11. Inspection:        Both quality and quantity/weight to be final at load port

12. Payment term:-

       1) For 1 container test order :   40% T.T. in advance after order confirmation and

                                                  the balance 60% cargo amount to be remitted within 2 days against the scanned

                                                  copy of B/Lading and other shipping documents sent by E-mail or Fax.

       2) Consecutive orders         :    100% irrevocable at sight L/C with T.T. reimbursement allowed clause payable

                                                  at the counter of negotiating bank
