스트롭스는 1964년 영국에서 결성된 포크계열의 프로
그레시브 록 밴드이다 . 1969년 동명 타이틀 앨범 Strawbs 
발표하고 Autumn이  들어있는 앨범은 그들의 6번째 스튜
디오 앨범  Hero and Heroine (1974) 에 수록되어있는 곡이다.

Autumn은 Heroine's Theme/Deep Summer's Sleep
/The Winter Long  등 세 파트로 이루어져있다

가을

가을이 오네.
온 종일 안개는 나직이 나래를 펴고,
새들은 떼지어 갈 길을 챙기네.
나무들 초록에서 갈색옷으로 갈아입네.

너와 나만이 나누었던 그 추억을
떠올려.

가을이 저너머로 오네.
짙붉은 놀 속으로 해는 지고
들판을 빨갛게 물들이며,
이제 늦가을도 잠드네.

북쪽에서 부는 바람결 따라,
낙엽들 하나 하나 응답하고.
