2. 발전의 실제

4) 종교의 발전

하나님은 지금까지 섭리를 해 나오시면서 원수를 쳐 가지고 추진시켜 나온 적이 없습니다. 원수를 쳐서 섭리하기 보다는 자기의 사랑하는 존재, 제일 가까운 존재를 희생시켜 가지고 섭리를 추진시켜 나온 것입니다. 하나님은 이렇게 섭리를 발전시켜서 나왔다는 것입니다. 그 발전은 천국을 향하여 발전되는 것입니다. (32-223) 

세상은 하나님께서 머물 수 있는 환경과 그 터전이 아닌 고로 새로운 관을 세우고 새로운 터전을 만들어야 했습니다. 이것을 살아서 못 하면 죽어서라도 만들어야 되겠다는 것이었습니다. 그렇기 때문에 기독교는 순교의 피를 흘리면서 발전해 나왔습니다. 누구나 다 좋아하는 자리에서 살려고 하는 것인데 무엇 때문에 죽으려고 하겠습니까? (20-313) 

종교는 언제 발전하느냐? 고통을 당하고 수난받을 때에 발전하는 것입니다. 왜? 그 자리에서 하나님의 뜻이 이루어질 가망성이 있기 때문입니다. 가망성이 있는 때에 하늘이 역사하기 때문에 어떠한 종교든지 반드시 핍박받을 때에 발전하게 마련입니다.

만약에 핍박이 없게 될 때는 통일교회면 통일교회는 어떻게 발전해야 하느냐? 자진해서 수난길을 취해 나가야 하는 것입니다. 전세계가 통일교회의 이상대로 될 때까지 통일교회는 사회와는 반대의 길을 자처해 나가야 할 것입니다. 왜? 악한 세계와 선한 세계는 다른 길이기 때문입니다. 

만약에 통일교회를 세계에서 환영한다고 해서 통일교회 교인들이 '자, 이제 세계에서 환영하니, 지금까지의 우리 소원을 성취할 수 있는 때가 됐으니 우리도 사회에서 하는 것 다 하고, 그렇게 가자꾸나!' 이래서는 안 됩니다.

반대를 안 하면 안 할수록 통일교회는 자진해서 '악한 세계에 우리들이 영향을 미쳐 가지고 그 환경을 소화하려니 그 반대의 수난길을 가야 하는 것이다' 하고 생각해야 됩니다.

어떤 사람들은 생각하기를 '아, 이 핍박의 길이 언제 끝날 것이냐? 언제 통일교회 이상을 다 이룰 것이냐? 이럽니다. 그렇게 생각하는 것은 통일교회의 출발 당초부터 하늘이 바라는 본연의 자세와 비교해 볼 때 틀린 것입니다. (108-296) 

종교는 핍박받을 때 발전하게 마련이예요. 왜 그러냐? 사탄이 거기서는 무력해 가지고 후퇴해요. 왜? 원수를 사랑하니까. 사탄 마귀를 사랑했다는 조건을 세운 자리요, 사탄마귀 아들딸들, 제1 그 하수인을 사랑했던 자리가 되기 때문이예요. 그렇기 때문에 용서해 주고 복을 빌었던 자리는 하니님이 사랑했던 자리와 통합니다. 알겠어요? 

그래서 종교 세계에 핍박의 문이 열리게 됐는데, 이 사실을 역사 이래 수많은 종교의 지도자가 있었고 수많은 종교인이 많았지만 몰랐다구요. 오늘날 통일교회가 나옴으로 말미암아, 통일교회의 선생님 한 분이 나옴으로 말미암아 이런 것이 밝혀졌습니다. (127-115)

4) 宗教の発展

神様は、今まで摂理をしてこられながら、怨讐を打って推進されたことがありません。怨讐を打って摂理することよりも、自らの愛する存在、一番近い存在を犠牲にして、摂理を推進されてきたのです。神様はこのように摂理を発展させてきたというのです。その発展は、天国に向かって発展するのです。（三二―二二三）

世間は、神様がとどまることのできる環境とその基盤ではありません。ゆえに新しい観を立てて、新しい基盤をつくらなければなりませんでした。これを、生きて成せなければ、死んででも成さなければならないというのです。それゆえに、キリスト教は殉教の血を流しながら発展してきました。誰でも喜ぶ位置でもって生きようとするのに、何のゆえに死のうとしますか。（二〇―三一三）

