성경말씀: 신명기 14장

Scripture Reading: Deuteronomy 14

성경에서 “형제들아 내가 너희를 위하여 이 일에 나와 아볼로를 들어서 본을 보였으니 이는 너희로 하여금 기록된 말씀 밖으로 넘어가지 말라 한 것을 우리에게서 배워 서로 대적하여 교만한 마음을 가지지 말게 하려 함이라(고전4:6)” 가르치므로, 많은 사람들이 ‘성경 무오설이나, 말씀으로 돌아가자’ 하는 사람들의 말에 속아 성경 말씀에 겉으로 나타나는 의미에 얽매여 말씀에 깊이 숨겨두고 성령으로 가르치는 그리스도 복음의 진리를 찾지 못하는 그릇된 믿음에 빠집니다.

Many people are deceived by the doctrine of Biblical infallibility or the idea of returning to the Word of God, and they fall into a false belief that they are caught up in the superficial meaning of some words written in the bible and cannot find the truth of the gospel of Christ hidden in the Word and taught by the Holy Spirit, as “Now, brothers, I have applied these things to myself and Apollos for your benefit, so that you may learn from us the meaning of the saying, ‘Do not go beyond what is written. Then you will not take pride in one man over against another (1Corinthians 4:6)”

그러나 “너희는 너희 하나님 여호와의 자녀이니 죽은 자를 위하여 자기 몸을 베지 말며 눈썹 사이 이마 위의 털을 밀지 말라. 너는 네 하나님 여호와의 성민이라 여호와께서 지상 만민 중에서 너를 택하여 자기 기업의 백성으로 삼으셨느니라(14:1-2)” 하신 것은, 선택하여 부르시는 은혜로 하나님의 말씀을 듣고 받아들여 예수 그리스도의 대속과 구원에 소망을 두고 믿고 찬양하며 경배할지라도, 일생에 단 한번 허락된 그리스도의 구원에 합당한 믿음을 올바로 이루지 못하고 죽은 자에게는 다시는 기회도 소망도 없으므로 슬퍼하지 말라는 뜻이고, 그래서 “나더러 주여 주여 하는 자마다 다 천국에 들어갈 것이 아니요 오직 하늘에 계신 내 아버지의 뜻대로 행하는 자라야 하리라(마7:21)” 하셨습니다.

However, what God said as “You are the children of the Lord your God. Do not cut yourselves of shave the front of your heads of the dead, for you are a people holy to the Lord your God. Out of all the peoples on the face of the earth, the Lord has chosen you to be his treasures possession (14:1-2)” That is no one be redeemed or saved if who die without achieving faith that is accordance with God’s will during the one life that is allowed, even there will be no more opportunity, even though he had been choose and called by God and heard the word, believe, have hope in Christ’s atonement and salvation, and praise and worship him with confidence. That is why, the Lord Jesus was said and instruction it, as “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord, will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven (Matthew7:21)”

그러므로 “너는 가증한 것은 무엇이든지 먹지 말라. 너희가 먹을 만한 짐승은 이러하니 곧 소와 양과 염소와, 사슴과 노루와 불그스름한 사슴과 산 염소와 볼기가 흰 노루와 뿔이 긴 사슴과 산양들이라. 짐승 중에 굽이 갈라져 쪽발도 되고 새김질도 하는 모든 것은 너희가 먹을 것이니라(14:3-6)” 하신 말씀에 얽매이는 율법적 그릇된 믿음에 빠지지 않아야 되는데, “모든 산 동물은 너희의 먹을 것이 될지라 채소 같이 내가 이것을 다 너희에게 주노라. 그러나 고기를 그 생명 되는 피째 먹지 말 것이니라(창9:3-4)” 하신 말씀과 정면으로 배치되는 말씀이므로 하나님을 거짓말쟁이로 만들지 않으려면 진리를 찾아야 되는데, 쪽발이와 같이 말씀과 성령의 가르침을 어느 한쪽으로 치우치지 않아야 하고, 그러려면 성경 말씀과 성령의 감동으로 생각나는 말씀이 시사하는 의미를 끊임없이 되새기며 묵상해야 비로소 진리를 깨닫게 된다는 뜻입니다.

Therefore, no one should fall into the legalistic false belief that is bound to the outward meaning of the Word, as “Do not eat any detestable thing. These are the animals you may eat: the ox, the sheep, the goat, the deer, the gazelle, the roe deer, the wild goat, the ibex, the antelope and the mountain sheep. You may eat any animal that has a split hoof divided in two and that chews the cud (14:3-6)” Because, God gave us the flesh of all animals as hood, as “Everything that lives and moves will be food for you. Just as I gave you the green plants, I now give you everything. But you must not eat meat that has its lifeblood still in it (Genesis9:3-4)” Therefore, if you do not think of God as a liar, you must seek the truth correctly. This means that you must not lean toward either the Bible or the teachings of the Holy Spirit. You must engrave the Bible in your heart and meditate on it constantly, and then you will correctly understand and know the truth through the teachings of the Holy Spirit who reminds you of the words engraved in your heart.

