한국방송에는 방송심의 규정이라는 막강한 호가호위狐假虎威의 세도에 지레 제 발 저린 PP 따위가 설설 긴다. 거기엔 방송문화-창작의 고유권-시청자의 볼 권리라는 것은 없다. 아니 박멸된다. 한국 방송문화는 문화야만국에서 목하 동면중이다. 아니 방송문화의 암흑시대-멸종 위기의 빙하기이다.

그 애매한 규정이란 흡연 등을 다룰 때에는 “신중을 기해야한다” 등의 협박성 암시에 불과하다. 이를테면 잔인한 장면 묘사-직접적인 신체훼손-동물살상 등은 “내용전개상 불가피한 경우에는 극히 제한적으로 허용할 수 있으나 표현에 신중을 기하여야 한다” 고 되어있다.

심의기구나 PP 따위의 무사안일 복지부동의 횡포 앞에는 방송시간대 조정-시청제한-보호자계도 등의 최소한의 양식도 묵살당한다. 시청자-원작-제작 주체의 힘과 원작의 동일성 훼손에 따른 제삼자고발이라는 법적 절차에 무지막지한 머리와 손과 발은 정녕 무지하다.
