※ 본 공연은 종이 소비를 줄이기 위해 디지털 형태의 모바일 티켓 시스템을 운영하며, 별도의 지류 티켓 발권은 불가합니다.

- 순수 관람 목적이 아닌 재판매, 불법 거래에 따른 피해를 방지하기 위해 무통장 입금은 제한됩니다.

- [폴인럽’23] 선예매 종료 후부터 일반 예매 시작 전까지는 티켓 예매, 취소, 재예매 등 티켓 업무가 일체 불가능하오니 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다.

- [폴인럽’23] 선예매는 별다른 인증 절차 없이 [폴인럽’23] 가입 시 사용했던 인터파크 아이디로 로그인 후 예매하실 수 있습니다.

[휠체어석 예매 안내]

- 휠체어를 이용하는 관객만 구매가 가능합니다.

[예매 유의사항]

- 본 공연은 전석 지정좌석제이며 공식 예매처인 인터파크 티켓을 통해서 예매 가능합니다.

- 티켓의 변경/취소/환불은 정해진 기간 내에 예매하신 인터파크 티켓에서 규정에 의해 처리되며, 공연 당일 변경 및 환불이 불가합니다. 

- 아이디(ID)가 여러 개인 경우, 본인 인증을 받으신 모든 아이디를 합산하여 적용됩니다.

※ This show operates a mobile ticketing system to reduce paper consumption by issuing digital tickets. There is no dispatch of paper tickets.

※ All tickets will be individually issued to the ticket buyer's ID through the INTERPARK Mobile APP 12 hours before the concert (KST).

 [Guide to Pre-Sale Ticket Purchase]

- Regarding the pre-sale ticket purchase for [Paul in Love'23] fan club, each member of Paul Kim’s official fan club [Paul in Love’23] is allowed to purchase maximum two tickets of each session with a single ID.

- In order to prevent damages caused by resale or illegal trade not for the purpose of pure viewing, the deposit without a bankbook should be made by 11:59 PM on the day of advance ticket purchase.

- Please keep in mind that none of ticket-related works such as advance ticket purchase, cancellation, and advance ticket repurchase are allowed from after the pre-sale ticket purchase for [Paul in Love'23] fan club ends till before the general advance ticket purchase starts.

- The pre-sale ticket purchase for fan club could be done without any special authentication process after logging in with the Interpark ID used when joining the [Paul in Love'23] fan club.

- In case of withdrawing from the Interpark ID used for joining the [Paul in Love’23], the pre-sale ticket purchase for fan club cannot be made.

- Even the members who have purchased the ticket through the pre-sale ticket purchase for fan club, can also additionally purchase the tickets through the general advance ticket purchase within the limited number of tickets.

[Guide to General Sale Ticket Purchase]

- For general sale, up to 4 tickets per performance can be purchased with each ID (including the number of fan club pre-sale tickets).

- General sale proceeds with the remaining seats after the fan club pre-sale.

[Limited Number of Ticket Purchase]

Each member of Paul Kim’s official fan club [Paul in Love’23] is allowed to purchase maximum two tickets of each session with a single ID.

* General ticket purchase

   Each person is allowed to purchase maximum four tickets of each session with a single ID (Including the number of pre-sale ticket purchase for [Paul in Love'23] fan club).

[Wheelchair seat Information]

- Wheelchair seat reservations can only be made via phone reservations at the INTERPARK Ticket customer service center, and tickets can only be collected in person.

   * Interpark Ticket Customer Center : tickethelp@interpark.com, 1544-1555. (Operating hours : 9:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM, KST)

- In order to enter, you must purchase a ticket for an accompanying person in a wheelchair-accessible seat, and we will provide a temporary chair.

[Cautions for Advance Ticket Purchase].

- In this performance, all the seats are reserved seats, and the advance ticket purchase can be made through its official site for advance purchase, ‘Global Interpark Ticket’.

- Any changes, cancellations, or refunds for the tickets will be processed as per INTERPARK Ticket's policy within the stipulated time. Changes and refunds are not available on the day of the performance.

- If you have multiple IDs, all IDs verified under your name will be considered collectively.

※ It is not allowed to cancel or refund the ticket that was purchased or acquired through the channels other than the official site for advance ticket purchase of 2023 Paul Kim Concert <The Night Remains>. The person directly involved is responsible for any problems caused by it, and none of the host, supervising company, and ticket purchase site are taking the responsibility.
※ The illegally-traded tickets are cancelled without notice in advance. And no admission is allowed even when the ticket on the day of performance is possessed.
※ The person who sells the illegally-traded tickets could be charged, so we ask the fans for voluntary cooperation not to get damaged.
