When I think about my future career as a police officer, I realize that having a role model is very important to guide my direction. At first, I did not have a specific role model, but while searching for someone who represents justice, responsibility, and intelligence, I learned about Kim Bok-jun, a former detective and criminal profiler. As I explored his life and career, I became deeply impressed by his attitude toward crime investigation, and I decided to choose him as my role model.

Kim Bok-jun worked as a detective in the violent crimes unit, where he handled serious criminal cases such as murder, robbery, and assault. Unlike what many people think, solving crimes is not just about catching criminals quickly. It requires careful observation, logical thinking, and an understanding of human psychology. He tried to analyze the behavior and motives of criminals so that he could understand the root causes of crimes. This approach helped him solve cases more effectively and accurately.

One of the most important things I learned from him is that a good police officer must think deeply in order to make fair and correct decisions. In many situations, police officers have to make quick judgments, but those decisions must be based on evidence and logical reasoning. Kim Bok-jun continuously studied different cases and human behavior to improve his investigative skills. His effort to learn and grow inspired me to develop my own abilities to think critically and act responsibly.

He shares his knowledge with the public so that people can better understand crime and learn how to prevent it. Another reason why I admire him is his strong sense of responsibility and dedication. Being a detective is not an easy job. It requires long hours of work, physical strength, and mental endurance. Despite these difficulties, Kim Bok-jun continued to work hard to protect citizens and maintain justice. His perseverance taught me the importance of not giving up, even when situations are difficult or stressful.
