                      상대방의 제안을 수락 할때쓰는 구어체 표현으로,

                      "Of couse" 또는 "Certainly" 대신에 사용할수있다.

                      가령, "may I come in?" 이라고 물을때 "by all means"라고 답하면

                      들어와도 좋다는 뜻이다.
