세상world, 에 in, 공짜 free, 는 (subject maker, focused on subject's satus), 없다. there isn't. 
so it means. [there is nothig free in the world]

고통(pain) 없이는 얻는 것도 없다.
Nothing is gained without pain.

노력(effort) 없이는 발전(progress)도 없다.
No progress without effort. 

규율(dicipline) 없이는 결과(results)도 없다.
No results without dicipline.

위험(risk) 없이는 보상(rewards)도 없다.
No reward without risk

희생(sacrifice) 없이는 기회(opportunity)도 없다.
No opportunity without sacrifice. 

신뢰(trust) 없이는 우정(friendship)도 없다.
No friendship without  trust.

충성심(heart of loyalty) 없이는 사랑(love)도 없다.
No love without loyalty

꾸준함(consistance) 없이는 변화(change, transform)도 없다.
No transform without consistance. 


이 세상에 공짜는 없다. 
There is no free in this world

가치 있는 모든 것에는 대가가 따른다.
Everything of value come with a price. 

기꺼이 댓가를 치르고 승리를 쟁취하자. 
Let us willingly pay the price and achieve victory.
