<p>preop. diagnosis; C3-4-5-6 stenosis with cervical cord injury</p><p>- op name; C4, 5 laminoplasty with C3, 6 partial laminectomy</p><p>- Gutter was maded on Rt. C4, 5 lamina</p><p>- after Lt.
