulfillment of Revelation, the hope of God and the hope of mankind are fulfilled. For this, God sacrificed His only-begotten Son. Only through the blood of Jesus, the only-begotten Son, can God and man meet and resolve the problem of sin.

Moreover, only through this blood can the devil (dragon) be overcome and captured. That is why Jesus made the new covenant with his blood on the night of the Passover. The contents of this covenant are the promises of Revelation.

God and Jesus have already overcome the dragon in spirit, have recorded the book of Revelation, and they have begun the work of Revelation. Also, every objective is completed through the fulfillment of Revelation in accordance with God’s will. Then, what kind of world is fulfilled? The world of paradise without death and pain—heaven and eternal life—is fulfilled. By capturing the dragon, the “world of righteousness” without the dragon and sin, is fulfilled. The time when such hope is fulfilled is the time of God’s reign, the time of peace, the time of heaven, and time of Shincheonji. And it’s the time a new era is opened, which is the era of the new kingdom and new people created with God’s seed and Jesus’ blood.
