입원환자가 복부 CT를 촬영했는데요 진단명은

Abdomen CT;

1. Mild enhancing wall thickening of distal ileum and cecum to the transverse colon suggesting ileocolitis.
2. Diffuse dilatation of CBD, IHD and distension of GB with abrupt narrowing at the distal CBD. 
      - with unknown obstructive cause.
3. s/p small bowel resection and amastomosis and side-to-end colo-colostomy (or colo-rectostomy) state without demonstrable abnormality.
4. Multiple small hepatic cysts.
5. Atherosclerotic calcifications at coronary arteries, thoracoabdominal aorta and iliac arteries.
6. Two small bullae in right apical lung.
7. GGO-like opacity in RUL and both lower lobes.
     -> r/o inflammation.
8. s/p PLIF, L3-S1.

Rec. ERCP or MRCP.