宗教はいつ発展するのですか。苦痛を受け、受難を受ける時、発展するのです。なぜでしょう？　その位置で、神様のみ旨が成される可能性があるからです。可能性があるときに神様が役事されるので、どのような宗教でも必ず、迫害を受ける時、発展するのが普通です。もし、迫害がなくなる時は、統一教会なら統一教会はどのように発展するのでしょうか？　自ら進んで受難の道を行かなければならないのです。全世界が、統一教会の理想どおりに成る時まで、統一教会は、社会とは反対の道を行かなければならないのです。なぜでしょうか？　悪なる世界と善なる世界は違う道だからです。

もし統一教会を世界で歓迎したとしても、「統一教会の教会員たち、さあ、今世界で歓迎するから、今までの私たちの願いを果たす時が来ましたから、私たちも社会でしていることをすべて行い、そうやっていきましょう」。これでは駄目です。反対をしなければしないほど、統一教会は自ら進んで、悪い世界に影響を与え、その環境を消化しようとするため、その反対の受難の道を行かなければならないと考えなければなりません。ある人々が考えるには、「ああ、この迫害の道は、いつ終わるのだろうか。いつ統一教会の理想を成せるのだろうか」と、こう思います。そのように考えるのは、統一教会の出発当初から、天が望む本然の姿勢と比較してみるとき、間違った姿なのです。（一〇八―二九六）

宗教は、迫害を受ける時、発展するのが普通です。なぜそうなのでしょうか？　サタンがそこには無力となり後退します。なぜですか？　怨讐を愛するから、サタン、悪魔を愛したという条件が立った立場であり、サタン、悪魔の息子、娘、第一の下手人を愛した立場となるからです。それゆえに、許してあげ福を願った立場は、神様が愛した位置と通じるのです。分かりますか？

それで宗教社会に迫害の門が開かれるようになるのですが、この事実を歴史始まって以来、数多くの宗教の指導者がいたし、数多くの宗教人がいたけれども、分からなかったのです。今日統一教会が現れることによって、統一教会の先生一人が現れることによって、このようなことが明らかにされました。（一二七―一一五）

4) The Progress of Religion

God has never made advancement in the dispensation by striking the enemy. Rather than striking the enemy to further the dispensation, he sacrificed those whom he loved the most and were closest to him. This is how he advanced the dispensation. This advancement is progressing toward the Kingdom of Heaven. [320-223]
 
The world should have created the environment where God can dwell, and since such a place was not built, a new perspective should have been formed and a new place should have been created.

If we cannot accomplish this while alive, we must achieve it even after our death. Thus Christianity advanced forward while shedding much blood. Everyone wants to live in a place that they prefer. Why would anyone want to die? [20-313]
 
When does religion progress? It makes advancement while undergoing difficulty and persecution. Why? Because in that situation there is the possibility of God's Will to be realized.

Because God works when there is such possibility, every religion makes progress while being persecuted. If there is no persecution, when would the Unification Church advance forward?

It must voluntarily seek after a path of suffering. Until the day that the whole world follows the ideals of the church, it must take the road opposite to the society. Why? The good world and the evil world walk two different paths.
 
Even if the world welcomes the Unification Church, its members should not think, "Now, since the world welcomes us, and the time when we can materialize all our wishes has come, we should do all that the people in the society do, and live a similar lifestyle!"

The less the persecution, the more the church should voluntarily take the attitude, "Since we are trying to influence this evil world and are trying to digest this environment, we should walk the path of suffering."

Some people ask, "When would this road of persecution come to an end? When would the Unification Church realize all of its ideals?" This type of thought is very different from the initial attitude at the time of the church's founding, which is in agreement with God's wishes. [108-296]


The religion is bound to develop when under persecution. Why is that so? In such a place, Satan feels powerless, and thus retreats. Why? Because we are loving the enemy, we have set the foundation of having loved Satan, the devil, the number one perpetuator, and his sons and daughters.

Therefore, the place where one loves and prays for blessing is connected with the place where God exhibited his love. Do you understand? Thus the door of persecution has opened up to the religious world.

Although there have been many religious leaders and followers of faiths, they all did not realize this fact. Today, with the advent of the Unification Church, with the coming of this teacher of the Unification Church, all of this has been revealed. [127-115]
