성경말씀: 계시록 18장

Scripture Reading: Revelation 18

“이 일 후에 다른 천사가 하늘에서 내려오는 것을 보니 큰 권세를 가졌는데 그의 영광으로 땅이 환하여지더라. 힘찬 음성으로 외쳐 이르되 무너졌도다 무너졌도다 큰 성 바벨론이여 귀신의 처소와 각종 더러운 영이 모이는 곳과 각종 더럽고 가증한 새들이 모이는 곳이 되었도다. 그 음행의 진노의 포도주로 말미암아 만국이 무너졌으며 또 땅의 왕들이 그와 더불어 음행하였으며 땅의 상인들도 그 사치의 세력으로 치부하였도다(18:1-3)” 하였듯, 세상에 있는 것들을 사랑하는 욕심이 사탄과 원죄이기 때문에, “이 세상이나 세상에 있는 것들을 사랑하지 말라 누구든지 세상을 사랑하면 아버지의 사랑이 그 안에 있지 아니하다(요일2:15)” 가르치는데 임마누엘 하나님 은혜로만 제거할 수 있기 때문에 출애굽 사건으로 가르치셨습니다.

Everyone, will become a servant of the fleshly greed of seed of sins and the Satan, never be God’s people, even he had been loved the Word of God and dedicated himself to the gospel of Christ Jesus and the churches, if he loved the things of the world, as “After this I saw another angel coming down from heaven. He had great authority, and the earth was illuminated by his splendor. With a mighty voice he shouted: Fallen. Fallen is Babylon the Great. She has become a home for demons and a haunt for every evil spirit, a haunt for every unclean and detestable bird. For all the nations have drunk the maddening wine of her adulteries. The kings of the earth committed adultery with her, and the merchants of the earth grew rich from her excessive luxuries (18:1-3)” That is why, the Bible testimony it, as “Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him (1John2:15)” Because, such sins cannot be corrected by human will or effort, but can be removed by the grace of Immanuel God only, so that God taught it by the Exodus from Egypt incident.

그런데, 말씀과 성령으로 가르쳐도 받아들이지 않고 믿지 않고 순종하지 않으면, “내가 그의 마음을 완악한 대로 버려 두어 그의 임의대로 행하게 하였도다(시81:12)” 하였듯, 완악한 마음대로 살도록 버려 두었다 심판하시고, “나는 그들의 행위와 그들의 손이 행한 대로 갚으리라(렘25:14)-인자가 아버지의 영광으로 그 천사들과 함께 오리니 그 때에 각 사람이 행한 대로 갚으리라(마16:27)” 하셨듯, 아주 엄격하게 심판하시므로, “하늘로부터 다른 음성이 나서 이르되 내 백성아, 거기서 나와 그의 죄에 참여하지 말고 그가 받을 재앙들을 받지 말라. 그의 죄는 하늘에 사무쳤으며 하나님은 그의 불의한 일을 기억하신지라. 그가 준 그대로 그에게 주고 그의 행위대로 갑절을 갚아 주고 그가 섞은 잔에도 갑절이나 섞어 그에게 주라(18:4-6)” 하셨습니다.

If you do not listen and obey the truth of the gospel that is taught through the Word and the Holy Spirit, God will leave you to live according to your stubborn heat and then judged, as “I gave them over to their stubborn hearts to follow their own devices (Psalms81:12)” For God judges very, very, strictly, as “I will repay them according to their deeds and work of their hands (Jeremiah25:14) – For the Son of Man is going to come in his Father’s glory with his angels, and then he will reward each person according to what he has done (Matthew16:27)” So, God told us not to fall into as sin, which is subject to such strictly judgement, as “Then I heard another voice from heaven say: Come out of her, my people, so that you will not share in her sins, so that you will not receive any of her plagues; for her sins are piled up to heaven, and God has remembered her crimes. Give back to her as she has given; pay her back double for what she has done. Mix her a double portion from her own cup (18:4-6)”

그래서 “그가 얼마나 자기를 영화롭게 하였으며 사치하였든지 그만큼 고통과 애통함으로 갚아 주라 그가 마음에 말하기를 나는 여왕으로 앉은 자요 과부가 아니라 결단코 애통함을 당하지 아니하리라 하니, 그러므로 하루 동안에 그 재앙들이 이르리니 곧 사망과 애통함과 흉년이라 그가 또한 불에 살라지리니 그를 심판하시는 주 하나님은 강하신 자이심이라(18:7-8)” 하셨듯, 세상에서 자신을 위해 살아온 죄악만큼 갚아주고 심판하는 법칙 때문에, 거지 나사로와 부자를 들어 가르치셨습니다(눅16:19-31).

