The Remnant Leader's Journey and Those Who Remained(Isaiah 40:27~31)
“...but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”(31)
Hymn #384 All the Way My Savior Leads Me(Unified Hymn 434)
The Israelites suffered through seven disasters. Because they neither enjoyed the Gospel nor relayed it, those calamities were rightful. However, among the Israelites, Remnants who possessed the Gospel emerged. Even though they were a minority of less than 0.1 percent, powerful nations couldn't dispose of those Remnants. That's why they were called "those who remained." But the problem is that today's Remnants are unsure about this because they haven't discovered "the absolute answer." When "the absolute answer" is found, Remnants will possess God's "absolute sovereignty"; they'll see "the absolute plan," and "the absolute covenant" will appear. From this point on, because "the absolute goal" is seen, they'll go on the journey of "those who remained."
1. God's Promise That's Been Given to Those Who Remained
Isaiah 1:9 states that unless the LORD Almighty hadn't left Remnants behind, "we would have become like Sodom, we would have been like Gomorrah." Isaiah 2:5 states that the "light of the Lord" would be accomplished through Remnants. Isaiah 6:13 states that Remnants will definitely remain, and in Isaiah 7:14, it states that the Gospel will be restored through them. Eventually, it was prophesied that the Gospel of Immanuel would fill the entire earth. Moreover, in Isaiah 40, the prophecies that were recorded for each nation were fulfilled. This is God's Word.
2. What Those Who Remained Must Grab Hold Of
There are points that "those who remained" must properly grab hold of. First, it's the covenant. It's states, "The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God stands forever."(Isaiah 40:6-8) Second, it's the authority and power of God the Creator that cannot be compared with anything in the world(Isaiah 40:10-26). Third, it states that those "who hope in the Lord will renew their strength."(Isaiah 40:27~31) These are the mysteries that must be held onto.
3. The Status of Those Who Remained
"Those who remained" are the people of 0.1 percent. God will give new strength to Remnants and make them "those who remain." Furthermore, He'll make them as "those who will remain" who'll conquer the realm of culture, and "those who will leave behind" who'll raise the posterity throughout the world. This is the Remnant's status.
Starting now, armed with "the absolute covenant," all Remnants have to do is "edit, plan, and design" the blessings of "those who remained." This is the spiritual masterpiece that Remnants must create.
[Covenantal Prayer] Dear God, thank you for raising me as the "one who remains" to relay the Gospel in this land filled with darkness, the "one who will remain" to conquer the realm of culture, and the "one who will leave behind" to raise the posterity throughout the world. Please help me "edit, plan, and design" the blessings of "those who remained." In doing so, as I see "the absolute answer," may I go on the journey of "those who remained" that sees "the absolute sovereignty; the absolute plan; the absolute covenant; and the absolute goal" in advance. In Jesus Christ's name, I pray. Amen.