그래서 “새김질을 하거나 굽이 갈라진 짐승 중에도 너희가 먹지 못할 것은 이것이니 낙타와 토끼와 사반, 그것들은 새김질은 하나 굽이 갈라지지 아니하였으니 너희에게 부정하고, 돼지는 굽은 갈라졌으나 새김질을 못하므로 너희에게 부정하니 너희는 이런 것의 고기를 먹지 말 것이며 그 사체도 만지지 말 것이니라(14:7-8)” 하셨는데, 아무리 묵상하며 되새김질을 할지라도 성령의 가르침이 없으면 깨닫지 못하고, 굽이 갈라진 돼지처럼, 말씀과 성령의 가르침을 똑같이 받아들였더라도 되새김질을 하지 아니하면 진리를 결코 깨닫지 못하는 그릇된 믿음이 된다는 뜻입니다.

So, even if they meditate diligently like as the cud diligently chew as camels and rabbits, they will not understand unless they are taught by the Holy Spirit, and even if they receive the word and the teaching of the Holy Spirit, they will not understand unless they meditate it like pigs no chews the cud, as “However, of those that chew the cud or that have a split hoof completely divided you may not eat the camel, the rabbit or the coney. Although they chew the cud, they do not have a split hoof; they are ceremonially unclean for you. The pig is also unclean; although it has a split hoof, it does not chew the cud. You are not to eat their meat of touch their carcasses (14:7-8)”

그러므로 “물에 있는 모든 것 중에서 이런 것은 너희가 먹을 것이니 지느러미와 비늘 있는 모든 것은 너희가 먹을 것이요. 지느러미와 비늘이 없는 모든 것은 너희가 먹지 말라 너희에게 부정함이라(14:9-10)” 하신 것은, 끊임없이 밀려오는 육신의 생각과 세상 지식과 사람의 교훈에 속지 않고 보호할 비늘과 담대하게 헤쳐 나갈 지느러미 같은 지혜가 있어야 되기 때문에, “보라 내가 너희를 보냄이 양을 이리 가운데로 보냄과 같도다 그러므로 너희는 뱀 같이 지혜롭고 비둘기 같이 순결하라(마10:16)” 하셨습니다.

Therefore, everyone must have spiritual wisdom like scales and fins to protect himself and survive without being deceived by the constantly pushing thoughts of the own flesh, worldly knowledge and human teachings, as “Of all the creatures living in the water, you may eat any that has fins and scales. But anything that does not have fins and scales you may not eat; for you it is unclean (14:9-10)” So, that the Lord Jesus was instructed it, as “I am sending you out like sheep among wolves. Therefore, be as shrewd as snakes and as innocent as doves (Matthew10:16)”

그러므로 “정한 새는 모두 너희가 먹으려니와, 이런 것은 먹지 못할지니 독수리와 솔개와 물수리와, 매와 새매와 매의 종류와, 까마귀 종류와, 타조와 타흐마스와 갈매기와 새매 종류와, 올빼미와 부엉이와 흰 올빼미와, 당아와 올응과 노자와, 학과 황새 종류와 대승과 박쥐며(14:11-18)” 하신 것은, 자신이 살기 위하여 다른 생명을 죽이는 부정한 새들처럼, 생명을 해치는 죄악에 빠지지 말라는 뜻이기 때문에, “모든 육체의 생명은 그것의 피인즉 피를 먹는 모든 자는 끊어지리라(레17:14)” 하셨습니다.

Therefore, it means that you should not fall into sin like unclean birds that of harm other people’s lives in order to survive, as “You may eat any clean bird. But these you may not eat: the eagle, the vulture, the black vulture, the red kite, the black kite, any kind of falcon, any kind of raven, the horned owl, the screech owl, the gull, any kind of hawk, the little owl, the great owl, the white owl, the desert owl, the osprey, the cormorant, the stork, any kind of heron, the hoopoe and the bat (14:11-18)” That’s why God was warned it, as “Because the life of every creature is its blood. That is why I have said to the Israelites, ‘You must not eat the blood of any creature, because the life of every creature is its blood; anyone who eats it must be cut off (Leviticus17:14)”

그래서 “너는 마땅히 매년 토지 소산의 십일조를 드릴 것이며, 네 하나님 여호와 앞 여호와께서 그의 이름을 두시려고 택하신 곳에서 네 곡식과 포도주와 기름의 십일조를 먹으며 네 소와 양의 처음 난 것을 먹고 네 하나님 여호와 경외하기를 항상 배울 것이니라(14:22-23)” 하셨는데, 우리가 세상에 태어나고 살아가며 사용하는 모든 것이 하나님께서 은혜와 사랑으로 주셨음을 잊지 말고, 감사하며 경외하라는 뜻입니다.