Therefore, everyone will be punished and judged according to the sins they have committed in their lives in this world, as “Give her as much torture and grief as the glory and luxury she gave herself. In her heart she boasts, ‘I sit as queen; I am not a widow, and I will never mourn. Therefore, in one day her plagues will overtake her: death, mourning and famine. She will be consumed by fire, for mighty is the Lord God who judges her (18:7-8)” So, that God taught using the example of the rich man and the beggar Lazarus(눅16:19-31).

그러므로, “그와 함께 음행하고 사치하던 땅의 왕들이 그가 불타는 연기를 보고 위하여 울고 가슴을 치며, 그의 고통을 무서워하여 멀리 서서 이르되 화 있도다 화 있도다 큰 성, 견고한 성 바벨론이여 한 시간에 네 심판이 이르렀다. 땅의 상인들이 그를 위하여 울고 애통하는 것은 다시 그들의 상품을 사는 자가 없음이라 하리로다. 그 상품은 금과 은과 보석과 진주와 세마포와 자주 옷감과 비단과 붉은 옷감이요 각종 향목과 각종 상아 그릇이요 값진 나무와 구리와 철과 대리석으로 만든 각종 그릇이요. 계피와 향료와 향과 향유와 유향과 포도주와 감람유와 고운 밀가루와 밀이요 소와 양과 말과 수레와 종들과 사람의 영혼들이라(18:9-13)” 하였듯, 헛된 세상의 것을 사랑하고 누리려는 욕심을 버리고 진리를 따라 순종하는 믿음이 돼야합니다.

Therefore, we are must abandon our desire to love and enjoy the vain things of this world and have faith that follows and obeys the truth only, as “When the kings of the earth who committed adultery with her and shared her luxury see the smoke of her burning, they will weep and mourn over her. Terrified at her torment, they will stand far off and cry: ‘Woe. Woe, O great city, O Babylon, city of power. In one hour, your doom has come. The merchants of the earth will weep and mourn over her because no one buys their cargoes any more—cargoes of gold, silver, precious stones and pearls; fine linen, purple, silk and scarlet cloth; every sort of citron wood, and articles of every kind made of ivory, costly wood, bronze, iron and marble; cargoes of cinnamon and spice, of incense, myrrh and frankincense, of wine and olive oil, of fine flour and wheat; cattle and sheep; horses and carriages; and bodies and souls of men (18:9-13)”

그렇지 않으면, “바벨론아 네 영혼이 탐하던 과일이 네게서 떠났으며 맛있는 것들과 빛난 것들이 다 없어졌으니 사람들이 결코 이것들을 다시 보지 못하리로다. 바벨론으로 말미암아 치부한 이 상품의 상인들이 그의 고통을 무서워하여 멀리 서서 울고 애통하여, 이르되 화 있도다 화 있도다 큰 성이여 세마포 옷과 자주 옷과 붉은 옷을 입고 금과 보석과 진주로 꾸민 것인데, 그러한 부가 한 시간에 망하였도다 모든 선장과 각처를 다니는 선객들과 선원들과 바다에서 일하는 자들이 멀리 서서, 그가 불타는 연기를 보고 외쳐 이르되 이 큰 성과 같은 성이 어디 있느냐 하며, 티끌을 자기 머리에 뿌리고 울며 애통하여 외쳐 이르되 화 있도다 화 있도다 이 큰 성이여 바다에서 배 부리는 모든 자들이 너의 보배로운 상품으로 치부하였더니 한 시간에 망하였도다(18:14-19)” 하였듯, 하나님의 심판을 받는 순간 모든 것이 사라집니다.

