UPON RECEIPT OF SIGNED SPA, THE BUYER, USING A TOP 25 BANK, WILL HAVE HIS BANK
OFFICER SEND TO SELLER’S BANK, VIA SWIFT MT700 MESSAGE FORM, STIPULATING THAT
THE BUYER HAS THE FUNDS TO PAY SELLER FOR THE PURCHASE, AFTER A SUCCESSFUL DIP
TEST AND INSPECTION. BUYER'S BANK GUARANTEES THAT THEY WILL SEND AN MT103
TO PAY SELLER IN FULL AFTER A SUCCESSFUL DIP TEST. WHEN THE SWIFT MT700
MESSAGE IS RECEIVED AND THE TRACKING NUMBER IS FORWARDED TO THE MANDATE, ALL
POP DOCUMENTS ARE SENT TO THE BUYER'S BANK. PLEASE MARK THE SWIFT MESSAGE
AS "URGENT" IN ORDER TO HELP FACILITATE THE
TRANSMITTAL OF THE MESSAGE IN A MORE TIMELY MANNER. NOTE>>> THE BUYER HAS 36 HOURS AFTER THE RECEIPT OF SIGNED SPA

TOP 25 BANK IS NECESSARY FOR PAYMENT OF EACH VESSEL, AFTER A SUCCESSFUL DIP
TEST IS ACCEPTED. PAYMENT IS BY MT103 FOR EACH VESSEL DELIVERY IN
ROTTERDAM. PAYMENT: Through swift and routing codes for inspection
certificate and all cargo documents, Payment commitment is initiated
with MT103 by the buyer’s bank. Final payment is made by swift
transfer immediately. POP DOCUMENTS INCLUDE: 1) Seller’s COMMERCIAL INVOICE, one (1) original
and three (3) copies 2) VORE Ltd. Certificate of Inspection, CALIBRATE
Certificate of Inspection or Saybolt Certificate of Quality
and Quantity, One (1) original and three (3) copies shall be
tendered. 3) Certificate of Origin, one (1) Original and
