Discharging Blood in Menstrual Disorder

I haven't record cases for discharging blood because it is too common and simple
symptom to treat with herbs. But many women asked about that. so I record a case
as a standard one hereunder.

People usually imagine "Bleeding" as blood flowing with knife cutting. If the bleeding
is like this, it is very urgent and dangerous to be sent the emergent room.

Discharging blood means small bleeding just like that of late menstrual period.
The causes are various. But most of discharging blood are caused by the
weakness of the uterus.

For easy understanding the pathology of bleeding, I give an example of tomatoes.
If you have bought tomatoes and put them in refrigerator for some days, you might
have found them bruised from the skin contacting the wall of container. Why do you
think the bruised place begins from the contacting skin?

That is the place where is blocked in Ki circulation and the farthest from the central.
The same goes on as this. The uterus is the weakest place for Ki and Blood to circulate
and the farest place from the heart. So the bruise will begin at first in the body.

This is the basic pathology of discharging blood in vagina.

2. Chief Complaints
The period is too long. It is usually 20 days. This is called as discharging blood.

3. Other Symptoms and Signs
Past history;
Surgery for 4 of myomas of the uterus 17 years ago.
Also the myomas are reproduced recently in 3cm of the largest and other small ones.
Surgery for the varix on left leg.
Surgery for urinary stones
Surgery for laparoscopy
Two times of Cesarean operation.

5 masses of breast
Often cystitis
Stretch marks
Dizziness
Dull pain on the knees

Pulse : fast(90-100/ m), dull, arrythmia, sunk, tensed and high blood pressure.
Tongue : Blackish red and very thin coating
Abdomen : Stiffen on the lower.
                 Pain with finger's drumming on the low back

4. Diagnosis
Liver congestive
Heart small and tired
Spleen big and strong
Lung weak
Kidney weak

5. Pathology
Due to the congestion of liver and strength of spleen, the heart gets very tired.
The tired heart cannot deliver Ki and Blood to the far place and so the bleeding
and the inflammation naturally appear in the low abdomen.

6. Prescription
To get rid of humidity
To get lower
To release liver
To purify blood
To enrich liver

7. Results

1st Prescription
To get rid of humidity is the main.

1st Result
Arrythmia gets better a little.
The frequency of pulse reduced to 90/m

2nd Prescription
Added for purifying blood and evaporating.

2nd Result
The period finished in a week first time!
The pulse get down to 76/m
No arrythmia during one minute's check

3rd Prescription
Added for improving Ki

3rd Result
Still dizziness remains a little.
Arrythmis still remain as it is a weak pulse but no skipped pulse

4th Prescription
Reduced for improving KI but added for circulating Ki

4th Result
Feeling very good around pelvic area.
No arrythmia
NO CVA pain
The pulse gets back nearly to the normal

5th Prescription
Added for purifying blood because the tongue is still darkish.

Now she is taking the herbal tea.

8. Epilogue
She will maintain her body safe if she is dieting according to my instruction.
If she fail to do, she will put into troubles as before. Future condition is up to
her will and decision.