Otherwise, you will face the judgement of God, who will take away everything and make it disappear in an instant, as “The fruit you longed for is gone from you. All your riches and splendor have vanished, never to be recovered. The merchants who sold these things and gained their wealth from her will stand far off, terrified at her torment. They will weep and mourn, and cry out: ‘Woe, Woe, O great city, dressed in fine linen, purple and scarlet, and glittering with gold, precious stones and pearls. In one hour, such great wealth has been brought to ruin. Every sea captain, and all who travel by ship, the sailors, and all who earn their living from the sea, will stand far off. When they see the smoke of her burning, they will exclaim, ‘Was there ever a city like this great city? They will throw dust on their heads, and with weeping and mourning cry out: ‘Woe. Woe, O great city, where all who had ships on the sea became rich through her wealth. In one hour, she has been brought to ruin (18:14-19)”

그리고, “이에 한 힘 센 천사가 큰 맷돌 같은 돌을 들어 바다에 던져 이르되 큰 성 바벨론이 이같이 비참하게 던져져 결코 다시 보이지 아니하리로다. 또 거문고 타는 자와 풍류하는 자와 퉁소 부는 자와 나팔 부는 자들의 소리가 결코 다시 네 안에서 들리지 아니하고 어떠한 세공업자든지 결코 다시 네 안에서 보이지 아니하고 또 맷돌 소리가 결코 다시 네 안에서 들리지 아니하고, 등불 빛이 결코 다시 네 안에서 비치지 아니하고 신랑과 신부의 음성이 결코 다시 네 안에서 들리지 아니하리로다 너의 상인들은 땅의 왕족들이라 네 복술로 말미암아 만국이 미혹되었도다. 선지자들과 성도들과 및 땅 위에서 죽임을 당한 모든 자의 피가 그 성 중에서 발견되었느니라(18:21-24)” 하였듯, 믿음을 방해하고 영혼을 죽인 죄로 지옥 형벌로 떨어지기 때문입니다.

Not only that, but they will fall into the punishment of hell for the sin of hindering faith and killing the souk, as “Then a mighty angel picked up a boulder the size of a large millstone and threw it into the sea, and said: ‘With such violence the great city of Babylon will be thrown down, never to be found again. The music of harpists and musicians, flute players and trumpeters, will never be heard in you again. No workman of any trade will ever be found in you again. The sound of a millstone will never be heard in you again. The light of a lamp will never shine in you again. The voice of bridegroom and bride will never be heard in you again. Your merchants were the world’s great men. By your magic spell all the nations were led astray. In her was found the blood of prophets and of the saints, and of all who have been killed on the earth (18:21-24)”

그러나 말씀에 숨겨놓고 성령으로 가르치는 그리스도 복음의 진리를 따라 믿고 의지하며 맡기고 순종하면, “하늘과 성도들과 사도들과 선지자들아, 그로 말미암아 즐거워하라 하나님이 너희를 위하여 그에게 심판을 행하셨음이라(18:20)” 하듯, 구원을 얻는데, 세상과 육신의 유혹에 속아 실족하고 죄에 빠졌더라도, 다윗에게 선지자 나단을 보내어 꾸짖으셨고, 깨닫고 회개했을 때, 죄를 복으로 갚으신 하나님의 사랑으로 모든 죄를 덮고 의롭다 하시는 그리스도 대속의 은혜로 구원을 얻게 되므로, 그리스도의 성령께서 임마누엘 하나님과 왕이 되어 진리와 사랑으로 정복하고 다스리며, 육신의 원죄와 사탄인 욕심을 심판하고 멸망시키며 구원의 믿음으로 인도하며 이루어 주시도록 맡기고 의지하며 순종해야 합니다. 그처럼 올바른 믿음 되기를 예수 그리스도 이름으로 간절히 축복하며 기도합니다. 아멘.

However, anyone who believes, trusts, entrusts and obeys the truth of the gospel of Christ, which is deeply hidden in the Word of God and taught by the Holy Spirit, surely be saved, as “Rejoice over her, O heaven. Rejoice, saints and apostles and prophets. God has judged her for the way she treated you (18:20)” Therefore, even if you are deceived by the temptation of the world and the flesh and stumble and fall into sin, you must not be discouraged, but love the Word and seek the teachings of the Holy Spirit. Then, he will be received the grace of Christ’s atonement, covering and forgiving all the sins, and leading to the faith of salvation, just as God sent the prophet Nathan to rebuke David who had fallen into sin, and forgave his sins and rewarded him with blessings when he realized and repented. Beloved brothers and sisters. Therefore, you must trust in the Words of the covenant, entrust yourselves to God, and sincerely obey to God, Then the Holy Spirit of Christ will become your Immanuel God and King, conquers and rules over your heart and mind, judges and removes the original sin of your flesh and the satanic desires, and leads you to the faith of salvation and accomplished through the purposes in Christ Jesus. I pray and earnestly bless you all in the name of Christ Jesus that you may have such righteous faith. Amen.