Because, it means that we should never forget that God gave us everything we use in the world through grace and love, and that we should always be joyful, thankful, worship and obey, as “Be sure to set aside a tenth of all that your fields produce each year. Eat the tithe of your grain, new wine and oil, and the firstborn of your herds and flocks in the presence of the Lord your God at the place he will choose as a dwelling for his Name, so that you may learn to revere the Lord your God always (14:22-23)”

왜냐하면, “네 하나님 여호와께서 자기의 이름을 두시려고 택하신 곳이 네게서 너무 멀고 행로가 어려워서 네 하나님 여호와께서 그 풍부히 주신 것을 가지고 갈 수 없거든, 그것을 돈으로 바꾸어 그 돈을 싸 가지고 네 하나님 여호와께서 택하신 곳으로 가서, 네 마음에 원하는 모든 것을 그 돈으로 사되 소나 양이나 포도주나 독주 등 네 마음에 원하는 모든 것을 구하고 거기 네 하나님 여호와 앞에서 너와 네 권속이 함께 먹고 즐거워할 것이며, 네 성읍에 거주하는 레위인은 너희 중에 분깃이나 기업이 없는 자이니 또한 저버리지 말지니라(14:24-27)” 하셨듯, 하나님은 우리를 세심하게 배려하며 사랑하시므로 항상 기뻐하고 감사하며 순종하기를 바라시기 때문입니다.

Because God cares for us and loves us so much, He wants us to always be joyful, thankful and obedient, as “If that place is too distant and you have been blessed by the Lord your God and cannot carry your tithe (because the place where the Lord will choose to put his Name is so far away), then exchange your tithe for silver, and take the silver with you and go to the place the Lord your God will choose. Use the silver to buy whatever you like: cattle, sheep, wine or other fermented drink, or anything you wish. Then you and your household shall eat there in the presence of the Lord your God and rejoice. And do not neglect the Levites living in your towns, for they have no allotment or inheritance of their own (14:24-27)”

그래서 “매 삼 년 끝에 그 해 소산의 십분의 일을 다 내어 네 성읍에 저축하여, 너희 중에 분깃이나 기업이 없는 레위인과 성중에 거류하는 객과 고아와 과부들이 먹고 배부르게 하라 그리하면 네 하나님 여호와께서 네 손으로 하는 범사에 네게 복을 주시리라(14:28-29)” 하셨는데, 하나님의 뜻에 기쁨으로 순종하며 나누고 베풀며 섬기는 사랑의 삶을 살면 무엇을 하든지 형통한 복을 주시고 그리스도의 대속과 구원을 허락하시기 때문에, “믿음, 소망, 사랑, 이 세 가지는 항상 있을 것인데 그 중의 제일은 사랑이라(고전13:13)” 하셨으므로, 성경에 기록된 하나님의 말씀을 사랑하며 마음에 새기되 겉으로 나타나는 의미에 얽매이지 말고, 끊임없이 묵상하는 마음 속에 새겨진 말씀들을 생각나게 하며 간접적으로 가르치는 성령의 진리를 올바로 분별하여 짝을 맞추어 깨닫고 신뢰하며 자신의 삶은 하나님께 맡기고 죽기까지 순종하며 사랑과 생명의 열매를 맺고 구원을 얻어야 합니다. 여러분 모두 그처럼 올바른 믿음으로 그리스도의 대속과 구원을 얻어 영생하시기를 예수 그리스도의 이름으로 간절히 축복하며 기도합니다. 아멘.

Because, we correctly understand God’s will, obey his Words with a joyful and thankful heart, and live a life of sharing, giving, and serving, He will bless us prosperously in whatever we do and allow us to receive Christ’s atonement and salvation, as “At the end of every three years, bring all the tithes of that year’s produce and store it in your towns, so that the Levites (who have no allotment or inheritance of their own) and the aliens, the fatherless and the widows who live in your towns may come and eat and be satisfied, and so that the Lord your God may bless you in all the work of your hands (14:28-29)” So, God taught us through the Bible, as “These three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love (1Corinthians13:13)” Therefore, you must love the Word of God in the Bible and engrave it in your heart, but do not be bound by the outward meaning, but remind yourself of the word engraved in your heart through constant meditation, and correctly discern, match, and realize and trust the truth of the Holy Spirit that teaches you indirectly, and entrust your life to God and obey until death, bear the fruit of love and life, and obtain salvation. I hopefully pray and plea for you to my God, beloved brothers and sisters, you should be as right and worthy faith in Christ Jesus all. Amen.
