What about you?  The first thing I do is having coffee, I can't start my day with out coffee.
What do you do before going to bed.  Let me think, Well I make a to do list for the next day and then I meditate for five minits.
Nice, I wrap up my day by writing in my journal.

I try to climb up about ten storys three times a day. Wow, but make sure to take the elevator when you come down.
Let's take a coffee break./ Sounds good I'll brew a pot of coffee. How do you take it?
Oh,thank you I like my coffee strong with no sugar or milk please./ Coming right up./ Would you like some coffee?
I've got a pod coffee mechine. Oh, Is it this one? fancy do you like it? Yes it's very convenients and the coffe tastes quite good.

What are they?/ They're  coffee, sugar and creamer in a packet, it might be a little too sweet for you, but it worth a try.
